I didn't know much about vinyl fencing when I started the project, but I did my research and looked up several reputable companies. This company was the most responsive and timely and all the credit goes to Suzette. She's just amazing---super nice, patient, answered all my questions completely & thoroughly. The other companies came back with higher quotes on similar material even though they say theirs is different. Another company came close, but I went with Lifetime Vinyl because of how personable communications had been. I was confident that Suzette and her husband (Don) would get the job done right. Don came out to see me twice. Once for the initial quote and later to answer specific questions I had about the fence. I had to get hoa approval prior to installation and I was very impressed with how thorough Suzette was in submitting everything. Not only did she submit the quote and licensure, but she went above and beyond by including recommendations from another hoa. Suffice it to say, the hoa approved. Once we agreed to move forward, a date was set and we put down 50% of the cost which included removal of the old fence. On installation day, 2 guys arrived 20 mins ahead of schedule (I was outside doing some last minute covering of rose bushes so they wouldn't scratch the crew). They were nice and professional. Don arrived not long after to mention specific details about one area of the fence. Another guy came later to help with the removal & installation of the gate. The crew worked diligently all day long despite the heat. The final result brought greater curb appeal to not only our home, but also that of the neighborhood as well since much of our fence can be seen when people drive into the neighborhood. On top of that, when I had trouble registering for the warranty from the manufacturer, Suzette kindly did it for me with a copy and email showing that we're registered. I'm so grateful to Suzette for going above and beyond to make this such a wonderful experience. Lifetime Vinyl Fence gets more than 5 stars from this satisfied customer.

A&A Boltless came in much cheaper than all of the others. then they said they had used shelves at an even better price and ordered. Our order had 36 standing corders, 36 heavy side supports, 36 heavy front supports, 54 light supports and 45 particle board shelves. we had them picked up and as we were installing them we noticed some pieces were missing. They offered to bring them over but not for a few days. we needed the parts right away and that pissed me off. "I needed them now". I drove to Santa Ana from Redondo Beach, ready to take someones head off. PJ was there and apologized, gave me the replacement parts and some bonus parts. I also wanted to order a few more shelves and he comp'd those to me. Not only did he admit to their mistake, but he took care extraordinary care of me. this is the 2nd time i have bought from them and will continue to do so. Thanks PJ!

I purchased several racks from this company 2 months ago, some 8' tall and some 12' tall. I was…read morenever informed that I would be needing building permits for anything over 7' 9", otherwise I would have ordered everything within those guidelines. During a recent fire inspection, we were cited for not getting permits for the taller racks. I contacted my sales rep to find out what my options were and he said he could help me get the permits for the racks, which would cost around $8,000 - more than the cost of the racks! I asked him why I was not informed of these requirements. Despite not informing me of the requirements at the time of ordering, he was still courteous with me. A few minutes later I received a called from Genine Campbell who proceeded to tell me the requirements for the racks. I asked her why I wasn't informed of these requirements before I ordered. She started to raise her voice at me and told me it is not the company's job to tell me what the permit requirements are and that I should have researched this information. I asked her that the company has no responsibility in informing the clients? She would not let me get a word in edgewise and was talking over me! I asked her who I was speaking to and she said " I am the f***ing owner and I don't have to take this f****ing crap from you!" I am in shock because I have NEVER been spoken to with so much disrespect, let along being cursed at by the OWNER of the business! I have owned my manufacturing business for over 25 years and this is the worst experience I have had with any company I have done business with. Especially from the owner of the business! If this is the way she speaks to her clients, by yelling and cursing, what is she teaching her team and how does she represent her business? I would have expected a respectful conversation offering some sort of help or options considering I paid so much money for racks that I will have to tear down. Instead I was yelled and cursed at! She later emails me and says she wanted a chance to speak instead of being hung up on mid conversation!! So she expected me to stay on the phone while she cursed and yelled at me?

I went to King Barrel to purchase a simple wine/whiskey barrel for a christmas gift/project. I…read morehave previously done projects with barrels and said they were "one and dones" as they are definatley not easy to work with. After seeing an inspiration picture of a barrel pub table and chairs I got excited to take this on. Upon my arrival to King Barrel I was greeted by several helpful employees. They were incredibly kind and non judgmental of my desire to do a DIY project and didn't make me feel bad as the furniture they had on their show room floor was beautiful in workmanship and design. They offered me tips and even offered me for what I consider a nominal fee to do some of the tidious undesireable parts of my project which I gladly accepted and agreed. They sold me a table top which was great in itself as I had other less grand ideas and after seeing what they did to their display tables I opted to "upgrade" my project by having them do a few other things like filling in the table top holes and banding the table top with a steel band that matched the barrel perfectly. I also met the owner Moses who was quite kind and impressive in his desire to be helpful to this DIY girl....even telling me I could come down anytime for help or just for inspiration ideas, truly a wonderful neighborhood business worthy of support! I could go nuts in this store and fill my home with Whiskey decor and plan to go back soon for more!
