I've got a few sensitive spots, and these two are always incredibly gentle with me. They know exactly where to avoid, take their time, and make the whole experience calm and pain-free. I feel safe, which is kind of a big deal at my age. Bears checking in -- I'm young, fierce, and full of opinions (LOL). Doesn't matter. Mark and Janet handle me like total pros. Cool, confident, and unfazed. And here's the real magic -- since it's mobile grooming, we never even feel like we leave the house. No stressful car rides, no strange places, no chaos. We're home the whole time, which makes everything way more relaxed and stress-free for both of us. We come back inside with trimmed nails, clean cuts, and smelling AMAZING. So, I was going to leave a fairly positive review. They came to my house, I liked the way my dogs looked when they came out, and the price was fair ($85 each). I immediately noticed one of my dogs fussing around his abdomen. He had a cut with a tiny flap off skin hanging off. I showed them before they left and they put some powder on it. It is now four days later and the wound is not healed. My dog is clearly in pain. I told them I was going to the vet and asked if they would at least refund me for just the one trim. They replied that they do not give refunds and to try some Neosporin. I informed them that the vet exam was $110 and that depending on the cost of any medication or further work, I would sue them in small claims. They are convenient, but they do not care much after they get paid. I would not recommend this business at all. read more

If you love your dog, don't book here. Based on the reviews my family booked here for our two inside, well loved mini poodles. There were a couple of cute cuts in the photos in reviews and reviews were good. DO NOT DO IT! Two dogs, both groomed regularly every 5 weeks. 4 BLOODY ears from "the ear cleaning." They asked if we wanted the ears cleaned, we said yes. Never gotten a dog back with ears full of blood. Ears were cleaned up by other groomers, hair cut short in the ears only. This groomer likes the dogs BALD! While I didn't care for the cut (shaved bald) on my two poodles, I wouldn't have complained and left a review if not for both dogs having both ears all bloody. I was heartbroken when I pulled back their ears and my puppy pulled away, scared and likely in pain. The amount of scabbing was shocking, especially in my little red poodle! They asked if we wanted a summer cut, we said yes & sent pictures of what we wanted. Our old dog is 14 years old and has had 13 summer hair cuts and not been cut this short. Poor old guy was cut so short a mole was shaved and bloody on his leg. The only thing that would justify such a short haircut on a poodle would be if they were severely matted, which neither was. Ended up needing a little shirt on the pups to keep them warm in mid July. They would shiver inside so cold (at 75-77 degrees). Either they were cold or traumatized from the experience. The worst part is the bloody ears. The hair will grow back, but I feel so bad for the terrible, painful experience they must have had. What a sad mistake! Petco does a way better job, we just tried this place out for the convenience! Don't do it! read more

I decided to get a mobile grooming for my pup as I don't enjoy dropping him off for 5+ hours at the groomers. This was such a great experience. Mark was so responsive, professional, and kind! My pup was done in about 2 hours and received top care. My pup looks fabulous and was obvious treated well as he came back so happy. I used them the first time today. They did 6 dogs and 1 cat. They obviously care about animals. My animals were in bad shape. I'm handicapped and struggle to do my own grooming. My regular groomer is out until the end of the year. So they went too long without grooming. They did a fantastic job. I recommend them highly. They had to shave down my cat because he was so matted. He has his head fur and the tip of his tail has some fur. its so cute. My "old lady" had to be shaved down too. She is 23 years old and looks like a puppy now Everyone looks and smells wonderful. Our regular groomer was short handed and couldn't get our Shih Tzu Iggy in for 3 weeks so my husband looked around and called Mark & Janet they were able to get us in the same day on their way home from all their appointments. Iggy looks good and was very happy!! read more
