This place is horrible! I don't know how they get puppies. they don't even know the breed of the puppies. The puppies are rolling around in there filth. I felt like buying any of the puppies would be considered rescuing at this point. The puppies were lethargic. The bunnies as well. They don't take care of there reptiles all of them are sick looking under weight and also a couple have prolapse and dirty cages

Every single time I walk in they notice me, I grab what I need, stand at the cash register waiting to be checked out, and they leave me unattended for over 10 minutes. Yet I watch them laughing, having a good time instead of being useful at their job. This is ridiculous, the animals there are in terrible condition, 2 of their Macaws had broken feathers and looked completely frazzled. Look ima give my honest opinion ion care what you think about it i go there every other week to buy my rosters food some times they do buy injured animals and you cant tell there place is clean and looking at the other reviews looks like they got there stuff togther from the past few years birds are togther in medium sized cages but i get it. If they have them in big cages how are they gonna catch them and to the ones saying they were rude i dont know who your talking about but to what i noticed there all nice and treat with respect chickens are keeped out side it cages that are a-bit small but there to be sold anyways so there to be gone in a day or too reptiles are well taken care of and clean one problem under staffed some times i get there and there is other people there and it takes a little more then i want thats just me over all pretty good pet store best one in fontana and bloomington for sure tho would recommend uust dont go up in there being rude and expect to get treated like a princess or prince read more

It's so bad, most of the birds I've seen are either bleeding or left there to die it's so sad I will not be returning.

A lot of their reptiles did not have heat source/water/food/proper shelter. Extremely messy and gross .

Where do I began... This place is a horrible place for fish. Dont ever go there to purchase anything fish related, their all sick with ich. The goldfish and koi are all in stock tanks with no kind of filtration... Over stocked and uncared for. Half of the fish in the tanks are motionless and or dead.... I went there because my friend said their goldfish are inexpensive, which they are. But you get what you pay for... I visited them for the first and last time.... Beware of elias pets.... They should stick to selling chickens or hay or what ever farm animals they sale, because they have no idea how to care for fish...it's sad actually that they see no need to raise their fish in an environment suitable for living creatures.... I'm seriously not even going to give it a star! I bought a cockatiel off of them on 11/18 and 5 days later it died! The bird was eating drinking water. Before i knew it he fell over and took his last breath in my hand when i tried to help him.But I bought him and wish I could afford to buy all the birds in there shop because they have way to many in one cage. Most of the birds look sick, no one pays attention to them. They do not sell birds because they love birds it seems it's for the money!
