Love this place! Very accommodating and you can tell the guy genuinely loves every dog that comes in! I trust this place 100% and I always recommend this place to my family and friends. All the staff are super friendly. Great energy when you walk in. I have a Dalmatian and schnauzer and I am truly satisfied with their grooming services. My Dalmatians coat is always restored to its beautiful white and my standard schnauzer is left looking spiffy.

Trey is cool as hell! I was a bit skeptical when my babies were there for kinda a long time and no one answered the phone. But when I showed up my dogs were happy and Trey truly loves dogs! I usually bring my dog to get groomed here for the past two years. I scheduled an appointment @11AM returned at 3:30 because I had not received a call for pick up. Upon walking in I was not greeted and when inquiring about my dog they advised me my dog was bathed and not yet even groomed AND still had another dog ahead of him. I have never seen this business ram so unprofessionally. The reasoning I was given was that the two bigger dogs (whom were getting groomed when I arrived at 11AM) took too long to get groomed. The business is over booking and not accommodating customers scheduled time. It should not take 6 hours to groom a dog when the business accepts bookings at specific times. The amount of groomers and size of animal needs to be taken into account when accepting bookings. read more

Amazing salon!!! I found them on Instagram and was in awe of all the cute pups they had posted! I decided I wanted to check it out and I'm so happy I did. Yuri had an amazing time and came back with an adorable bandana. He is a rescue dog so he can get nervous and frightened easily, but he was all smiles when I went to pick him up. Love this establishment! It's obvious how much they love what they do here. I took my German Shepherd puppy there for his first groom (10 months old & over 100lbs). He's a massive baby & cries for the smallest things but they said he did great & they were so patient & sweet with him. Can't wait to bring my other baby here too! I am so picky with my groomers, & I HIGHLY recommend them even just being there once. You won't regret it!! read more

Let me start off by saying I am very particular with my fur babies, my old groomer was retiring so I needed to find someone new. I think fate was on my side when I heard about Lamarr at pup's parlor. He exceeded my expectations and I could not have been happier. Story time- one of my dogs had been licking for years and I never really knew why I just figured it was a habit of his. Well when I went to pick up my fur babies, Lamarr let me know that he noticed he was doing it (which I never mentioned) and he educated me and told me it was because of his fur irritating him and he wen ahead and cleaned him up and let me just say WOOOOOW! That really helped him a lot and I am so grateful to have found this place. Lamarr will be my new go-to groomer and I will happily recommend him. read more

Followed Tray from another grooming service. Guess that says it all! Doesn't get any better and believe me, I've been to plenty of groomers to know how they operate. Some charge you tons for add ons when they should be included in the grooming. Others forget what a customer wants done EVEN when my dog has been groomed before and by the same groomer. When I found out where Tray had gone I couldn't have been happier! What a relief to know our little gal is back in good hands......kind hands. Thanks Tray! read more

I took my dog Pearl to Pup's Parlor after a bad experience at cutiepies in redlands. The owner there, Pam, was beyond rude every time, and my dog left angry after each grooming. I foolishly made it work for so long not knowing there was a place like the Pup Parlor open for business! The owner is extremely kind and I can't stress enough how much I trust Pearl under the Parlor's care. Veronica groomed, bathed and trimmed Pearl as well as her nails (she's so horrible at sitting still and cutiepies often couldn't do it) and anal glands. Pearl looks AMAZING and i'm astonished she was able to do everything! I couldn't be happier. The location is clean with an open floor plan. Pearl is anxious and It makes me nervous when grooming appts take a very long time-- some groomers have dogs half the day it seems-- but this was not the case for Pup's Parlor. Pearl was ready less than an hour and a half from drop off. And I dropped her off with 5 dogs visible, so I was a little worried. Now I know they're so busy because they're the best. For a frantic dog, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Will never go anywhere else as long as I live in redlands. read more

This was the second time I boarded my dog at this facility, and unfortunately, both visits ended with her coming home sick. After her most recent stay, she developed kennel cough. After her first stay, she came home with kennel cough and an eye infection. While I understand that illnesses can occur in any boarding environment, having it happen both times is extremely concerning. Health Issues This was the second time I boarded my dog at this facility, and unfortunately, both visits ended with her coming home sick. After her most recent stay, she developed kennel cough. After her first stay, she came home with kennel cough and an eye infection. While I understand that illnesses can occur in any boarding environment, having it happen both times is extremely concerning. Care Instructions and Facility Handling I was also disappointed that Duchess's care instructions were not updated during check-in. She is no longer a puppy and no longer chews, yet her paperwork still reflected outdated information. Because of that, she wasn't given the blanket or bed that should have been placed on top of her cot. This should have been caught and corrected by the staff during the check-in process. (I was also told I was unable to leave her blanket and toy from home, which should have been communicated at the time of reservation.) While watching the facility cameras, I also saw another dog placed in Duchess's room for a period of time, although I was never given an explanation as to why. Later, I learned that Duchess had been moved out of her room around midnight because the room needed to be painted. I was never notified that she had been relocated, and I found that very concerning. Communication and Monitoring Concerns To make matters worse, I was unable to access the cameras during the night. Around 3:30 a.m., I became worried because I couldn't see Duchess and had no idea she had been moved. I called the facility, but no one answered. As a pet owner, that was incredibly stressful and upsetting. Customer Service and Response When I called after bringing Duchess home to discuss everything that had happened, I was shocked by the manager's response. Rather than showing concern or empathy, I was told, "Well, you signed a waiver." While I understand that boarding facilities require waivers, a waiver should never be used to dismiss a customer's legitimate concerns or excuse poor communication and preventable issues. That response left me feeling that Duchess's well-being--and my concerns as her owner--were not taken seriously. Overall Experience Any one of these issues might have been understandable on its own, but taken together, they reflect a lack of communication, attention to detail, and accountability. I understand that boarding facilities care for many dogs and that no facility can completely eliminate the risk of contagious illnesses. However, I do expect accurate records, clear communication, transparency when changes are made involving my dog's care, and compassionate customer service when concerns are raised. After two disappointing experiences and two hefty vet bills, I can no longer trust this facility with Duchess and will not be boarding her here again. I hope this review encourages the facility to make meaningful improvements so that other families--and their beloved pets--don't have a similar experience. Our pets can't tell us what happened while they were away, so trust and communication are everything!!

She was kind, patient, and wonderful with him right away. On the very first night we were gone, our dog suddenly became very ill and could not get up. It was an emergency situation, and Brenda immediately took control. She found a mobile veterinarian who came out that same night and stayed with our dog for over four hours. She went far beyond anything we ever could have expected from a pet sitter. Although we felt terrible not being there with him, Brenda cared for him as if he were her own dog. We spent hours on the phone together, and with her compassion, support, and guidance, we made the heartbreaking decision that it was his time. Her genuine love, concern, and calm action during such a painful moment meant more to us than words can express. She even helped contribute toward the emergency veterinary service. Brenda is truly an extraordinary person, and we will never forget the kindness and care she showed our beloved dog and our family during one of the hardest nights of our lives. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

I do not recommend this vet. I've had multiple experiences here that left me feeling frustrated and…read morehonestly taken advantage of as a pet owner. Most recently, I brought my cat in for an eye issue and was quoted over $600 for an exam, sedation, tests, and medication. The price immediately felt extremely high, especially for an eye infection, so I decided to call another veterinary clinic to compare. The other clinic examined both of my cat's eyes, and the total cost came out to under $120 including medication. They also determined that sedation was not necessary at all. My cat was calm, friendly, and even purring during the exam, which made me question why sedation was being pushed so strongly at the first clinic. This clinic does not allow pet owners to accompany their animals due to "safety protocols," so it left me wondering how my cat was being handled during the visit. Another frustrating part of the experience is that you don't actually speak directly with the doctor. All communication goes through the technician, who goes back and forth between you and the doctor. As a pet owner, I would much rather speak directly with the veterinarian responsible for my pet's care, instead of receiving information through a middle person. At the other clinic, the doctor was with me during the entire exam, explaining everything step by step, which felt much more transparent and reassuring. What also shocked me was that they mentioned charging a fee for each CPR attempt in case of an emergency. As a worried pet owner, hearing about additional charges like that felt extremely discouraging and overwhelming. Isn't the priority supposed to be protecting the life of the animal under their care? This unfortunately isn't my first bad experience here. During a previous visit, my cat needed a cast. After the procedure, she was still sedated and very sleepy, and the cast fell off immediately after we got home. She had barely moved, so it clearly wasn't my fault or my cat's fault. I called the clinic hoping they would fix it since it appeared to be an issue with how the cast was applied, but they charged me again to redo it. At the time I didn't push for a refund because my cat's wellbeing came first. Looking back now after this second experience, I truly feel I deserve a refund for that cast, since the issue was not caused by anything I did or by my cat. I do want to say that the front desk staff have always been kind and supportive, and I appreciate them. However, overall my experiences with this clinic have been very disappointing. I care deeply about my cat and want a veterinary office that is honest, transparent, and focused on the animal's wellbeing, not adding unnecessary services that dramatically increase the bill. There are other veterinary clinics in the area that provide great care without making pet owners feel this way. I strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before committing to treatment here.

A special thank you to the front desk receptionist, who was incredibly sweet, compassionate, and reassuring. Her kindness made a difficult and scary situation feel a little easier, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about my dog and our family.
