I've been using Animal Kingdom for maybe a little over two years Going in to three years. I have not had any problems with the care of my dog however, there has been miscommunication about the appointment time and the person who make the appointment., and I have recommended other clients there who experienced some of the same situation either cancel appointment as far as you care for my dog. I love it, my dog love his Groomer. Marisol is amazing and always have been. Quality of care that they give your animals are lazy, but I need a little bit better communication with staff certain staff. read more

Found them through social media and thought the videos were hilarious. Then come to find out they are a small family business and Christian at that! I was sold! Made an appointment for my dog, it was his first time being groomed or taken to a groomer. They were on time with the appointment I had set up, and reached out to me not long after that he was ready. Picking up my dog, he smelled so fresh, his fur was extremely soft and they trimmed the areas I asked them to, perfectly! He looks so nice and groomed. Will definitely be bringing him back! Another plus, really loved the Prayer request board in the front lobby! God bless you and your business. read more

I already left a review, but every time I leave Animal Kingdom, I am so happy with the results. Benji is five years old and he had his quick snipped when he was around one or two years old and since then no one has been able to successfully cut his nails. Today I had a male groomer at 8am (only spanish speaking i think) and unfortunately, I did not get his name. And he was able to cut his nails with the help of two other female staff members.. the time that they put into helping my anxious dog is so appreciated. I used to get so embarrassed, bringing my dog to the groomer because he would always have a hard time with his anxiety. But now I genuinely feel like I am comfortable, bringing Benji to the groomers again with the help of the amazing staff. Thank you guys very much!!!! read more

10 out of 10 highly recommend. ! This place is AMAZING. I've never seen so much excitement from my boy he gets excited from the parking lot. The staff makes him feel safe and gives him extra love. They even taught me how to take care of his ear infection. It's the little things like that. That keeps me coming back they pay attention to ever detail when it comes to his well being. And that's not apart of the job description it's just the extra mile they go to look out for our pups so thankful to animal kingdom and their staff read more

I made the appointment in advance for my 2 huskies, 1 who is not great with groomers. I placed a warning on his profile, and knew that he might be rejected, but Animal Kingdom still took him in. I was really grateful for the kind staff who let me know that he was a terror, but still groomed him. read more

Drove here from Joshua Tree because I have a 120 pound reactive Shepard mix. I was really nervous for this visit but the staff was welcoming and made aware ahead of time. Purposefully came here because of their social media and saw they are experienced with reactive babies. My puppy was so happy after his grooming and his coat looks so so good! I loved the little bandana they gave him and he even got ice cream. Our groomer was super friendly! read more

Everyone here is so nice and great with my dogs. I've been going to Animal Kingdom for about 6 years.

I've frequently came back here because my dog just loves these groomers! She has had very bad experience with abuse with a groomer we used to go to so she's a very anxious and nervous dog but when I go pick her up she's happy as can be! I can tell they love their job and I'd like to thank the team for helping my girl look beautiful for her 11th birthday :) read more

Took my fur babies here today and the customer service was excellent. They were prompt, professional. My fur babies were so clean and nails trimmed perfectly. Whatever they used on their coats let it shiney and so soft. I will definitely be returning my girls for every 3 weeks grooming. I can always tell how their experience was with a groomer by how they are when I pick them up. The attending groomer was nice, professional, and gentle. We live in Jurupa Valley and past quite a few grooming services to get to AK, but it is so worth it when you and your babies can get great, professional and timely service. They were happy, full of engery and you can just tell their experience was a pleasant one. 10/10, we will be back again! read more

We brought our new rescue dog here this past weekend for her first (as far as we know) professional grooming. Shes a year and a half old pit bull mix, and was a little scared at first, but did amazing! Both our groomer Amy, and the lady at the front office were so kind, and they were both so sweet with my 2 year old daughter who was upset about leaving our dog. She came out looking so pretty with her beautiful shiny coat, and you could tell she felt much better! The pricing I found to be very reasonable, especially compared to some other places! We live in a neighboring city, so it was a little farther of a drive for me to bring her here, but it was absolutely worth it! Thank you so much Amy for making our girl feel so pretty! read more

I've been looking around for a place to take my dog to get bathed and her nails trimmed. The whole process from booking to pick up was efficient. I loved the update on how my dog did when I picked her up and felt that she was given the love and care I would have given her. It made my dog mom heart so happy! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a grooming appointment for my two Aussies and drove over an hour from Orange County to make it on time--only to arrive and find the shop closed. I had the appointment in writing from Kyle himself: Monday, May 19th at 10 AM. I called both the Yucaipa and Colton locations--no answer, so I left voicemails. I also reached out to Kyle on Instagram, since I was told he handles scheduling, but received no response. No one was there. No notice. No follow-up. It's frustrating to plan around an appointment, invest time and gas money, and then be completely ghosted. I expected better communication and professionalism. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

Brought my 2 beloved cats to Animal Kingdom for a groom and a fun dye! They did an excellent job of deshedding and bathing them. I had asked if they could dye one of my cats, and although they'd never dyed cats before, the groomer did a great job and we are very happy! She even made sure to do research to ensure our cats safety. I feel confident in putting my pets in their care, we will definitely be coming back! read more

I brought my pup, Klaus , in for grooming today, and Ivan was amazing! Knowing Klaus can be a little feisty when people touch his butt or paws (just typical husky things ), Ivan handled him with so much care and patience . Klaus just LOVES Ivan , and it's clear he feels safe and comfortable with him! It's hard to find groomers who really understand dogs with quirks like his, but Animal Kingdom Groomers totally gets it! Highly recommend for any pet parents with "special" pups! Thank you, Ivan and the team! read more

This was my first time here and I can't say enough good things about this family business. They took such great care of my fur babies and texted and sent pics throughout the process to make sure they did it exactly the way I wanted it. Wow! When I picked my dogs up, they were running around the fenced in area inside, making friends, and having a good time. My dogs were relaxed and happy and that's all that really matters. Right now they are passed out napping from such an exciting day. Thanks again Kyle and Leanne (?). read more

Horrible grooming!!! My dogs looked horrible and 2 of them were actually not bathed. They put powder on them. How do I know- I was a groomer for years. They get your dog and start grooming and then message you telling you they are going to add more money to the price. I wanted mine shaved completely because I knew their hair wasn't up to par. That's the easiest thing to do as a groomer is shave the dog but no- they start shaving and send photo of partial shave and mats and that they are going to charge a lot more. They already inspected my dogs and did not tell me then. When I called them out, they told me did I want to come get my dog as is. They have done this on other occasions but this last time- was the very last time I will ever go back!!! As a former groomer- I guarantee they don't know what they're doing and I saw a few very young kids back there of which my concern- they are teaching them to groom and that's why my dogs looked horrific! And Kyle, I was coming to you from your very beginning so when I started having to deal with your extra charges, i quit coming. You can't do that to a customer because it's not right. You literally send a message that my poodle's little pom on her foot needs to be charged extra because it needed to be brushed out which by the way if it had been trimmed up and then brushed, you would have seen how soft her hair was and how easy to brush. I was never charged extras for things like that at the other place I went to that you guys kept charging me for and the only reason I wasn't at my other groomer is because they closed. The times of grooming before this last time, the dogs were shaved and then they must have been bathed but not finished up after they were clean because I had to finish grooming the extra hair that wasn't shaved off. It's not ok!!!! You call me dishonest? Really because I didn't turn my car around and insist you bathe them after I picked them up and saw how bad they were? They smelled and I felt the powder. You weren't there that day nor had I seen you the other times I took my dogs. You were always there in the beginning and I was happy with you. read more

We recently took our dog for a grooming. This was our 3rd visit. Sad to say that would be our last. When we drop off our dog the staff didn't seem to care or write down what we wanted. We then received a text a few hours later telling us that "They Are" going to charge us a fee for "Handling" I was thinking because our dog was maybe a little difficult to groom. I can understand a fee would be in order. But I did not Receive a phone call the least to ask us if we wanted to proceed with the grooming due to our dog/puppy being too difficult to groom. It took me 5 times to finally get a hold of someone on the phone. I expressed how we felt and it was unfair. We could have understood the fee, but we were not warned about a handling fee from the beginning. Who I spoke with did not know how to handle a phone conversation professionally. Sounded like I spoke with a 14 year old. We then received our last text message telling us our dog was ready for pick up. The moment I walked inside I can hear him cry so loud. Once he was in my arms, he was shaking and crying. It's as if our dog was swapped with another. Once I got home we noticed his private area was very red and swollen. He wouldn't stop crying. I don't know if it was the phone conversation we had and someone harmed our puppy afterwards. But our dog has not been the same since that day. read more

Wonderful experience all around. My dog had a bath, his nails were done, and he really enjoyed his doggy ice cream.

Today, I took my two pugs in for the deshed package at 7am. The pugs were nervous, but of course it was our first time at Animal Kingdom Dog Grooming! The groomers were short staffed today but notified me as soon as that employee was unable to show. They were great at keeping me updated on the whereabouts of their grooming process. Kyle, the employee at Animal Kingdom, texted me 15 mins before the pugs were ready to be picked up. The staff here was super friendly, informative, and awesome. The prices were great for everything that came in the package and a huge plus for the facility being right off the freeway! I totally recommend this place for the people in the surrounding areas! Get your appointment set up today!! Finally, when I came to pick up the pugs, they just had the best expression on their faces along with these cool little ties on. They completely enjoyed their time at Animal Kingdom Dog Grooming. So, it is safe to say that we will be back again! read more
