Scheduled appointment on the website and we go to the location no one showed up, very disappointed and atleast glad we saved money , as well as seeing some reviews of dogs getting hurt glad that didn't happen to my baby

Horrible service. Why make us pay before we see what you did to our dog? Make us sign waivers because u know u are gonna mess up. My dog was there for like more than 6 hours. I kept calling. Wondering why it's taking so long. She seemed scared when I got her. Then a week later I noticed her hair had dried up blood in a ball by her ear and they cut deep into her ear!!!!!!! I was livid. And they charged me $90! Never going back. She was super thirsty too. I don't think she had water. My poor baby. I've never seen a cut so bad on her. I feel so bad she went thru that treatment. She was in pain for a long time. Prolly has a scar. Butchered haircut as well for a yorkie.

I had a bad experience with another place and I knew they were getting mistreated because they would come home scared! Both my dogs act normal now that I've been taking them here. Amazing place amazing staff!!! Personally I'm ashamed to say how long it has been since we last took our Lucas to get grooming. We had a horrific experience at another place and since then we only did grooming at home. My dog is very fussy and never let us cut his snout hair and paws, so needless to say we were extremely hesitant. Nicole on the phone was amazing and made me feel at ease and Veronica did an amazing job grooming our puppers! I'm beyond happy and thankful that they made this an amazing experience for my pet and myself.

It was clean, friendly, they have a small store in the front with collars and clothes. Kiki hasn't been to the groomers so I was a bit worried she would cause a fuss and not want to be touched. I let the lady in the front know and she said not to worry, if she does not want to or becomes an issue she would call me to pick her up. I called to make sure everything was going fine and they did assure me she was doing great [she did not like her nails cut] but I was not surprised about that at all. I picked her up and she looked so nice. She was clean, smelled amazing and very glad about the package I recieved since she needed de-shedding and nail trimmings. I will definitely come back! Thank you!

I came to this place looking for something cheaper. I usually go to petco and they charge me $74 which includes the fanny and face shave, teddy bear cut, nail trim, blueberry facial (for the tears) and teeth brushing. I asked for the exact same thing here, minus the blueberry facial and was charged $65. $10 because he had a little patch of matting behind his ear and his bottom was matted. I explained that it was fine if she had to shave the back since I knew it was matted. I dropped him off at 12 and she said it would be 4 to 5 hours until he was ready to be picked up. I was shocked because at petco the max I've had to wait was 2 hours on a Saturday. But I wanted to give this place a try so I left him. Plus she said they call 30 minutes prior to the dog being finished. I called at 4:54pm because I was getting nervous that they didn't call me yet and on Yelp it said they close at 5:30pm. The lady said he wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. So I waited and at 5:11 they called and said he was already to be picked up. Which irritated me because I didn't want him to stay there longer than he had to. When I picked him up he looked so ugly. It's not what I asked for at all. She shaved him completely and it looks like he got a poodle hair cut. She said the hair was so matted she couldn't save anything which didn't make sense to me because when I take him to petco they have no trouble with his "matted" hair. I tipped $3 and was on my way. I didn't complain because I felt bad. One star is for the lady being nice and the other star is because he smelled good.

Absolutely loved our experience with Sirias from start to finish. We had been given our dog almost like a surprise gift and we were not expecting to have a dog. But we instantly fell in love with her and finalized her shots just recently. Once her shots were done we immediately started trying to find groomers and The professionalism and kindness over the phone and in person was amazing and I am very thankful I found Sirias to take care of her. I felt as though these people would care for my dog better than me! I had called around to other groomers in the area and they were dry, cold, and very pushy with booking and needing non refundable deposits. Not this place, they were so accommodating with my schedule and made us feel very welcome. When I picked her up she looked so darling and they did an incredible job with her matted hair. And the price was honestly the best part. I felt the need to tip the company extra because of the amazing job they did.

I only come here when I visit my parents but even thou I live 30 min away I rather come here then the other place by my house. I highly recommend Sirias pet spa, the groomer is super nice and friendly. She is very patient, respectful and caring towards the dogs and paw parents. She will always be straight up with you and let you know if the style you are looking for isn't the best fit for your dog. I personally always get the Teddy bear haircut on Versace, after every visit to the pet spa I can't stop cuddling with him he smells and feels amazing. Overall the groomer has the qualities of whom you should be looking to groom your dog. read more

Taking my dog to this groomer was the worst mistake ever!!! My dog has had bad anxiety since taking her there, my dog had a severe cut on her paw , they shaved her skin off she was in a lot of pain, I have tried to make contact with them , and they have neglected to give me a response , I never post reviews , however I feel that I must warn other Dog owners about the Gross negligence of this grooming service!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! read more

I called today to get a quote for my 10 week old puppy. She advice me to wait til he had all his shots which other places I called didn't advise me to, Which shows this place cares. She also walked me through their grooming process and asked me to give them a call back when he gets his last shot. I'll update my review after he gets groomed here but customer service alone they get 5 stars. We can't wait to take our puppy here. read more

So, after our horrible experience at the groomer down the street behind dominos next to uhaul, I found this gem. They are always friendly greet me and my husband as Karson's mom or dad Very loving environment for dogs! She was nice and she did have to deal with a lot of my dog's hair. She removed a lot of ear wax and everything was great until I went home. My dog had bad clipper burns, he was fuzzing the whole night. The next morning I bought him some spray to help it heal & not have him lick it which was making it worse. The price for a toy poodle was $75 but plus tip and the spray I had to buy I spent 90 dollars. I wouldn't take him back because of the simple fact he was badly hurting. read more

My dog was there for 6 plus hours and wasn't even attended to when I got there after their closing hour, and at that point I just decided to take my baby home. I tried to have a civilized argument to get my message across with one girl about their absurd time frames, so that two girls could team up and ATTEMPT to shut me down. I was livid when I got home and my dog went straight to drink water! If your main goal is, clearly, to make as much profit as possible, at least give the pets who are placed in your care some water. read more

The pricing for both my dogs who are considered medium in size ranged from $55-$65 which is what I'm used to paying, but this place is by far the best I've seen in results. Well for one I loved how my dog looked and how good she smelt they did a good job with that but when I came home and noticed this big chunk of her skin was missing when the bow fell off I was super pissed, they did not tell me anything about it plus the fact that I walked in at 12 and got her around 6 pm and it was $85... but the price is nothing just how I would've appreciated if they had told me about the incident I wouldn't have been mad I would've appreciated the honesty just Incase it would've got way more serious.. soooo mad at this shop! read more

Although they did a good job cleaning wise i am not happy with my baby's cut he looks completely different and they shave his face too short and his tail . For $130 it's disappointing tried too hard to shape his face we did bring him with his torso shaved and i wanted it cleaned up they shaved m his tail and everything took his very essences away. Very unhappy no i didn't specify to not shave his tail or neck fur but that's why we take him to a "professional" who are suppose to know how to make him look better. They shaved him like a poodle or Pomeranian not a husky. read more

Did a good job on my mini poodle. She smelled great. Unfortunately I let her hair get pretty matted after she had puppies so they couldn't save the length of her hair, which I don't mind. The employee working the front was very polite and They were efficient in the way they do business. I will be back for future visits. Total cost was 70.00. they charge an extra 10 dollars if the dogs hair is very matted. read more

I loved it here. We turned to this place because at the last place we took Simba they cut him very badly I'm very glad we found this place they treated both Simba and myself very well. The service was excellent :) He was very matted but the price was reasonable and he came out looking so great. I could tell Simba felt very comfortable with the lady and that made me gain her trust. We were looking for a groomer for the same day and called a lot of places and this one ended up being able to take in our dog. It was last minute because we had rescued the dog. We were pleasantly surprised, they were such nice ladies and they said our new pup was so good with them! We were really happy with this place and will def take our pup back! I think we paid $50-$55 I don't remember, he's about 7-8 pounds read more

I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN…read more I took my maltipoo last week. I took her here maybe once before years ago. This is not my normal groomer. My dog just went to the vet for a physical exam just hours before and there were no issues. She is an indoor dog & does not socialize with any other dogs. She has never had an open wound, nor any incident with any other groomer in her life (5 years). My dog came home with cuts on her legs and face and I just found another on her ear this morning (it was masked by hair). I contacted the company and the groomer said the scab on her legs must have got caught on the clippers. She also said she doesn't like being cut on her face. I do not believe either of these statements. She has never had issue at any other groomer. My main complaint is that none of these were mentioned to me when I picked her up. It was only said after I called and told them what I found. The owner did contact me and apologize and offered to refund half the grooming price. I do appreciate that. However, Now that I found another cut on her ear, I'm honestly even more upset. There is no way that she went in there with all these cuts without my knowledge and without a licensed vet noticing them. She didn't because those cuts weren't there prior to her grooming, although the groomer claims they were. I should've have requested a full refund and medical care/products. Although I did receive an apology after contacting them, it doesn't negate this fact this shouldn't have ever happened. Now I have to spend money tend to her wounds medically and don't know what to do since this has never happened before. I'm just very irritated with the whole situation and hope I don't find any more cuts.

The feel inside is great. Roomy and clean. Each station has its own door, and you can choose between a bath tub or a flat shower type basin. The hook up system for keeping your dog tethered is great. The water temperature is adjustable, and the shower heads swivel so nicely, plus are squeeze pressure style. They had some girls doing professional grooming in the back as well as doing check out, and they were so nice. I asked one of the girls for her opinions on my dogs coat and she was really helpful. Also, this place sells items directly from FrostPaws Bakery, who I've used several times in the past for custom birthday cakes.

This place is a resort for my pet, never been first time but i made an appointment this afternoon and they treated my best friend with love, kindness and most importantly professionalism! They gave me the price of 65$ for first timer and my beloved pet was in need of a hair cut and nail trim and they tended to his needs. It took four 3 & a half hours for my pet to return to me meanwhile he came back cleaned from tiks and fleas i was unaware he had fleas but he was a good pup they said & the service is impeccably friendly ... that i even decided to throw in a cute shirt for my dog. 100/100 I will most definitely come again regularly and tell friends to bring their pets here ! This is the best place ever! I brought my dog in and yes they take a long time but that's because they have patients , doing your dog .my dog is old and they did an awesome job even though if my dog is a mix dog they try their best. the place is nice and clean I will definitely come back and the price it's awesome it all depends on the condition of my dog was and I know it was fair enough thank you sirias read more

I've taken my dogs to Siria's Pet Spa for over 10 years and have never been disappointed in their service. One of my late dogs had very severe behavioral problems and the ladies that work here always took care of her and gave her back to me with an excellent haircut. They're reasonably priced and groomers you can trust to handle your fur babies with care. read more

I've been a customer from Petco from years ,and I always wanted to try a different place now the Petco it's all booked up . I am trying this place it was awesome very reliable my dogs are very happy and they don't charge me any extra for every single thing. I will definitely come back.
