This is my first time there and My Dog had grown a lot of hair and they were so good. They trimmed around his face and gave him a slight body trim and his nails. They took care of his nails thank goodness! They were very kind. It didn't seem like he had a stressful time at all and I and I don't think the groomer did either so that's good. I plan to return to this grooming place. It is excellent. Five stars.!! read more

My dogs nails were cut perfectly and they smelled great. They aren't the easiest for nails so thank you for getting it done

Styles Pet Grooming is fantastic with out Aussiedoodle and Labradoodle. They are the best groomer that we have ever used. They do as you ask and even give you a report card telling you what they did and how your pup behaved. AAA Awesome read more

Walking into this place feels so inviting! Everyone is so friendly, and you can tell they truly love the dogs and what they do. I recently got a Giant Schnauzer who wasn't the best with grooming or meeting new people right off the bat. When I spoke with Brenda, the owner, she gave me clear instructions on how to help my boy get comfortable with the experience. She advised me to touch his paws, ears, and random areas, brush him consistently, and get him used to the handling they do. She made it clear that consistent handling at home and at the shop is what would help him succeed. Although he's not completely perfect yet, we've gotten him to a point where he can be successfully groomed! The overall grooming experience was fantastic. He came out smelling so clean, his coat is incredibly shiny and super soft, and I can finally see his beautiful eyes! The team here is incredibly patient, kind, and they do an amazing job. read more

This was our first time here. We have a 5 year old maltipoo and a 4 month poodle. I can tell you the business is welcoming the girls are nice and welcoming. I knew my little boy would be a handful and didn't expect much cut but oh man they did above and beyond. I'm sorry I didn't catch anyone's name but thank you for getting my truly and my Tito boy right. We have found our new grooming home. read more

We really weren't sure how Kirby would do, but the staff definitely know how to work with cats and made it look easy (which, believe me, we know from experience it isn't ). They trimmed his nails, cleaned his ears, and shaved him w/o getting shredded. He was calm throughout, which was definitely due to their expertise. And now he's so much cooler and comfortable. read more

I took my dog here weeks ago so I apologized for the late rating. I have a senior mini schnauzer who is mostly blind, almost deaf, and doesn't play well with others. The staff here listened to everything that I explained to them about her. They took their time, they moved slowly around her face, and they treated her well. Her grooming came out perfect! When I picked her up, she was her normal self, she was not scared or afraid. And she looked and smelled just the way I like!! Styles Pet Grooming will be my new groomer for my dog from now on. After almost a year of living in Beaumont, I tried looking for a groomer for my doodle. I went to four different grooming places and I was never happy with the results. However, styles pet grooming has amazing customer service. I let them know I was running 10 minutes behind and they said it wasn't a problem. When I arrived I let them know I wanted Bentley to have a fluffy look and that's exactly what they provided. Definitely found the place to have my dogs groomed and I couldn't be happier. read more

They're so good with my 12 year old dog! She's a Samoyed and she's got a massive double coat, probably one of the fuzziest dogs in the Inland Empire! They were kind to her and made sure to trim her nails, give her a really good bathing and thorough brushing! They also gave me a report card on her behavior and a cute neckerchief! We had a world class experience today at Styles Pet Grooming we were greeted by who I think is the owner. She was engaging, supportive and professional. She asked all the right questions to take the best care of our VIP family member. Eros got the full service treatment anal glands, nails cut, ears, teeth brushed, and he even got a beautiful bow for Memorial Day. Poleth was his groomer and she definitely exceeded all my expectations. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend. read more

My family and I have an 11-year-old female German Shepherd named Roxy. She has never been to a groomer since she was a puppy so needless to say she was past due for some major work Brenda and her team did an exceptional job on making our dog look brand new again, we could not believe the amount of undercoat and hair that they were able to remove. Not only that, but they also clipped her nails, cleaned her ears gave her a wonderful shampoo bath, and even threw in a personalized Christmas ornament for our tree. I could not recommend this place enough, and we will be bringing her back for regular grooming from here on out. read more

I just took in my large rescue Husky to be groomed. I made them aware of the fact that he was very skittish, probably had never been bathed and might be scared. They were very understanding with all my concerns. When I went to pick him up a few hours later - he looked amazing. I couldn't believe it was the same dog. They were so great with him and understanding. I would highly recommend them. read more

My dogs haircut was ok. I did ask they not do her nails and they didn't but they didn't trim the paw pads either. I've never heard of a groomer not doing nails unless you ask for that service. I'm truly undecided on coming back. I have a problem giving my hard earned money to people who won't greet u with a smile and a hello. I understand grooming can be back breaking. I've done grooming and would continue doing my own dog if I wasn't injured. I will rate the haircut 3.5 and the staff a 1 star. read more

I took my dog twice with no issues He's a maltipoo for the regular service. Last time they cut him super short and nicked him pretty bad by the arm and in his private area. I know people make mistakes but a little warning would've been helpful if we didn't se sit and cleaned him up well, he could've gotten infected. Not to mention his nails were super sharp and not trimmed well. We called the owner told us to send her the pictures of the incident which we did and no response from her read more

I am so lucky to have found you guys on Yelp! It was Mia's first time ever at a groomers because I usually do her grooming at home but needed a professional to cut her nails since they are getting way too long, luckily I found you guys! Brenda the owner was so helpful and calmed my anxious border collie right when she walked in the salon. Amanda the stylist did an AMAZING job with bathing Mia, trimming her hair & nails! She smells wonderful as well! Thank you guys so much for taking good care of my fur daughter. I will definitely be taking her to you guys once a month to see Amanda. They also got her a cute pink bow & report card afterwards, so adorable read more

The owner was xtremelye rude to her workers the day I went to cut (for the second time) my doggie's nails. 4 days priority of my call they supouse cut it's nails, they were long as he had never went for a service, when I took him to be redone, she made us waiting 15 minutes at the counter, she saw us and never said a word or at least "I will be with you shortely", neither one of the other employees. She redo it. I was afraid for my doggie when she picked him up, she was extremely bitter, upset. Was $ 75.00 for the service, its hair was wait to short, and he came back with red spots on its skin, extremely itchy and with long nails! was the worst place and service that my dog never had before. I put one star because I had to do it, but she deserves 0. Please watch out! read more

Brenda is amazing from the very first contact! We have a goldendoodle, Kai. He needed his haircut fixed from another groomer (NOT Styles) & Brenda listened to what I wanted. She had photos & samples of lengths of hair which made it so much easier to explain what I wanted! As soon as we walked in, Kai loved Brenda & as a mom it makes you feel so much better to leave you pup with someone you know will take care of them! Dogs know when they see a good person! read more
