Best grooming service ever! My fur baby had so much fun with the sweet ladies that groomed her. She didn't want to leave!! it was her birthday and we had to book a last-minute grooming session. They were easy to work with and not only that but they created a video for her that made both me and my mom tear up. Kona is a corgi and as a corgi owner, nothing made me happier. 10/10 recommend read more

We recently used this mobile grooming service for our husky and were disappointed with the communication and lack of pricing transparency. The website listed a grooming range of $180-$250 for our dog's size and coat type. Our concern is not that pricing can vary, but that the final price should be determined and clearly communicated before the service is performed, not after it has already been completed. Our dog is an indoor husky who is groomed regularly, brushed frequently at home, and had been professionally groomed only a few weeks prior. Despite this, we were charged both the maximum grooming price and the maximum impactation fee, bringing the total cost to approximately $300. When we asked what specifically qualified our dog for the impactation fee and why the maximum fee was applied, we never received a clear answer. We were repeatedly told that the office staff handles billing while the groomers focus on the dogs, yet no one could explain exactly what condition justified the additional charge or how the amount was determined. We also raised concerns that our dog was returned to us still damp and continued shedding afterward, which left us questioning whether the service matched the premium price we were charged. To be clear, the groomer himself was kind, professional, and handled our dog well. Our issue is not with him personally. Our frustration is with the lack of transparency regarding pricing, the conflicting information we received, and the inability to obtain a clear explanation for the additional charges. Another frustration was how our concerns were addressed. Rather than directly answering our questions regarding the impactation fee and final pricing, much of the response focused on the fact that we did not raise our concerns until approximately an hour after the appointment and that the groomer had been tipped. To us, neither of those points addresses the actual issue. Tipping the groomer was a reflection of our appreciation for how he treated our dog, not an acknowledgment that we understood or agreed with every charge. Likewise, whether concerns are raised five minutes later or an hour later does not change the fact that we were never informed of the final cost before the service was completed. Had we been told beforehand that the final cost would be approximately $300, we likely would not have proceeded with the appointment. Customers deserve to know what they will be charged before the work is completed and should receive clear explanations when additional fees are assessed. UPDATE: After posting this review, the company responded to my wife, and unfortunately their response only reinforced our concerns. At no point did we request a refund. We did not argue that mobile grooming should be inexpensive, nor did we dispute that it is a luxury service. In fact, before moving to the area, we routinely paid approximately $300 to have our husky professionally groomed and had no issue doing so because the pricing was transparent and clearly communicated beforehand. We were excited to try this company because it offered the convenience of mobile grooming at a price that appeared lower than what we had previously paid elsewhere. The issue was never whether we could afford the service. The issue was transparency. When we repeatedly asked what specifically justified the maximum grooming fee and maximum impactation fee, those questions were never directly answered. Instead, the company suggested that we were "price sensitive," that their pricing may not be "in our bracket," that we could find "$50 grooming somewhere nearby," or that we should groom our dog ourselves. We found those comments dismissive and unprofessional. Customers should be able to ask reasonable questions about billing and pricing transparency without having assumptions made about their finances. This entire situation could have been avoided with a simple explanation of the charges before the service was completed. Even afterward, a clear explanation would have resolved our concerns. Instead, we received personal remarks that had nothing to do with the questions we asked. For anyone considering this business, I strongly encourage you to obtain a final price before grooming begins and ask how any additional fees will be assessed and communicated. read more

I have been using Bath N Buns for the past two months and scheduled a follow-up appointment with Jennifer. During the scheduling process, I had several questions regarding the appointment times available that day since my previous scheduled time they canceled it and move it from 8-9am to 6-7 pm. Unfortunately, while I was speaking with the representative, the representative became unprofessional and rude and canceled my appointment in the middle of our conversation. I found this extremely inappropriate and disappointing, especially as I was simply trying to get clarification regarding the available appointment times. I requested to speak with the owner regarding my experience and was told that someone would follow up with me. To date, I have not received a response or any follow-up from the owner. Instead the same rude representative send an email playing victim. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Please do not waste your time with Bath N Buns. read more

Great experience and our pup looked great after! Fast response! Definitely would call them again!

Our fur baby, Scarlett has been going here since we brought her home in March 2025. Her designated groomer is Kevin and I must say, he's professional, friendly, and personable; not to mention he is a animal lover and it shows. We have had nothing but great service here. I highly recommend them! read more

We've used Bath N' Buns to have our English bulldog groomed and bathed monthly. We have yet to encounter a groomer we didn't like. They always do a good job at clipping her nails, leaving her smelling fresh, and taking the best pictures of her! I appreciate their fun style and love for dogs. They are great at setting a time frame, and booking through their website is always a breeze. We plan to continue using them for the convenience and great service of having our dog groomed without having to leave the comfort of our home. read more

Very convenient and timely, and Jennifer was amazingly nice and patient with our dog. He's 14 and usually pretty anxious, but she put him at ease quickly. 40 minutes later he was ready, clean and tail wagging. read more

Had my first appointment with Bath N Buns today for my 1 year old Husky Akita mix. This was only her second time being groomed. We did not have a good experience last time (not Bath N Buns. It was another company) so I was nervous. The Bath N Buns staff member (I did not catch her name) was so kind and my dog really liked her. She did a fantastic job and had nothing but good things to say about my dog. I really appreciate how calm and patient she was with my dog since my dog still has soooo much puppy energy. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely book another appointment sometime. read more

If you value your time, I do not recommend using this service. Although they offer an appointment system that allows you to select a specific time, the company then states they will arrive "within two hours" of that selected time. This defeats the purpose of scheduling and assumes customers have two to three hours of free time to wait. I scheduled a 7:00 a.m. appointment and received no communication from them. After reaching out to ask for an ETA, I received no response. When I texted to cancel, they immediately applied a $50 cancellation fee still without addressing my original inquiry only replying with "We'll be there within two hours." Overall, the appointment system is poorly managed and not respectful of customers' schedules. If you have several hours to spare, this may not be an issue, but for anyone with a busy schedule, I would look elsewhere. read more

The best part of Bath 'N Buns yesterday was meeting Jennifer! A ray of sunshine! I have two Chihuahua mixes that are brother & sister, George & Molly. Their favorite part of Bath 'N Buns was Jennifer too! We were first time clients and they needed a nail trim badly. Not having time to take them to Pet Smart because I'm getting my house ready to sell, I called Bath 'N Buns. Best nail trim ever & I swear they looked liked they had been bathed too. It must have been because they were so happy being with Jennifer! - Mary Jane Prothro-Jones , Rancho Cucamonga read more

I am overall extremely satisfied with the service from Bath n Buns! There was a quick hiccup at the start-- However, Amanda was very kind and communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated the whole time. My 63-lbs hound dog , Murphy was in dire need of a nail trim. Kevin returned Murphy in about 20 minutes, and I am beyond impressed with the nail trim! I've gone to both PetSmart and Petco in the past, and their work wasn't nearly as good. To top it off, they gave Murphy the cutest October/Halloween-themed scarf, which was a lovely touch. Murphy came back with smiles and lots of energy, clearly happy with the experience. Kevin also noticed some issues with Murphy's paw and was very knowledgeable in explaining what was going on and how to fix it. I truly appreciate the extra care and attention. I will absolutely be booking with Bath n Buns again and recommending them to all my friends and family. Huge thanks to Kevin, Amanda, and the whole team for their amazing work! read more

Great customer service! Amazing results. 10/10 dog never looked better. Best de-shedding in town!

Thank you Jordan for grooming our shepherd! She looks great and her coat is so much lighter now! Amazing job!

This is a long over due review but I'm glad to see they have so many outstanding reviews already! I had a great experience with them a couple months ago when my dogs got sprayed by a skunk one night. I messaged them at around 9pm and was able to get scheduled in first thing the next morning. I was not expecting a response at all. Jennifer cleaned both my full size Goldendoodle and my huge Great Dane beautifully. They both received a special skunk order treatment and cologne to mask the smell. I would absolutely recommend their services and will be contacting them again. Thank you! read more

I have used this company twice before. My dog loves them. The first time was amazing, the second time, the perfume gave my dog an allergic reaction to her skin, so I had to coconut oil and scrub her. But that's not Bath n Buns fault so I didn't say anything. Until today, I was sent an email last week and again yesterday to confirm my appointment today. You would think because you are confirmed that your appointment wouldn't get re-scheduled. NOPE! They texted that me my groomer will arrive between 2:30-3:00 pm. I texted back that we are a couple minutes behind and we will be home in a few minutes. They said they will arrive at 3:00 pm. Just to turn around and they them reschedule me and they can come tomororw morning.. NO! I picked today & they changed it on me. I am so frustrated because I loved this place but I will not be returning and I will make sure to tell others. It's a bummer. There was no effort into making up for this mistake on their end. Next time, they should try accommodating and at least tell us sorry for this happening. read more

Kevin was amazing with my Husky. He's friendly and was caring with my dog. My Husky will be turning 14 in a month and he was so gentle with her.
