But, the staff was very apologetic, offered us a free appetizer when she realized our food was terribly late, and in the end, the manger came to our table and comped us one of our meals. Apparently their system "glitched" and our order was "lost", and never made it to the kitchen. Once the waitress realized the issue, I'm guessing she entered the order incorrectly, because once the food came out one of the sandwiches were totally incorrect. She realized it as she was sitting it on the table, apologized profusely, and left with the food. We waited again. Now to the food. The hand cut fair style fries were exactly what you'd expect. crisp, brown, and perfectly seasoned. The burgers were done exactly as requested. Medium Well. The toppings were fresh, cold and crisp. The patty was seasoned well. Again no complaints. The ambience is small town sports bar/family restaurant. With many TVs up front at the bar, and along the walls to entertain you while waiting. The decor is dated, but in decent shape for its age. Before posting this review, I read through past ratings, and I see other service issues in the past with long wait times. But, the reviews for fast, quick friendly service seem to outweigh them. So, I'm going to chalk my experience up to a REALLY bad day. But, I will warn anyone that there is the potential of a long wait for your food.
