Even more shocking is that the actual OWNER was the one giving me attitude along with the other lady. I literally went from immediately forwarding their business card to my friend and family and social media, to just as fast rescinding because of the lack of SERVICE, and TRANSPARENCY. The prices on their tables said one thing, and when I paid with cash, apparently they charge tax which never in the five years that I've gone to the farmers market and paid with cash. have they charged me for their tax transactions. When I asked for clarification on the change of price as well as why they're charging me $5 over what I expected, she seemed frustrated and was giving me attitude and kept looking at the other lady and both just looked at each other like I'm dumb. Just because you're young and a business owner doesn't mean you can treat your customers, who are making this happen for you, disrespectfully. Manager and groomer both talked down and rudely in an argumentative fashion with me and kept my…read moretwo small dogs an entire 5 hours without warning me up front how long it would be and without allowing them to go potty. I was called and told one of my dogs ears was matted and they had to shave the entire ear to the skin. I told them, "no, I didn't want my dog's ears without any hair. The manager became extremely angry and argumentative. At one point I said leave the ears alone and I would do them. I received more arguing back at me. I also said then use the clippers to remove the matted part and do the best you can. I was called back rudely another time that I would have to sign a waiver about my dog's ears. I tried to pick my dogs up at the three hour mark and they had not even been trimmed properly yet and I was told if I picked up the dogs then, I would have to pay for the entire bill. I left my poor dogs there as I had an appointment. When I returned to pick them up the groomer was rude and over the top argumentative and said I was not allowed to bring my dogs back even after I apologized for any misunderstanding on my part. They continued to display such a shameful attitude and stance with me just because I declined to have the groomer use the clipper on the entire ear. What happened to kindness and the business motto "The customer is always right"? If they treat me like this is a "critical parent fashion", how do they treat my dogs??? There is no way to see how dogs are being treated around the corner as when they groom the dogs it is completely out of view. One of my dogs was literally shaking when we arrived home. The shaking lasted some time. As it was, they charged me $15 extra to comb out my dog's matted ear. Couldn't they have given me that option up front? It would have been so much more kinder and everyone could have left happy and content including my dogs!!! After arrived home for several days, my dogs cry when I pick them up from sore ribs. How horribly sad and indicates they were mishandled, too!

They didn't shower her like they said they did (she was still covered in hair), and they were suppose to cut her nails, but only cut the extremely long ones. All of her hair is choppy.
