We would highly recommend Superpet Services. We have been using this pet service for a few years now. When we met the owner, Katie, we were totally impressed with her professionalism and her explanation of the services she provides. She was so kind to us and to our dog, Kelsey. When we met Mindy, we immediately knew our girl was in the best of hands. She loves Kelsey and Kelsey adores her. She is always on time and keeps us posted about their fun walks. If she is unavailable, someone else on their team takes over and treats Kelsey with just as much love and attention. We would not trust our Kelsey with any other pet service. Their team is simply the very best!! read more

Great experience using SuperPet Services! Both Mindy and Katie were considerate, thoughtful and caring with my pets. My pets loved Mindy and I felt comfortable and at ease knowing they were well taken care of. I will definitely be using SuperPet Services again! Great value for your money too. read more

We have used Superpet Services as our dog walking service for the last few years. Sadly we are moving out of the area and can no longer continue services, otherwise we would gladly stay with them forever. I've never had to worry about my dog Zack's safety while he is with one of their walkers. I always know he is being well taken care of. Valerie, Jack, and Tiffany have been some of the walkers my dog has and they were all amazing! Our neighbors always expressed how great the walkers are with Zack. The owner Katie has always been professional, kind, and understanding. She will go through hoops to try to work with your schedule. The app is just the cherry on top! So easy and awesome to use the scheduling and see the trail taken, not to mention the darling pictures. I know our dog will really miss his friends. Cannot recommend this service enough! read more

Superpet Services - Pet Sitting Near Me

We absolutely love Superpet Services! We've been working with them for a few weeks now and have been so impressed with their customer service, professionalism, expertise and overall great attitude. My husband and I both work full time, so we hired Superpet Services to check in on our 9-week old puppy during weekday lunchtimes. They have always been very accommodating to our needs and responsive when we had updates or news to share. I love getting the report cards and pictures each day-- plus the occasional Instagram spotlight :) I cannot recommend Katie and her team enough. I definitely plan to continue utilizing their services throughout my pup's life. read more

Katie and Kat both helped check in on my cat and apartment for 2 weeks while I was gone. Their app is easy to use and convenient. They leave detailed notes and daily pictures each time they visit in the app. It was so nice seeing my cat and knowing he was safe and comfortable! I had an issue with a smoke alarm (batteries needed changing), and Katie notified me about so that I could take care of it with my apartment complex manager. I can't imagine what I would have done without them! I have avoided taking trips in the past because I did not feel comfortable leaving my cat with no contact for so long, but after finding Superpet Services I can travel and have piece of mind! Thanks so much for this amazing service and do not hesitate to use their services :) read more

I've been using Superpet for the past few years. I have no complaints whatsoever. The app is easy to use and so convenient for planning. No calls to make or anything. Once you sign up and register, you can schedule the days you want services through the app, leave instructions etc. I've never had any problems with any of the sitters. They always come when they say. Always. They send you a little report and pictures of your pets daily which is reassuring and a great touch. You know exactly what you're paying for too. No issues with billing. Katie has been my main sitter for a while now and my cats love her, even my elderly, blind, skittish cat who takes years to trust people. You absolutely will not regret using this company. 5 stars all the way! read more

Superpet Services - Pet Sitting Near Me

I have been using Superpet Services over the past three months now to schedule two walks per week for my pup (Nova), and I am very glad I went with this company. Katie and her staff are very professional, and more importantly I trust them with the safety of my dog and with access to my house. That is not easy to do! This company also has a very unique, easy-to-use phone app that lets you set walking appointments (or other services like pet sitting or visits to let your dog relieve themselves) and setup your payment options. On top of that, after every completed walk or visit, your dog's walker will give a report of how the walk went and you'll get sent an email containing the report, pictures, and a little map showing the route they took. It's a pretty awesome little app, and the email report is something I look forward to reading every time. The walkers themselves have also been very friendly and they genuinely care about your dog being safe and also having a good time. If it's too hot outside for a walk, they will spend time with your dog indoors playing with them. You can also schedule meet-and-greets with your dog's walker to ask questions or tell them about the particulars of your pup. I have been very impressed and Nova and I are really happy to have found this gem of a company out here in Riverside! Also shout out to Maya who writes pretty detailed and entertaining walking reports, cares much for Nova and has been very accommodating to getting her better at leash walking. read more

Katie and her team are amazing! They make the whole process so easy, and send you updates so you can see how your fur babies are doing! If you have any concerns, they are quick to get back to you and definitely go above and beyond to make sure you feel at ease. I am the kind of person that doesn't trust anyone with my pets, but I know that with Superpet, they are taken care of to the highest of standards! Thank you so much for what you do! read more

When I got a call that my brother who lived out of state passed away in an accident, my husband and I literally dropped everything and got on the plane the following day---everything but our critters that needed care and attention. Also one of our dogs was once left behind by his previous owner and gets very anxious. So we needed someone to help us. But who could do it, starting the next day? I contacted Katie. She and her staff took care of our animals while we were on vacation last year and did a great job. Katie called me back right away and even though it was such a short notice, said that she could take care of the critters. And she and her staff did. It was mostly Valerie that came and took care of the critters and she was wonderful. We were able to see how they were doing in writing and photos on the app they used, which made us assured that they were in good hands with her. Valerie included herself in some of the photos and we felt even better to see who was taking care of them. When we returned, the critters were alive and happy, and so were my husband's plants (we asked them to water a few times a week). I very much appreciate their flexibility and they way make their job professional yet personal. read more

I started using Superpet Services about three years ago. My old pet sitter backed out of scheduled pet sitting the day before I was leaving town for a few days. In a panic, I called Superpet whom I had not known before. Katie was able to squeeze me in for a meet and greet with me and my pets. She was very professional and I felt comfortable enough to hire her. Since then, she and her staff have provided pet sitting services for me several times. I have piece of mind knowing that my animals are being taken care of. If you are looking for a reliable pet sitter, I highly recommend Superpet Pet Sitting Services. read more

We have loved our experience with Superpet services so far! Katie the owner has been very thorough and attentive to our needs. Our walker was able to accommodate us last minute when we had an unforeseen schedule change, and went truly above and beyond in her service! Everyone has treated our puppy very kindly and has done a great job at tiring him out while we are away! I highly recommend anyone in the Riverside area who uses Wag to switch to this company, it is so much less of a hassle, low stress and to top it all off, higher quality and more predictable service! 10/10 would recommend. read more

I was looking for a dog walking service that could come on the days that I work long 12 hour shifts. Katie, the owner of Superpet, is easily reachable and makes the whole process very easy with the Scout app. She and all the dog walkers have continually shown caring and compassion for my dog babies throughout the whole process. I look forward to the post appointment notes where they send some pics and give any updates. It gives me peace of mind to know my dogs are getting some exercise and sunshine and being taken care of so well. My dogs love their daily walks when I can't be there and always look happy. I recommend this service to anyone who needs trusting animal lovers. read more

We are so happy to have found SuperPet Services! Our dog was not leash trained and Katie from SuperPet was willing to train her on how to act when on a leash so that she could go out for daily walks. It has definitely been paying off. Our sweet dog loves Katie! Her patience and knowledge of how to care for animals is evident in the way she interacts with our dog. We're so happy that our precious pet is in great hands with Katie each week! We have also used SuperPet for Pet check-in's while traveling and they did an excellent job! They checked the mail for us, watered our indoor plants and made sure our dog was cared for. Lastly, the app that is provided by the service is easy to use and makes scheduling so easy! We never have to worry about feeling out of the loop thanks to the Appointment Completion emails that tell us how our pet did that day and the services provided (30 min walk, poop, pee, ect.) We will definitely be recommending SuperPet to our family and friends! read more

Kat did a wonderful job overnight sitting our dog, 9 days. She sent the greatest updates with photos each day, watered all the plants and played with the dog. Its obvious that she loves dogs and she was very thoughtful and courteous in our home. We will use Superpet Services again, soon, on our next adventure. read more

It was our very time using someone else other than family to take care of our dog Tank. We were extremely pleased with the services. I highly recommend Superpet Services! read more

Super pet services is amazing! Katie was very good with communicating and on time with the initial consultation. She was very thorough, detailed, and receptive. When we downloaded the app, we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to navigate the app. Katie was open to communication if I had any questions about the app, but the app was very clear most of the time! My dog walker updated me and sent me photos after each walk and encounter. They also helped with maintaining some training tricks I had taught my dog and wanted to reinforce. I've used many services and this is hands down, the most user-friendly, effective, and friendly group. There were absolutely no issues. I have recommended their service to my family and friends. I recommend you use them as well! read more

We were new in the area and needed help with our cats while we went to visit our son in college. Superpet Services was a life saver. They were organized, excellent at communication, thorough in planning completely trustworthy, affordable and my cats were happy and very well cared for. First time using Superpet Services, they were great!! Even though one of my dogs was not to friendly, Kat came back and the next meeting was much better. Dogs & cats were fed, given fresh water and she even scooped the litter box. Will definitely use them again. read more

Kristen from Superpet Services looked after our Liam for a week while we took a vacation week off from the onerous responsibilities of looking after all the incessant demands of our cat. She kept us informed about the visits and after each visit and sent some photos. Knowing someone was spending 30 min / day with our cat was reassuring and I'm sure translated into our cat hating us less when we returned. read more

Second time we used Superset Services and Katie continues to IMPRESS! We left our Great Dane, 2 cats and a lizard at home and Katie did overnight stays. Katie's system is excellent. Katie sends messages that keep you updated on how things are going several times a day. Trusting our pets to someone was not easy but Katie is the BEST!!! Highly recommend Katie and her team for your pet care. read more

Probably a great choice for dogs, but not for cats or animals who are nervous unless you are ok with them being ignored. I used Superpet for several visits over the past year or so with 3 different sitters. I thought the latest one would work out, and had a great meet and greet and one good trip with him, but the second trip this past weekend was kind of a disaster and all of the good things from before went out the window. He stopped giving me updates, failed to let me know the cats were not eating their wet food, and left a package sitting by the front door for 3 days. I'm not going to get into all of the details, but there were more issues as well. I discovered a lot of it when the updates stopped and I got curious and went back to review the video footage (I have cameras set up to check in on the cats on a normal basis, totally out in the open and had even discussed with this sitter on his first trip that I could watch the footage when he couldn't find one of the cats on a visit). I understand that my cats are a bit nervous and am realistic about their limitations, which is why I stressed in my instructions in the app, emails and texts with the sitters, and the two meet and greets, that communication was important (i.e. if the cats aren't eating let me know so I can feed them extra dry food through the automatic feeder late at night when nobody is around, or if you can't find them let me know so I can watch camera footage from when there is no sitter there). Each trip the cats had trouble eating wet food at some point but not once did a sitter communicate that to me. I only discovered it by watching the videos. The real kicker for me is that twice when I brought up issues to Katie she offered the option of a different sitter, but also was defensive and tried to make excuses for her sitters. There is no excuse when a service you advertise is not provided. There is no excuse for a sitter sitting on their phone in the house running out the clock instead of trying to interact with the animals. (I don't buy the argument that they were "hoping for the animal to be comfortable to come out" because there was zero effort toward that end when they weren't even in the same room). And there is no excuse when I have the questionable behavior on camera. And both times she offered the excuse first without asking for further details. In the end, my cats are safe, and my house is safe, but I don't feel comfortable paying almost $30 per visit for this service considering the poor communication, failure to review and follow my instructions in the app, and the resulting fact that I have to spend significant portions of my trip reviewing camera footage to make sure my cats are ok and figure out how much supplemental food to provide. read more

We've used Superpet Services for several years. Walking (leash training), check-ins and overnight. Katie is reliable and professional. She has incredible patience and always super calm (our near 100 pound Golden Retriever was a tad hyper on walks). Katie takes great pride in her business. We trust her, and her team, with our four dogs. Her pricing is fair and worth every bit of the peace of mind, knowing our home and furbabes are safe. read more

Katie checked in on my two cats twice a day while my family was on vacation. I am always nervous about leaving them behind, but Katie was great. She provided daily updates and photos, which I very much appreciated. She made sure the cats were fed and had fresh water as well as played with our especially playful kitten. Katie even took the time to notify us that a recent storm had blown down part of the back fence; and she figured out that the dog that had wandered into the yard was our neighbor's. We will definitely be using Superpet Services again! read more

Katie and her team are great to work with. Love getting pics of our girls while were gone on a weekend getaway.

Katie is awesome! She did overnight stays for us and the house and pets were in the best possible hands! Katie and her company is hands down the BEST I have ever worked with. After moving to Riverside, I needed to find a new sitter and everyone else either failed to respond or didn't feel comfortable with the fact that I had bunnies as pets. Katie was the only one who responded and came out a day later to meet me, the bunnies and see our home. She works with an amazing app that allows you to request service, leave notes for your sitter and pay weekly! No more calling for appointments, writing checks daily or hassle for me. I travel often for work and need someone reliable and responsible to care for my babies and I am truly blessed I found her! At the end of every visit they send an email with photos and notes from the visit which is a huge plus! For the first time ever I find myself 100% comfortable being away from my home and my babies. A major plus is that they pick up my mail and packages and maintain the "lived in" look of the home. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! read more

Superpet Services, and owner Katie, have never failed us. I couldn't ask for a better service. And we have 4 dogs.

Wonderfully structured, organized, and kind people. They are sure to thoroughly know your dog (the paperwork is thorough). They use technology and have an app that is unlike any other dog service I've experienced in California or Texas. You can actually see exactly where they walked your dog, book your appointments, and pay through the app. I have service dogs who are trained to stay by my side, so they were a bit anxious about being walked without me (I injured myself and couldn't walk them). Very appreciative for the walkers kindness, demeanor, professionalism, compassion, and excellent service. I'm admittedly a bit biased as one of the founders was my college student last semester. That said, I also had high expectations that were definitely met. If you're looking for a dog walker, sitter, etc. I highly recommend this company. read more
