James was awesome! He gave our baby Oso the best treatment ever. I hope to never have to get someone else to service our pup. Absolutely the best out there. Again, thank you James
So I have been avoiding the groomer for awhile now. I'm a nervous dog mom, and was worried of how my pup would be, and how he'd turn out. With this hot summer heat, I had no other choice but to get him groomed. My vet does it, but thank goodness they were booked.....because it lead me to LOL Grooming!! I have never felt more comfortable handing both my dogs over to someone. My chihuahua got a bath and the basic grooming stuff (too short for any cut). He came out perfect and happy. My terrier (the one that needed the groom), was the one I was nervous for. Hes never been shaved, so I was apprehensive. They assured me he was in good hands. HOLY COW!!! He looks like a brand new dog....5 lbs lighter and 5 years younger. I wish I would have done this sooner. The gals were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Booking an appointment was easy breezy. I will never use another groomer. Thank you ladies for a great experience and making this dog mommy very happy!!
Love what and how they groomed my lil doggies, and she was quick and did a good job . To take 3 of my lil ones on 1 appt save alot of time. I recommend for your dog groomed.
They did an amazing job on my old girl Sushi. She came out looking like a young spry new dog. Will definitely use their services again and recommend to everyone that needs a mobile groomer
We love Nelli! She's amazing with our dogs. They always come in with bandannas or bows and bells on. She even painted their toes!! On Valentines Day she even took pictures and sent them to me. Highly recommend LOL Grooming and Nelli
Yay! No more quarantine hair for my babies! They did such a great job. This was my youngest first time getting groomed and they were so sweet. The little tie is so freakin cute thank you so much!! Happy customer
This was my first time using Neli's services. She did a wonderful job on both my dogs who needed de-shedding as well as a bath, she gave them back to in amazing condition. Her prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend her and will be using her services again. Thank you Neli.
Highly recommend this grooming service. I adopted a dog from the San Bernardino shelter and they sent him to a local vet for neutering. The dog desperately needed a bath and grooming on short notice (next day) before surgery. I contacted so many groomers and they were already booked or didn't even bother replying. LOL responded and helped me out by fitting this grooming into the schedule. This poor little guy was transformed into a good looking dog. James did an amazing job. I was not on-site, but James provided great communication and pictures. This business went above and beyond to help someone who saved a shelter dog and I am thankful for people like this.

James was very easy and simple to book. He called back right away after leaving a message. When I met him I instantly knew he would be kind and gentle to my dog. She is a rescue and is very timid. She is a Heeler/Shepard mix and is about 70lbs. She was comfortable with James right away. I highly recommend this business. I am local of San Bernardino and it's hard to find quality services with people who take pride in their business. Rita was so clean I didn't know her hair could be that soft. Thank you James, I look forward to doing business with you. read more

LOVED their services! Not only did they fit me in the next day, but They did a great job on my 3 babies. I recently had a bad experience with my pup at PetSmart grooming so I was nervous to get my pup groomed again but I'm glad I did! All 3 babies were happy and playful after getting groomed. Will definitely be booking appointments for them again! read more
