I replied that I understood it wasn't her fault and that I would just be calling corporate to express my dissatisfaction with this policy. She snapped at me "well it's a corporate policy sooooo". I have never in my life been denied service. I understand they are within their right, but there was simply no reason for it. I was being calm and polite.
