Love everything here. Rate steak pho is always my favorite. The food is always ready quickly and I love the take out containers! They do Pho-to-Go perfectly!

Wherever I go, I run back to my first love, Pho, like phoreal. Nothing is better than a hot bowl of beef noodle soup on a rainy day, even if it's 100 degree outside . I usually get the combination pho with rare beef steak on the side. I add that into the hot broth, so it's cooked just right, medium rare. I love my bean sprouts steamed as well, adds a different texture and not as strong. I sometimes sub some of my noodles for bean sprouts, so it kinda helps with the carbs. My broth was flavorful, there were a ton of meat! They were busy during lunch, but the staff was quick. Very attentive and did an amazing job. Shout out to Gage/Gabe he checked up on me often, really made sure I got everything I needed. He went above and beyond even with how busy the place was. Great asset to the business, very personable and quick.

This was a good place to come grab lunch. I liked their decor and service. The preparation of food was good. I had meatball pho with grilled shrimp rolls and a boba tea. The spring rolls were good.. very large portion with a crispy noodle in the inside to give a nice crunch. The pho was okay but the broth was not as good as some other places I've been to. The meatballs did not taste good at all in my opinion but I wasn't feeling particularly good and that's why I choose pho for lunch. The meatballs tasted flavorless and maybe prepared without draining the blood as it had that iron taste to it. The reason I give it two stars is the waiters and waitresses were standing around making odd noises very loudly. I wasn't sure what they were doing. My interpretation of it was that they were mocking someone that was mentally retarded. Five grown adults making fun of mentally challenged individuals.......is not funny. Whatever they were doing... I found it incredibly obnoxious. I hurried through my meal so I could leave.

Worst shrimp I've had in any place by far. Service was horrible and the wait time was too much for my liking

It's ok. Nothing spectacular. The pork bon mi is tasty. The condiments such as basil and mint are rarely fresh enough.

This place is great. Service is always good. The tofu pho with potstickers is the best comfort food.

The rare steak pho is awesome! This is the only place in Houma that I know of serving pho, and the flavors and broth are excellent.

Great spring rolls, flavorful fried rice, great Pho. Not a ginger based broth but the chicken broth was still good.

I ordered the shrimp pho and was pleasantly surprised. The broth was light but still packed with flavor. It didn't feel heavy, but it still hit the spot. They were generous with the shrimp. They were a good size and there were plenty of them. I left full and satisfied. The space itself is cute and tucked into a tiny strip mall, nothing over the top but still a nice vibe for a casual meal. Service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The only downside was that they were out of quite a few items. The staff mentioned it was because we came on the later side of the early evening (around 4 pm), which felt a little early to be running low, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, a solid find and I'll return the next time I'm in town.

For appetizers I ordered the pork and shrimp spring rolls, eggs rolls, and the wings. The spring rolls were my favorite and the best I ever had. For entrees my husband ordered the combo pho and I ordered the pork n egg rolls vermicelli bowl. My husband said it was the best pho he ever had hands down. The broth and great flavor and it was full of meat. The vermicelli bowl pork was extravagant and flavorful. The food was so good I forgot to take pictures before hand. I will be back

I ordered the combination plate, and it was worth every penny with generous portions and great variety. The building itself is small and tucked away in a shopping center, but it was packed to the brim when we visited, I can absolutely see why it's such a popular spot. Our waitress was very helpful and kind; although she seemed quite busy and a bit less attentive at times, she came by as much as she could. Overall, the food alone makes this place a must-visit, and I'll definitely be back.

Their success in the form of local accolades are never-ending, along with countless high ratings across several platforms. My first impression was slightly underwhelming but I have no regrets and I certainly appreciate the effort. The place is family run and located in a strip mall with a handful of tables with a busy crowd of folks at any point of the week. There are a handful of group-friendly tables inside, along with a couple of tables outside. I came during their lunch rush, which resulted in a bit of a wait. When finally seated, I admired the hordes of staff going in and out of the kitchen, along with the waitresses handling groups of all sizes with ease. I ordered a good variety of food to make sure I didn't miss much. In addition to a combination pho dac biet ($17), bo vien ($14) and pho ga with banh mi combo ($18), I also ordered their coconut butterfly shrimp ($7), off menu crispy noodle bird's nest ($16.50), and a plate of fries ($5) for good measure. I noticed a lot of the food skewed on the sweeter side. The pho broth was good overall, but was still a tinge sweet. I was hoping for heartier cuts of the tendon and brisket, but it was a modest portion at best. The sweetness also applied to the sauce in the crispy bird's nest noodle, which reminded me of something I'd find in an American Chinese spot with the stir fry and overall presentation. While I was happy with the bread of the banh mi, the spicy mayo spread (?) threw me off a bit. I was hoping for pate and butter, but that may have to be a request-onyl thing. I started to realize that from the majority of the patrons, the semi-high prices, and the description-first format of the menu (#1), that it's likely that the place was really molding to the westernized palate. It makes sense in a place like Covington, which is not the same Vietnamese scene as say Houston. It also makes sense to have some non- Viet staff to make the place as approachable as possible. And regarding the staff, they were the best part of the experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and did a good job of keeping the place clean and orderly (#2), while making sure everyone left with a smile on their face. They've clearly done an outstanding job since their start a handful of years ago. I think for folks who are clearly more adept in Vietnamese cuisine, should ensure they know what they're getting into prior to taking the leap. I would never rule out of a future return, but I think I'd have to already be in Covington and to make sure to taper my expectations. __________ (#1) "Vietnamese po-boy" for banh mi, "chunky beef" for bo luc lac, etc (#2) Especially the bathrooms. Only thing missing are paper towels.

The broth, was pure delicious. How they impart that much flavour into a chicken pho I want to know the secret of. I'd happily buy a couple gallons and take it him to Boston. Service was quick and friendly as well, but with a broth like that, it didn't even register.

It's a no-frills operation and the food is a solid four stars. No fireworks here, but if it's a decent bowl of pho you're looking for, then you will find it here. FYI there is no booze. We started with a few fried pork rolls that were The Usual but fine. One of us got the beef broth with veggies, and she appreciated that there was some bok choy and mushrooms thrown in there in addition to the typical carrots and broccoli. The broth is definitely flavorful. The rare steak pho was thinly sliced and seemed OK, and our daughter was happy with her wonton pho. Service is speedy albeit not necessarily warm. But the soup is hot, and on a cold day, nothing really beats that. Four satisfied stars.
