Hi, Our dog Phoenix…read morehas been groomed at this establishment for the past 7 years, and they have always done a wonderful job. However, this last experience left us very disappointed, particularly with the owner, Yvonne. Upon picking up Phoenix, I noticed some blood on my fingers once I got home. Initially, I didn't think much of it and washed my hands. When I brought Phoenix upstairs, my wife immediately noticed that he was bleeding. We found the source of the blood was a wound above his tail. Checking downstairs, we saw blood on our baseboards and his dog bed, though fortunately, not on the couch. I called Yvonne to ask why she didn't inform us about Phoenix's bleeding. She responded that she forgot to mention his cyst had opened up. I was very unhappy with this response, especially coming from a business owner. I then asked if her assistant, Art, had given Phoenix his haircut since we had issues with him before. Yvonne assured me that she had done the grooming herself and didn't notice any bleeding. The bleeding from a popped cyst wasn't the main issue; it was the lack of communication from Yvonne when we picked up Phoenix. During our phone conversation, I asked what we should do, and she recommended taking him to the vet. We ended up taking Phoenix to the emergency vet since it was late, which cost us $300. A few days later, after my wife texted Yvonne to schedule Phoenix's next haircut, Yvonne informed us that she could no longer see him. She cited our being 15 minutes late for the last appointment and my reaction to finding Phoenix bleeding as reasons. Overall, if you are okay with poor communication, terrible customer service, and potential injuries going unnoticed, then this place might work for you. Otherwise, I would strongly suggest finding another groomer for your pet. And for the record, I have the receipts to back up my claims.

The low review is actually for Korinna the one that handles the appointments and I believe she grooms smaller dogs. She is incredibly unprofessional, she's rude, responds days after, she will cancel appointments last minute and be upset that she has to reschedule you. I guess she doesn't need clients.. She should not be the management of this team.

He lets us touch his paws and nails but as soon as the nail clippers come out he runs and won't let anything hold him down. They stopped attempting and his nails looked like talons. He started not wanting to be dropped off there at all, so I knew we had to find a new groomer. I saw Patty advertising working with anxious pets and reached out. The very first grooming Patty did was difficult when we attempted to do nails. She offered to attempt again on her own time and came with new ideas to help him through the process, which shows much she cares about the pets she's working with and getting the job done. She was able to get the worst nails cut, but we ended up deciding he should be sedated at the vet for the rest since they had gotten so bad. Patty showed nothing but compassion for Domo and knew he just needs more time with her. We've had a few groomings now and this past one, she was able to grind some nails down. This is a big improvement for him. I can tell that eventually he will feel comfortable enough to do all of them at once. I appreciate that Patty does as much as she can within his comfort and her soothing approach to Domo. She is always on time or early, and being a mobile service is super convenient. I highly recommend Patty's Mobile Pet Spa.

We had waited a month before meeting Zeke, and to my worried puppy mommy's heart, I was relieved to find that both pups loved him. Not many groomers are familiar with grooming a Coton de Tulear, but Zeke did FABULOUS. Both pups came back to me as soft as cotton and their paws were perfectly cut to where it looks like they were running around with fluffy boots. Zeke's pricing is surprisingly affordable for a mobile groomer. He compares to the stand alone groomers around the area. Your pup is only handled by him and loved only by him, so for that price, why would you go anywhere else?? Again, thank you Zeke for easing my pup mom's heart. I am so happy we found a groomer that we all love!
