SHE WAS REAL QUICK TO TELL ME THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK WHEN THE HAD A PALLET FULL AND SOME EVEN ON THE FLOOR SHE TOLD ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW AFTERNOON THEN THEY TOld ME THEY COULDN'T PULL FROM STOCK IN THE BACKROOM BECAUSE THEY DID "INVENTORY" I drove over from Orange County to pick up three bags of whole corn. All they had was cracked corn as far as I could see and Leslie the floor person says oh we're not gonna have any till tomorrow. I then could see it in the back through the window in stock she says I'll have to get the manager seven minutes later the manager Lindsay comes out and says oh yeah we can't take them from there because of inventory and then she points out that there were some on the floor and Leslie obviously didn't see it. I can't believe they were gonna make me come back because they were in an inventory count. What kind of silliness is that? I found them to be rude and dismissive and just obviously just quick to tell me that they couldn't meet my needs without really doing any work. Terrible service uncaring. I don't know if that's a blatant lie to not touch anything in the back because they were doing inventory and it was recently counted. Just weird thing that they would make somebody come back the next day if they had the product in stock. it's weird I've been here at least four times for the same product and this is the second time I was told it was out of stock. I'm not even sure if they were telling me the truth the first time at this point. Everyone else was super nice to me. before I don't know what's going on with the staff today. Been wanting to come to tractor supply for awhile now and finally stopped by! I Honestly thought tractor supply would be a massive store, like a Costco but for farm animal supplies, etc. it's a bit bigger than the feed store in Rancho. The only difference is that they sell live poultry, different feeds, boots, farm clothing and home goods. It was cool checking it out and if I'm in the area I would stop by! Employees were super friendly and you can sign up for their discounts with your phone number. It was pretty cool coming here even tho I expected it to be different! read more

I recently bought a wood pellet heater for my newly renovated patio and had a difficult time locating bags at any of the big box hareware stores. Tractor Supply offers their own brand of wood pellets, and they have a phone app for their product offerings, locations and online ordering. This Norco location is the nearest to my residence so I placed an order for six 40 pound bags. Picking up the product was easy since they have a drive thru which I just pulled up to and the friendly male attendant who loaded the bags into my vehicle. Inside the store, offers a variety of hardware, feed and items your big box stores don't normally stock. All the employees were friendly and attentive which was refreshing. I'll surely return here in the future for my wood pellet needs in the future. read more

Horrible experience. The employees there are very unfriendly and not helpful at all. the employees there do not know customer service etiquette. They are not knowledgeable about their own products and are not helpful at all. No one offers to help you finding anything and when you ask for help they roll your eyes at you and refuse to help you and you basically have to figure it out yourself. Very unfortunate. if there was another store that sold what I need I would 100% perder to go to that store than this Tractor Supply store in Norco. Do not recommend this location at all. read more

I love this store for its wide selection of products, proximity to my home, and mostly customer satisfaction oriented employees. While there are some employees that stand out as being top notch specifically, Trista and Samantha, there is one employee that leaves much to be desired. On multiple occasions, the evening manager, Joshua, has provided as what can only be described as sub par customer service. While I understand most people would rather be anywhere besides work, this employee consistently shows that he would rather not assist anyone with anything. It is unfortunate that a "manager" who should set the tone for his subordinates has such horrid customer service. My apologies for the poor review but this employee needs remediation if this store wishes to attract more customers. read more

I live less than a mile from this tractor supply. I have to drive to the one in Jurupa Valley because this one is always out of stock on various items. Never can get a straight answer on when things are coming in. You would think having a tractor supply in a horse town they would always be stocked, but apparently nobody cares. read more

We drove from Tustin to Norco to purchase red lava rocks only to find they were out of stock. A sales associate, Nathan, checked to see where we could find it, called that location and was able to have them put some aside for us. If I could give them no stars I would. I went in to buy four different kinds of normal horse feed. They were out of three of the brands they always carry. Last month they were out of two. I ask to speak to the manager. He came out in about 10 minutes and his solution was for me to order and have it shipped in to his store. I ask him why would I do that when he is supposed to keep and inventory for all of his customers not just me. I reminded him the same thing happened last month. I thought the managers before him were bad but I was wrong...he is the worse. I will never go in this store ago because this is beginning to happen all the time. They have good employees and BAD management and it keeps happening over and over again. There are better places to shop in Norco and I would encourage you to start using them. I have been going to the Tractor Supply store in Norco for quite some time. I have always received very good service from the employees there. Lately, I have noticed that there are not as many employees available to help customers. In fact, I waited 15 minutes for someone to assist me. I asked one of the employees about the situation. They told me that a few months ago the store got a new manager and he has been reducing the number of employees per shift. Sometimes there are only 3 people after 5pm. I guess this is to save money but it is hurting their customer service. Tractor Supply is not the only option for animal feed in Norco. While I do like this store, I will not hesitate to go elsewhere for good service. read more

I love my local Tractor Supply, Infact all the ones I've been to in other states as well have been great. They have great seasonal sales & I just decided to post a review bc I bothered them to check on a certain candy right now, I even said, I'm sorry to bother for something like this & the guy replied, "That's ok, that's what we are here for" (This was at the Norco store). Anyway they carry rare candies & though I'm not a big candy person, any time I see anything root-beer, it reminds me of my lil brother so I had to try this root-beer licorice, my husband grossed out but it was good. I had to call my older brother & tell him (our lil brother has been gone 4.5 years now & we still struggle terribly but we share lil things like this often). He said to save him some it sounded good. It's been months, I never mailed it. He doesn't have a tractor supply in his town. Anyway I went online to see if I could find some to send to him for Father's Day & it was outrageous $ so that's when I called my local TC, I can buy 2-3 bags & mail 1st class for the price of one on line. Great Value TC! Anyway there's many great unique things there oh & I love the Great greeting cards as well. Now that I think about it, I'd recommend a TC as a souvenir shop if you're visiting. This is my first time to this business as its the closest to OC. I recently adopted a baby buck and the breeder fed him this particular brand of pellets. I called aroynd oc area & nobody carry that brand. I tried amazon the have that brand but not that variety. The sales staffs are very helpful here. Since its my first time in this store i do not know where things are. They helped me and i picked up a few more items. The only two items they do not have its his meds. The Tractor Supply store in Norco, CA sold me a new trailer on 03/29/2025. On 04/21/2025, I called the DMV to get an update on my registration. The DMV told me they hadn't received any paperwork from Tractor Supply. On 04/22/2025, I called Tractor Supply and spoke with Tyler. He told me they hadn't sent the paperwork to the DMV, because they wait until they sell 10 trailers before they send any paperwork to the DMV. Anyone selling a trailer or vehicle has to get the registration paperwork to the DMV no later than 15 days after the sale. It has now been 26 days since they sold me the trailer. read more

I started buying chicken feed in bulk last year when prices started increasing. And I found a sort of near by tractor supply store. I could order online and they would come bring it to my car and it made it so easy. Last fall my chickens molted and stopped laying eggs. Ok. Fine. My chickens never completely stopped laying in the past when they molted so I didn't think too much about it. Then I started hearing rumors of chickens going to zero egg production. 100 chickens going to zero?? I was skeptical. Then I had a chicken get egg bound so bad she didn't make it. I changed feed. Within one week off the tractor supply brand and on to a locally based chicken feed they started up laying eggs again. Tractor supply has a return policy of 30 days on chicken feed. I think everyone that buys the Producer pride brand needs to rethink their purchase and return the feed immediately. read more

*We are giving them a chance to fix this. Will update soon.* The manager here (06-11-2023 @ 11:30 A.M.) is being paid to stand around doing nothing. He was rude and not helpful at all. He sent us back to the front cashier twice for things he could have done himself, and then still didn't help us except to give us the 800 number to do it ourselves. We spoke to 2 different employees before the manager. Both were very nice but told us things that are not true, so beware and keep an eye on their pricing. They claim to price match, but their own pricing didn't even match from store to online. The delivery prices didn't match either, and due to the horrible customer service, we are taking our 5 grand somewhere else. We were completely prepared to purchase a riding lawn mower there, but because of the managers' lack of help or even giving a crap we are going to purchase from another company. Yes, his actions reflect on the whole company, so if anyone cares about Tractor Supply reputation, you might want to step in on this unclaimed business and clean house. read more

Mainly reviewing regarding doing an online order for in store pick up. Shout out to Amy, who answered my phone call when I was on the way to Tractor Supply because I realized my arrival time would be 9:05 PM (5 minutes after closing). I realized this was my own fault for not estimating the time correctly, but Amy was patient and even offered to process my order so that it would be ready for pick up by the cash register upon arrival. I was able to arrive only a couple minutes after 9:00 PM and luckily the front doors were still open. My item was waiting near the cash registers and I was able to sign off on the pick up paperwork and bring back my item to my car without any issues. Can't really say for the shopping experience but the online pick up was super easy and I'm really grateful that they didn't shut the doors on me when I knew I was going to be late. read more

Ask a worker a question and they'll either lie, or they reply with a bad attitude and a chip on their shoulder. I have tried TS three times now, I thought I would get better equipment and service. Boy was I wrong. You need to take the floor model, they dont have the floor model gor display and then boxes to take. I took the chance and took the weed wacker snd chain saw. The chain saw didn't work but I had enough experience to fix it and it works great, go husqvarna! The weed wacker has never worked great, just enough to get by, constantly stalling. Again a husqvarna. I was pretty sure I purchased the plus policy so i took it back to the store. The counter guy was nice but no help, nice so he sent me to 'customer service'. He did say they do NOT do repairs! The second guy couldn't look up my policy so he called someone else. She stated I needed to call customer service they only have that info for 30 days. I said this is 'customer service' and walked out. Back to Lowes or the town lawn supply place. How this place stays in business is mind boggling. read more
