I…read moreclearly asked for some of my dog's hair to be left, and my instructions were completely ignored. They told me they were going to shave down a little but not completely. I was told my dog was "matted," which was not true at all. I brushed him thoroughly beforehand and made sure there was little to no matting. Despite this, they charged me a $23 detangling and brush fee, only to shave off all of his hair anyway, exactly what I asked them not to do. They charged me $123. On top of that, after the grooming appointment my dog now has redness and itchiness around his genitals, which is very concerning. I will never take my dog back to this location, and I would not recommend this grooming service to anyone looking for careful, attentive care for their pet.
