Ive been going to this feed store for almost 2 years.It is family owned. It is a wonderful experience every time I walk in and I am always acknowledged. The 3 young men that I know work there are extremely knowledgeable about everything they sell. They are all so kind and spend whatever time I need if Im trying to decide what product I need. I am never pushed to buy something I don't need either. Their experience with their own animals like mine is great because I know they understand my situation. Did I mention that they are all adorable? Their prices aren't ridiculously high priced and they carry a great selection of dry dog foods, some dry cat and a multitude of farm animal foods like for chickens (they even sell baby chicks for those who eventually want fresh eggs at home!!) plus parrot, cockatiel and parakeet seed. My cat's eye was red and full of mucus, causing it to be sealed shut. On 7/28, we called and explained to them what was going on. They told us it was an infection and recommended an ointment that they sell for $21.99. Well, it was definitely worth purchasing this small tube for this price. It worked! It helped our cat, Zelda's eye heal! Her eye isn't inflamed or filled with mucus anymore, and it works fast! By the next day, we noticed the improvement and by day 3 it was almost healed. I will continue rubbing ointment for a week, or until Saturday 8/4. Thank you to the older man that works here for recommending this ointment to us. It saved us from spending more money at a veterinary. Both, the man and lady at the register were very helpful and polite. read more

New Feed (LEFT) Petsmart (RIGHT)... I would give this place 5 stars but I recently found something very suspicious. I'm not sure if they could be selling unfresh dog food or maybe imitation brands. I have always bought "Blue Buffalo Large puppy breed" for my dog. After noticing they sell it there, I picked a bag up and once I opened the bag at home, I realized it was very different from my Petsmart bag (RIGHT CUP) the New Feed food kibbles are bigger, more discolored, and looks to be less fresh compared to the Petsmart one. My dog actually chose to eat the Petsmart bag over the New Feed. I'm not really sure what it is or why they're different.... but I rather call it safe though and continue to just buy my dog food from Petsmart. read more
