When I called about the missed spots, I was told it was "permanent damage." However, a pet stain remover I bought on Amazon removed it in one spray. Second, their cleaning method seemed to spread the urine -- the smell transferred to clean cushions that had never been soiled and should not have been cleaned. Third, they completely missed cleaning the inside of the cushion. Had they unzipped it, they would have seen it's made of three layers, with urine pooled on top of the center foam layer. This was left untouched and continued to smell. Their cleaning method was only on the surface and was not a deep clean. Had they unzipped the cushion, they would've been able to easily clean it. Finally, they placed the cushions on our dining room chairs and an expensive gaming chair, leaving a permanent residue and odor on the chair while also staining some of the pillows. You can see a picture of the pillow stain and the residue on the chair with a side comparison of an unused chair. Scratches are on the chair that they did not use / touch. I am referring to the white film / water damage. In the end, they spread the smell to 2 pillows that didn't need cleaning and three chairs that now smell like cat urine. I notified the cleaner who came out, and after acknowledging the issue, he stopped responding. When you hire a professional cleaning company, you expect a thorough job, knowledge of proper deep-cleaning techniques, and awareness of how cleaning products react with cat urine... Not making the problem worse. This experience fell far short.

The only disappointing part was that the team walked back and forth on the freshly cleaned carpet wearing outdoor shoes(which is a HUGE ick of mine). Since we're a no-shoes household, it felt counterintuitive to pay to have my carpets cleaned only to have them walked on with outdoor shoes afterward. I was downstairs taking care of my young daughter and didn't realize they had their outdoor shoes on for most of the carpet cleaning job and while cleaning up. This left me feeling like, in the end, the carpets weren't as clean as they could have been, which is important to me since I have a toddler at home. Overall, the quality of the cleaning was still good, and I'm still happy with the grout cleaning and stain removal (which is why I'm still giving 3 stars). Wearing shoe covers while walking on the carpet, especially after it had JUST been cleaned, would have made a big difference to the overall customer experience.
