    First time shopping at this petco location today because I was tipped off that a hard to find fish I've been looking for was available here. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking to Lizz, the department manager of aquatics. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I was blown away! I had to compliment her on how clean the aquariums are and the top health all of the fish were in, I've never seen a petco aquatics section look this good!!! On top of that the selection of different fish was amazing!! I will definitely be making the 30min drive just to visit this specific petco, I wish they all looked like this!!

    Lynette at the pet grooming desk walk in had had same day appointment since I was here shopping. They do. Mary at the register was awesome. She were multitasking while helping me with my app updated and ringing up customers on a different register while I wait for my app to download & create new password. Mary was able to redeem my free dog food coupon upto $26 worth . Yippee!! All in a good day

    Max, our mini poodle had a terrible experience at this groomers yesterday. You can see the before and after math. I was told he was matted, which was not true, since I personally used a comb to thoroughly brush him. They shaved him almost bald! He came home with several burn marks, including his genitalia. They also charge mandatory "optional" (advertised as) at their discretion. How is something "optional" mandatory?! Btw, they charged over $100 for this groom. When asked to speak to a Manager, they send out someone who clearly was not. Please do yourself and your furry baby a favor and find another groomer.

    Do not take your dog here to be groomed especially by Jerrad. Yuli the manager is also extremely rude. I paid $98 for a Golden retriever to be groomed. Apt time was 4:30pm Jerrad was not there yet so they took our dog back and said he should be there soon. The service was for a full de shedding bath and brush with furninator. Ear clean, teeth cleaned and breath freshener, ear cleaning, sanitary cut, nail trim and grind, paw trim, and a holiday spritz. I was told 3-4 hours. I was called just before 6:30 to say he was all done. I said wow that was fast are you sure he is dry? Jerad said yeah he is but just around his ears but he's under a dryer and will be done when you get here. I paid and the dog was brought out I asked how he did with the teeth brush and Jerad hesitated (like he forgot) and quickly said oh he was fine he just didn't like the taste. He looked ok and my young son was rushing me out. When we got home and I started petting the dog I realized his whole under coat was damp and wet where it's really thick. . He was shedding like crazy, as for the sanitary cut not only was it not done he still has dried poop on his butt. His paws were not trimmed he still has grinch feet m. they look the same as when I brought him in. Some of his nails were done his dew claws weren't touched at all. His breath stinks and I can scrape plaque off with my nail. So in essence I paid for a dog that is wet with some cologne and poop on his booty hole. I called right away and the nice lady in grooming said oh man I am sorry that was fast for him to be done. You can have a refund or come back in. I said I don't want to waste my time again I just want a refund so I can take him some where else. She said I agree and got a manager. Yuli who said I rang you up so I know they did the service so I won't give you a refund. After back and forth arguing I told her I would dispute the transaction and she said go ahead so I did. I then called back to see if another manager was there and got Jerrad who was also argumentative. Long story short that will be our last time. Save your time and money and use someone else.

    I would not buy anything for your aquatics unless it's material attempting to do fish return is a nightmare. Had a horrible experience.

I…read moreusually message through here to book and never had a problem before but i didn't get a response for a few days so i decided to call the number they had on here instead. The lady greeted me with the company name and I asked if there was any bookings for this Saturday and she said they were booked for the morning but 3pm-8pm was fully open. I asked for 3pm and she said great but asked if i could text the number i called with the date and time we had agreed on because she was driving, so I did that. Then comes saturday and I walk into the shop a few minutes before my appointment time and the groomer who was there asked what I was there for, he had completed my pets services before and I never had a problem with the experience by the way, but I told him I had an appointment and he said with who and I told him I wasn't sure I didn't ask her name and he just told in a passive aggressive way that I'd have to contact the groomer I talked to her (Cassie, he asked if that was her name so I assume he knew who) that he has no idea where she is and she's always showing up late so I should try calling her. Very unprofessional on both of their behalf because I texted the number she had me sent the date and time to and she never answered, i waited with my pet in the parking lot for 10 minutes and she never showed. Unprofessional on his end because at the end of the day he works for the business not me so why should i be the one contacting your coworker if you don't know where she is then why would I know? Also not once did he apologize on her behalf which I know he isn't required to but if someone I work with was making my business look unprofessional and unorganized than I would be embarrassed and immediately apologize for the sake of how the company would look. Don't plan on booking here anymore.
