Got a call with an hour window of when our order should arrive. Our delivery guy was amazing. Took great care with our property. Unloaded and stacked the hay where we requested. Our deliveries are usually 20 to 40 bales at a time. Great customer service!!! read more

Walked in at 2:30 to purchase orchard grass for our cattle. Charged me for said orchard and when I drove back to load it the loader told me they ran out that morning. Walked back in to get a refund only to be told that the refund will take 3-5 business days. So now I don't have my feed money AND I don't have my feed. Lost a customer today. read more

I don't know if they have new folks loading or what.... I went in and let them know we were dealing with severe bugs in our last bag that I tossed it and need to get a new one. I honestly didn't know how they got there. It has been a few weeks since I bought it. No big deal. Paid for the feed and go outside. The guy that loaded the bag was putting in my trunk in an odd manor but I didn't think anything of it. Only for me to get to the barn we board at to discover a hole ripped in the bag. Again. No big deal I'm just going to rip it open anyway. Then I saw it. All the bugs crawling out of the bag. All over the back of my suv and some were headed towards my infant in the back seat. I took the food back. Where they mentioned it had been an issue?!?!? And then de idea to grab us a new bag off the new pallet. Which fine. I appreciate that. But no " I'm sorry", or anything. Instead I got to pay another 20 for some DE to sprinkle in the car once my infant is out to try and debug it. I'm absolutely upset over today's interaction. Between our daughters and I, we have been customers for over a decade. As of today we no longer will be. I understand bugs happen but you don't knowingly load a bag full of them into an SUV with an infant. read more

They are professional and the people that work there know their products They are the BEST and I have recommend them. I have been going here for almost 20 years and now Very disappointed went there yesterday and got chicken food and shavings the guy who loaded it into my car broke the bag spilling it in my car and I had to point it out to them that it was broken and the other guys working just wanted to tape it up and left the mess in my car and then I get home and the shaving I got was full of moisture very disappointed in the way this place is going with there workers and quality read more

Well tonys just lost another customer.I guess the dont like when you complain about there smart month yard people or the fact they try to give you MOLDY HAY and short bales and the manage is very rude too SO DONT GO THERE THEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE!!!!!!! Norco is a horse town. So feed and grain stores and all the catchings you need for raising horses and whatever are abundant here. Today we were musing about the upcoming growing season, and trying to think outside the box, so to speak. We were planning a small raised vegetable garden and decided to look into medium sized water troughs that we could put drainage holes in, then place on frames to elevate them off the ground. Less bending, less likely to rot than wood beds, much easier to carry than the stacking cement borders that Home Depot offers. We found some 2' x 3' oval shaped water troughs/ponds, about 18 inches deep, made of a very thick, black material that is far more durable than anything the Home Depot/Lowes stores carry. Bonus points for being guaranteed for 5 years. $32 each and they have a capacity of 40 gallons. After shopping around Norco, we bought from Tony's. They were much cheaper than elsewhere. We are quite happy with our find and have plenty of planting area after buying 4. Nice, friendly, and they helped load them in our car. Appreciated! Of course, there is still much work to do, Mr. B needs to build the frames, but finding something durable was the most daunting challenge. read more

The staff is always nice and willing to help and the gentleman who work in the barn are always joking around and having a good time with the customers my boyfriend and I stop here often after the race track to pick up some hay for our Clydesdale. They always are very courteous and seem to have great quality feed! Plus I love all those halter colors for great prices ! read more

Terrible parking, cuatomer service is not the greatest, they were very short with me the feed is the same quality as everyone else prices are about the same as everyone else's. If im asking for advice id expect a friendly response. Def wont ever come back read more

This feed store has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. The manager is extremely rude and the owner does not seem to care . They sometimes have good hay but you have to check the order just before it is delivered. We had checked the hay quality before we ordered 24 bales and the hay that was delivered was not the hay we ordered and was all straw and full of sticks and rocks. When we questioned the poor quality , we were told the hay we ordered had sold out before they delivered and the hay delivered was a new shipment. The quality of the hay was so bad that I hated to feed it to my horses and we were charged the same price as the quality hay that we checked, ordered and paid for in advance. The other feed stores in Norco have better customer service, comparable prices and I can be sure that the hay that I bought is the hay that I will receive. I will take my thousand dollar a month business elsewhere but apparently the way their customers are treated they don't care read more

The quality of the chicken feed is great. We have an account at another local feed store but the lay mesh is very powdery. Additionally, I have noticed that this feed store is one of the only ones in Norco that is COVID safe. I really appreciate that because my elderly mother lives with me. Very friendly staff! read more

Some of the items didn't have prices and it was hard to find an employe on the floor to check the pricing or stock for you. I had to go up to the register and wait for her to call someone to meet me on the floor. Parking is a good here. There's a large, free parking lot right outside, making it easy to get in and out even during busier hours.

The next week, the plants did not arrive, so he called to make sure I did not waste time going to the store to check whether they were there. I want to give a huge shout out to Tony's Hay and Grain. The customer service is amazing from every person I have worked with. We generally receive a superior product however, in the rare event we receive a less desirable bale or product, it is quickly resolved. The staff are like an extension of my animals family and they always ask about them and go the extra mile for them. They have been especially helping with some logistics as we have had recent changes while setting up a new ranch. read more

Drove here all the way from Trabuco, Ca because horse shaving prices are so high in Orange County! I filled my truck up with a bunch of shavings/pellets at $3-$5 savings/bag. The customer service here is amazing and even though it was extremely busy, they still loaded my truck up quick. I will be coming back here when I need to stock up on horse supplies again. read more
