    Used blankets $5
    Renee D.

This place is amazing! If you want it, they've got it, new or gently used! This was our first time, and after we got what we came for, we had to take another lap just to browse all the assortment. Being city folk, it was awe inspiring to see the craftsmanship of all the bridles, saddles, boots and accessories up close. We almost got a small horse blanket for the dog because they are just $5. There's plenty of gently broken in boots, both Western and Dressage.

Agreed to sell me 4 books for $1 ea - old, tired books! However I was charged $12.50! Bad business practice misleading a trusting customer
    Toni S.

Unbelievable. I offered to buy 4 children's books at $1 each. After some research, they agreed. However, since I was also buying other items and returning one, the cost of the books was simply somewhere in the mix. It wasn't until 1AM, when I found the receipt, that I discovered they had charged me a total of $12.50 for them (see attached picture for receipt). On top of that, the employee had a confrontational attitude that made my time there uncomfortable and memorable in the wrong way. I have had similar experiences each time I've been there before. I'm taking my used tack and my business elsewhere!!! So very disappointing!

Always have had what I need, especially bits and pieces of bridles and/or parts for stirrups/etc.

What I do have is a 2 year old granddaughter who has a fascination for pretty fish in fancy aquariums. This is not a strip mall pet store. We took her just to look. Didn't buy anything. We were simply amazed at the volume of related merchandise and vast displays of beautiful tropical fish and anemones, live aquatic plants, to name a few. You will find some very exotic specimens in many sizes and colors, with prices to match. We felt welcome and free to roam, looking at all their displays. This place is definitely a great resource for collectors.

I had went in when they first opened shop and it had only saltwater on the left, now they have expanded the right side of the store to freshwater and I am pretty excited about that. As someone who only works with freshwater, it's really exciting to have a local store instead of supporting big chains like petco and petsmart. I'm really looking forward to the day I get to stop by and choose my betta for my new set up! I also wanted to include that they have a few nano tank setups on display with some cute shrimp and some guppies! They have just about the same inventory as a chain store that you would buy from, if anything, more than that! The bettas were listed as $20 but I'm not sure if that applies to all of them on display. I was a bit sad when I saw them because their tails weren't in the best condition however, this might just be the way they were shipped. Whatever it is, it can be fixed with a bit of love and care!

After I got him home, I noticed that his ear had also been cut during the grooming. Which I will share a photo of this. What concerns me most, however, is the change in his behavior since coming home. He is not himself at all. He has been constantly licking his paws, legs, body, and rear area. He seems uncomfortable sitting, doesn't want to walk around or play, isn't wagging his tail like he normally does, and keeps isolating himself in his bed. He also had very little interest in eating or drinking. As his owner, this is extremely upsetting because he cannot tell me whether he is hurting, burning, itching, or experiencing some other type of discomfort. I know my dog and I know his normal personality, and this is not his normal behavior. I did speak with the manager, and I want to acknowledge that she was helpful and worked with me regarding the grooming fees, which I appreciate. My concern at this point is much bigger than the cost. I'm concerned about my dog's well-being and what may have happened during the grooming process to cause such a dramatic change in his behavior. I hope PetSmart takes situations like this seriously and ensures that groomers are extremely careful with the animals entrusted to them. Our pets are family, and when they come home acting completely different and unable to tell us what hurts, it is heartbreaking and frightening.
