We wanted to check out a new store and met Rick who spent a significant amount of time with us giving advice on how to get our tank properly cycled and the water safe to add more fish. He's made some great suggestions, offered to test our water, so we went back 2 days in a row and bought more stuff for our tank based off his recommendation. After adding plants and a water change our fish are already more active and more curious around the tank! We look forward to going back next week to retest our water and hopefully get a new fish for our tank!

I had went in when they first opened shop and it had only saltwater on the left, now they have expanded the right side of the store to freshwater and I am pretty excited about that. As someone who only works with freshwater, it's really exciting to have a local store instead of supporting big chains like petco and petsmart. I'm really looking forward to the day I get to stop by and choose my betta for my new set up! I also wanted to include that they have a few nano tank setups on display with some cute shrimp and some guppies! They have just about the same inventory as a chain store that you would buy from, if anything, more than that! The bettas were listed as $20 but I'm not sure if that applies to all of them on display. I was a bit sad when I saw them because their tails weren't in the best condition however, this might just be the way they were shipped. Whatever it is, it can be fixed with a bit of love and care!
