The manager on duty was rude (again) & insisted he had double-checked the order, claiming he gave 2 bags to the bartender to hand off to DoorDash. As before, he tried to blame the delivery service instead of taking responsibility. It's obvious there is no proper quality control. The restaurant handed the driver only half the order, yet the manager refused to acknowledge fault. When we asked for fresh food, we were met with resistance--we did not want food that had potentially been sitting at the bar for two hours. Poor service twice in a row, no accountability, & constant blaming of 3rd-party delivery services for the restaurant's own mistakes. We will not be spending any more money here.
