I'd rate the service but I went there 45 minutes before it said it closed and the doors were LOCKED. I even double checked online and it said the same thing. AND at the door it said the hours too. I'm going to make a long story short. Once upon a time I liked my subs hot. My first time here I expectected something totally different then what I got and loved the experience. It was love at first bite. I now love my subs cold (warm, heated, toasted... Its all overrated). I loved it so much I looked into owning a JJs of my own. After finding out I did not have the capacity (net worth) to do so, I promptly applied. I now work here for minimum wage and love it. Im going to work my way into management and spread the JJgs love. Its different but thats what makes it so great! As for whats good... You cannot go wrong with a #8 Billy Club or a #11 Country Club, hold the mayo, add sauce, onions, cherry peppers, lots of oregano, and add extra dijon. Don't forget to add some tasty kettle cooked jalepeno or salt and vinegar chips, yummy chocolate chip cookie,or juicy pickle and a drink to complete the meal. I wash mine down with lemonade or sprite. So thats my JJs story, review, and reccomendation. read more

Veryyyyyyy fast service and the staff is very friendly. I have been working in the area for the past month and have visited this place about 3x a week. I keep coming back because of the high standards for speed and quality. I am not the biggest JJ fan in the world, as I personally think their Sammy's are a bit plain/run-of-the-mill. And I still believe that's true compared to places like Charley's Grilled Subs, Quiznos, and heck even Subway has more bread options. But the other great factors of this chain win out. Give them a visit, especially this location. read more

They said there was nothing they could do about it. I wrote a letter to the corporate offices. They said because this is a franchise they couldn't help. Ordered 2 subs cut in half and add pickles to one. On my receipt it states just that. And the bread was over done almost burnt. How hard can it be. We were the only one at drive up window. Never had a issue before and don't blame it on the virus. A virus did not over bake the bread. Train your stupid millennials harder. Jimmy John's - A #6 v-cut - Sandwiches Near Me - Heath, Ohio

Hello, I stopped at the Heath location to get some cookies on my way to an office visit (I am a region manager and like to bring goodies) I go to the drive thru and ask for 6 cookies, the person asks me if I would like the "value pack" which comes with 6 cookies and I reply "perfect" I get to the window and the say $12.00 please...hmmm $1.75 a cookie x 6 = $9.00 and value pack (value) indicates a bargain and when I ask they tell me there is a $3.00 charge for the box......WHAT?!? They said the owner makes them do it that way because boxes are expensive. I gave them $9.00 and asked if they want their box back. They said "no" What a shame. Darn good cookies. We ordered at 1 for pickup and 50min later they weren't ready. The coupon special slammed them but they kept serving drive through instead of handling the order. It was a mess and the manager wasn't able to manage the situation efficiently. So much for pickup something fast and delish. Sigh. read more

Guess I should have read the other reviews first, but it was a little late after shopping and not a lot was open that was conveniently located on the way home. Why would subs be cold and not even have cheese? How can they not have cheese, out of the three types I ordered not...one...slice of cheese. I write this as I munch on straight up cheese. Yep, I am. Quality food at reasonable prices. It can't compete with the girth or quality of Jersey Mike's, but it trumps Subway in a major way. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. read more

Same story ... Different location. Skimpy meat, and just an overall bad experience. I would def. recommend going to a Quiznos if this ready available... Very Good. We were excited to have a Jimmy John's open near by. Great sandwiches, lots of fresh deli meat and a place to eat outside.

I have to say I was disappointed that there were no hot subs. I can get deli meat from Kroger. I could tell it was good quality but not worth the price to me. read more

Great subs, I always get the Big John. However I tried the tuna and was pleasantly pleased. The subs are freaky fast but I can not give this joint five stars because they do not deliver to Denison University campus. They're missing out on so much business.
