I'm a do it yourself kind of a person but our basset hound is a pain to trim his nails but that is included with baths so that is what sold me on trying a mobile groomer. It makes it worth it to me to get nails trimmed and I hate brushing the dogs also. With that said I will use Baxter again. Only constructive criticism I would say is I'm disappointed I can't find Baxters website? I've found other groomers that you can book appointments online I like that hope Baxter would consider that. I know you can Book appointments on Facebook but not everyone uses Facebook. The thing I like about having a website you can see details of service and prices. A lot of people like doing stuff online and not have to call all the time it's the direction the world is going. However thanks Dustin for cleaning up Frankie and Clyde.

Before training, I had a lot more stress around my dog's behavior. Now he's obedient, predictable, and I can take him pretty much anywhere without worrying about how he's going to act. I was just talking to him couple weeks ago and had mentioned how long it had been since my wife and I had gotten to get away for awhile. There are always grandmas willing to watch the kiddos. But the fur babies are another story. He told me him and his wife also do pet sitting. Long story short we spent a night at the casino last weekend while the kids enjoyed raiding grandmas pantry and toy closet. Little test run. And we couldn't be happier. We were able to check in and see how things were on a camera he set up for us. It was even easier than getting ahold of grandma to check on the kids lol. Thanks so much guys! First review both times! Beaumonsters saved my trip. Writing this as a big thanks after a great experience. The person I…read morehired to watch my dog ghosted me the day before I was supposed to leave to my first vacation in 3 years to visit my home town. I called 12 different places as far as Riverside (I'm in Yucaipa) and couldn't find anyone who could accommodate us because of it being so last minute and his breed (he's a mix). I don't have anyone in this state who I have the kind of relationship with where I could ask them to watch my dog full time for 9 days so I was pretty sure I was going to have to stay home. I found Beaumonsters 15 hours before my plane took off and trusted them with my dog who is like a son to me because it was probably the last time I'd get to see my grandmother. The owner at this place is a really nice guy and my dog liked him right away. The trip meant the world to me and my boy was safe and well cared for the entire time. Even after paying a short-notice fee I still ended up paying less than the companies near us if they hadn't been too full to accommodate me. I feel like I lucked out not paying more to end up with kennel cough from a boarding style place. Will definitely use them again whenever I can afford some time off work.

*WARNING: my dog got KENNEL COUGH here* When we dropped our…read moredog off at this facility we felt nervous and had a bad feeling. It was dirty and falling apart, kennels on dirt floors outside and the main office smelled strongly of dog feces. I've seen dog pounds in better shape, and to be honest the looks of the place reminded me of Tijuana. We were on a schedule so couldn't relocate our dog, so we had to leave her. While she was boarded I called every day to check on her and someone picked up every time, told me she was okay. The day we picked her up she was unusually fatigued. The next day she started showing signs of kennel cough, even though she is up to date on her bordetella. It's been three days and she has not had anything to eat, has eye discharge and is coughing terribly. I've tried calling 20+ times a day and they don't answer and they have no voicemail. If they knew another dog boarded had kennel cough they should have warned me, it's too obvious to claim they didn't know. And now they disappeared. We left our dog food bowls (they never handed them back so we didn't realize until we got home) and would like advice on kennel cough but no one is picking up. I have a feeling they are ignoring my call because they know. We feel incredibly scammed. If they care and want to make this right and read this they need to reach out to Wendy's parents and call us. I have called morning afternoon and before closing over 20x a day for the last 2 days and no pick up. If they respond I will update this post.
