I am sitting here wanting ice cream and I'm nearby, but I can't make myself go. The last time I visited, I was just there for a sundae. It wasn't super crowded but they did have customers so I was patient; howe, after standing for 30 minutes I inquired. The young girl went and grabbed it from a freezer. I get by this place at least twice a week and, being a creature of habit, I can't stop ordering that fish dinner! The only deviation is when I get the fish sandwich. It's crisp, golden brown, hot and juicy, soft and flaky in a way that sticks with you, and fills you up fast! It's safer to order ahead because the drive-through stays full, and you'll find yourself pulling into one of the designated parking spaces while you wait for your order. But it is truly worth the wait. I've had the beef pot roast, the grilled Reuben melt, the sourdough melt, and the Wisconsin swill melt, along with the Culver's Deluxe, but I always end up back at that Atlantic Cod. A friend said I really needed to give this place a try even though I don't do fast food. Surprised I did. Surprised the food was better than expected AND cheap! The menu consists of burgers, fish and chicken. Typical fare. Not typical are ice creams, cheese curds and a great VEGGIE burger. The battered fish was as good as any I've had at restaurants. Fried perfectly. Not greasy and not covered with thick batter. Fries are ok. The summer ice drinks are really tasty. There are only 2 locations in area. The place gets very busy during lunch hour with groups of people. There seems to be crew of workers serving both drive-thru, carryout and dine in. They are FAST. Always someone walking around asking if service is ok and also cleaning tables. I have aversion to fast food, but not to Culvers. read more

I will start off by saying, I get sick off of many frozen chicken nuggets/tenders that are very processed like the famous Dino nugget, and the chicken tenders they sold me today made my stomach turn like other frozen chicken does. I was not impressed at all with the food I ate today. This was also my first time eating a t a Culver's restaurant, but I will say I probably won't be returning to amy Culver's location unless they fix the chicken tenders. I had the original 4 piece chicken tender meal with cheese curds. The chicken tenders were very flat and looked like they were bought from a dollar general freezer section, and tasted very processed and gross as well. The cheese curds were okay but that and the ice cream would be the only thing I would come back for. Ew, I tried to eat at this after we went to this really great Asian buffet and trust me, it is really bad. Ice cream that melts in the car, the ice cream tastes like frozen butter, i got a "milkshake" and it wasn't one at all, just ice cream in a milkshake container. I went through drive through. I Ordered a grilled chicken with lettuce onion tomato pickles mayo ketchup mustard swiss cheese and bacon. For starter they got the order correct! They had me pull into a number and the food came out hot and fresh. The grilled chicken was nicely flavored and I enjoyed every bite. Was well worth it. My husband is a big fan of Culver's, so we couldn't resist stopping for lunch while traveling through Ohio! We opted for their famous butter burgers. I ordered a single, but the beef patty was so thin that it was barely noticeable. In contrast, my son had a kids burger, and his was thicker than mine--definitely a case of inconsistency which was a bummer. I used to love getting their soft serve chocolate ice cream but the last time I had a small cone there the serving amount was pitiful! I think they only give you 1/2 c of ice cream which for over $3 is ridiculous. Other ice cream shops give at least a whole cup for the same price. read more

Lady at the cash stand was great. Girl mixing the ice cream not so much. 9/26/25 I stopped to get ice cream/custard for home. They do not have a Culvers in my area yet. One of the flavors of the month was, reasberry cheesecake. The cooler was out, cashier said they could make one. I said yes waited 10/15 minutes. Today I opened ready, excited to have some reasberry cheescake. What a disappoint when I opened the container. I received ice cream/custard with pecans, nothing else, the pecans were dumped on top of ice cream/custard. Not mixed in like their cameral, turtle pecan. My next question is did the cashier give me someone else's ice cream/custard? Or did the girl making it, not want to so she just put whatever was closest to her in the container? Walking into this place I was both equally confused and amused by the size and variety of their menu, that clearly had a mid-west vibe. I was here for the burgers first and foremost, but also needed to try these cheese curds. The burger was the stand-out, and I am a sucker for a good smash burger. They have a wide selection of toppings from syrup to fruits to nuts and the concrete mixer comes with your choice of 2 toppings. I had the short concrete mixer($3.45) with chocolate cake and pecan(additional $1 for the nuts). NOT NEARLY AS GOOD AS IT USED TO BE We drive 20-30 minutes to Culvers in Reynoldsburg to get a veggie burger. They used to be DELICIOUS, however the last four times in one month we have gone there and specifically ask them to make sure our food was hot, it came out barely warm. We ask for extra pickle and both got ONE pickle. Doubt we will be driving clear over there for a sandwich that does not meet our expectations. I gues you can't expect your food to come out hot especially when it is supposed to be made to order. I hope management gets this under control. read more

Horrible parking lot entrance, won't be back simply bc you have to come close to damaging your vehicle entering and exiting. I personally do landscaping for a living and whoever did their site prep got a free payday... They left that place in shambles, didn't make the entrances wide enough and left two pallets of sod by the pond to rot and go to waste which is crazy considering a pallet of sod goes for $2500 ish, didn't backfill the curbs and I could go on. Watch running over the curb when you leave facing the gym, they have a 2x12 out there so you don't drop off the edge and damage your car... no telling how long that interesting fix is gonna work . I'll be back once they fix the parking lot if they ever do. You legit have to either hit the huge bump in the middle of the entrance or run the curb over it's not possible to leave without doing that unless you have a small car and can drive well. read more

Usually busy on the inside as well during lunch on the weekends. Burgers are made with toppings that you request. They are better put together than regular fast food fare.
