I called 12 different places as far as Riverside (I'm in Yucaipa) and couldn't find anyone who could accommodate us because of it being so last minute and his breed (he's a mix). I don't have anyone in this state who I have the kind of relationship with where I could ask them to watch my dog full time for 9 days so I was pretty sure I was going to have to stay home. I found Beaumonsters 15 hours before my plane took off and trusted them with my dog who is like a son to me because it was probably the last time I'd get to see my grandmother. The owner at this place is a really nice guy and my dog liked him right away. The trip meant the world to me and my boy was safe and well cared for the entire time. Even after paying a short-notice fee I still ended up paying less than the companies near us if they hadn't been too full to accommodate me. I feel like I lucked out not paying more to end up with kennel cough from a boarding style place. Will definitely use them again whenever I can afford some time off work.

*WARNING: my dog got KENNEL COUGH here* When we dropped our…read moredog off at this facility we felt nervous and had a bad feeling. It was dirty and falling apart, kennels on dirt floors outside and the main office smelled strongly of dog feces. I've seen dog pounds in better shape, and to be honest the looks of the place reminded me of Tijuana. We were on a schedule so couldn't relocate our dog, so we had to leave her. While she was boarded I called every day to check on her and someone picked up every time, told me she was okay. The day we picked her up she was unusually fatigued. The next day she started showing signs of kennel cough, even though she is up to date on her bordetella. It's been three days and she has not had anything to eat, has eye discharge and is coughing terribly. I've tried calling 20+ times a day and they don't answer and they have no voicemail. If they knew another dog boarded had kennel cough they should have warned me, it's too obvious to claim they didn't know. And now they disappeared. We left our dog food bowls (they never handed them back so we didn't realize until we got home) and would like advice on kennel cough but no one is picking up. I have a feeling they are ignoring my call because they know. We feel incredibly scammed. If they care and want to make this right and read this they need to reach out to Wendy's parents and call us. I have called morning afternoon and before closing over 20x a day for the last 2 days and no pick up. If they respond I will update this post.

Been leaving our 3 French bulldogs here for a couple of times now and they have been great. The…read morefirst time after we picked up our dogs I took them straight to the tub shower them and I noticed no dirt or sand or anything coming off... so I thought they bathe the dogs so I called and they didn't. I was shocked how cleaned my dogs came back. So after that day, I have been coming back to them. They are very affordable not expensive at all. Staff was really friendly. It's been my husband dropping and picking up our dogs so I haven't seen the place but this time I will go and update my review about the place just for further info. Thank you Beaumont Boarding and Day Care for taking good care of our dogs.
