Recently, one of our snakes passed away, and our other snake suddenly stopped eating. We were extremely worried. I called the shop and spoke with Anthony, the owner. Without hesitation, he told me to bring her in so he could take a look. As soon as we arrived, Anthony knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He took her in for rehabilitation for a week, and when I came back to pick her up, she was 100% better and back to her normal self. Anthony did all of this out of the kindness of his heart, and our family is incredibly grateful for his help and expertise. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares not only about reptiles but also about the families who love them. The shop is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is professional.
