She apologized sincerely, told me the groom was done by a newer groomer and not by her, and offered to make it right by doing the proper sanitary trim and coat and tail work herself once Padme's coat has grown back in. That kind of accountability matters to me. As a small business owner myself, I know the difference between a shop that does not care and a shop dealing with a new hire's mistake, and I am not going to tank someone's business over the second one when the owner stepped up the way she did. I am raising my rating now to reflect that. I will come back and update again after Padme is grown out and I have seen the corrective groom in person. Leaving my original review below for context.

After a search for reviews of reputable groomers I found this groomer to be recommended and so I thought I'd give it a try, let me tell you I was very happy with my visit the groomer who assisted me was very pleasant to work with and gave me no negative remarks as to the hair style I choose for my dog, as that was what happened at the other groomers, she told me that was "A HOLLYWOOD STYLE WHICH ALSO COST HOLLYWOOD MONEY" the stylist I seen here at holiday pet grooming name was Chris, I told her how I like my dog styled and with no Problem and with excellent execution she did the Job and she did not charge me EXTRA.
