Given that he has always been social and has attended daycares since he was 14 weeks old, this raises concerns about whether breed bias may be playing a role. I also noticed an $8 fee for someone to stand next to a dog while they eat lunch, which feels unusual and excessive. The front desk staff has always been kind, but there is one employee who creates the social media videos who consistently avoids greeting customers and immediately goes to the back whenever someone approaches. It contributes to an overall feeling of poor customer service. Because of these issues, we'll be returning to Ufuria in Rancho Cucamonga.

He came each day and let me know when he was coming the day of (so I could turn off my alarm). I asked him to bring my trash cans back to the house and bring packages in that my mail hold didn't handle and he did without charging an additional fee! I was shocked! He sent me pictures daily of my babies and I felt so comfortable knowing that someone was coming over and loving on them for a little bit. Alan will be my go to guy for all of my pet sitting needs!!

Walks have finally become a relaxing experience rather than a source of tension.
