I took my dog here weeks ago so I apologized for the late rating. I have a senior mini schnauzer who is mostly blind, almost deaf, and doesn't play well with others. I took my dog twice with no issues He's a maltipoo for the regular service. Last time they cut him super short and nicked him pretty bad by the arm and in his private area. I know people make mistakes but a little warning would've been helpful if we didn't se sit and cleaned him up well, he could've gotten infected. The owner was xtremelye rude to her workers the day I went to cut (for the second time) my doggie's nails. 4 days priority of my call they supouse cut it's nails, they were long as he had never went for a service, when I took him to be redone, she made us waiting 15 minutes at the counter, she saw us and never said a word or at least "I will be with you shortely", neither one of the other employees. She redo it. I was afraid for my doggie when she picked him up, she was extremely bitter, upset. Was $ 75.00 for the service, its hair was wait to short, and he came back with red spots on its skin, extremely itchy and with long nails! was the worst place and service that my dog never had before. My first time coming here and these ladies did a wonderful job on my 2 shihtzu's. Not sure who specifically groomed my dogs but she/they did a great job. I was a bit concerned because I know my dogs hate grooming and can be difficult/feisty but they told me the dogs did great. That says a lot about the groomer herself, her care and treatment of the dogs. Their pricing is very reasonable. I was expecting more of a charge given the fact that my dogs were heavily matted and looked homeless when I dropped them off LOL. I was pleasantly surprised when she gave me my total. Clearly this business is not in it to gouge people for their money. I will definitely be making them my permanent groomer! 110% satisfied customer! read more
