Jenn recently boarded our two dogs for about 6 days. First impression upon meeting her was a good one. She is very kind and her experience with animals really caught my attention. Of course, we were a little nervous leaving our pets (as I think any pet owner should be at first), but our worries were soon alleviated because she is such a great communicator and provided pictures and videos when asked. Our experience with Jenn was an exceptional one and I recommend her highly for anyone looking for pet boarding. We will always try her first when we need boarding from now on. Jen is amazing. My male cat loves getting shaved by her. She always puts him at ease. (You know when your cat meows hysterically in the car) as soon as we exit the car and we are in her presence. He is calm. We normally shave my male cat during summer time and since the weather is warming up, it was the perfect time. He is an outdoor cat and loves to get dirty but his fur is always so long and gets mattes. Jen is professional, has experience with animals and my cat does not come home feeling ashamed or scared. He is always so proud of his haircut. She also is very quick with her services. You don't need to wait hours for your pet to be done like when you normally bring them elsewhere . 10/10 recommend. UPDATE: SHE called me after i posted this review offered free boarding if i took it off and when i told her im not told me to Fuck off. So as you can see back on the 30th I asked her about boarding. She said yes and asked bout my dog then told me "I'll put you on my books" flash forward to today I called her to confirm for her to tell me it was my responsibility to call her that day to confirm and that I can't just msg her asking for the address and give her a drop off time. She doesn't have the spot open and because her clients always make this mistake she is no longer boarding at her family's. Well as u can see from the pictures there is nothing from her afterwards saying anything about calling her in person. If u tell me ull put my dog on the books I expect you put my dog on the books. read more

Jenn took my scraggly, matted and dirty dog who no one would groom and just transformed her. Luna got a fresh start and Jenn made it happen with minimal fuss. I was referred to Jenn by a few community members in Redlands. It was the first time for our 2 year old male cat so we were pretty nervous. I was looking for a groomer asap after my dog ran away from the sitters for 2 days. Jenn got her in the very next day. I told Jenn she was experiencing some trauma (but didn't explain why) and she was very patient and careful with her. When I picked her up, I let Jenn know she was found on the freeway the day prior and she gave me some great tips since this is our first pup. No Idea how the groomer did this. I couldn't even get the dog to stay still to show it clearly in the pictures, but she managed to get in between the pads of her paws with perfection. Don't even book with this lady, originally booked a 9 am appointment and the day before she changed it to 9:30am. So while I was on my way about 5 to 10 minutes late for the 9:30 appointment calling her at 9:10 to let her know I was running a bit late she gets very rude saying the appointment was at 9 and I tried to explain to her that she texted 9:30, but she wasn't having it so she proceeded to yell and just was rude about it and she has a business to run blah blah and I would have to reschedule.
