    Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Plate

Nudo a decent place for a quick bite to eat. This place is easy to get to off of veterans and service is usually pretty fast. Plus you can't go wrong with their rice plates and lemongrass chicken.

Place is nestled in Metairie! Its a small place and seems to get very busy. We had a little wait but the turn around is so fast that its no problem. We got seated fast and had good service. For appetizers I ordered the pork and shrimp spring rolls, eggs rolls, and the wings. The spring rolls were my favorite and the best I ever had. For entrees my husband ordered the combo pho and I ordered the pork n egg rolls vermicelli bowl. My husband said it was the best pho he ever had hands down. The broth and great flavor and it was full of meat. The vermicelli bowl pork was extravagant and flavorful. The food was so good I forgot to take pictures before hand. I will be back

Great spot for authentic Vietnamese food. Tried it for the first time and was happily surprised. Got the vermicelli with lemongrass pork & egg rolls. Lots of fresh herbs and veggies, generous portion. Loved the strong lemon grass flavor. Looking forward to trying their pho next time, smelled delicious walking into the restaurant! Cute interior, plenty of seating. Friendly family owned business.

Nudo is a no nonsense spot for solid Vietnamese food. My daughter and I had lunch here when it was recommended by a friend. It's a brightly decorated, cute, little spot in the heart of Metairie. We had pork bacos, a pork bahn mi and crab rangoons. All were ok, but if you aren't into jalapeños definitely request your food without them. There were lots of them in our food and I'm really not a heavy heat lover. One of the staff members was super friendly and helpful, so that was appreciated.

So glad I came across this place . Very small spot and very busy . The food was so flavorful and came out very quickly . The broth was very seasoned . I gave it 3 stars because the customer service wasn't the best. The younger guy working the front was very nice but the older waitress lady checked on everyone through out the restaurant except for me during my time there. She even tried to take someone else order that came in after me until the customers stated that I was here first. That in my only concern with this place . But the food overall was a 4/5 .

Great Pho! Flavorful and aromatic broth. The meats in the combination pho were good. The brisket and round eye steak was a bit tough but I prefer fattier cuts. The meatballs were good and the tendon wasn't too chewy. The sides and accompaniments were plentiful. The restaurant is whimsical and decorated with cute Vietnamese dishes painted in the walls. The vibes were great as they played relaxing R&B music. I took a star off for service. Once they brought the pho to me no one has checked on me to see if I needed anything else. A refill of water or something! But will still definitely return.

This small place packs so much flavor!!! I'd been wanting to try this spot for a while and finally made it. I'm so glad I did. I was immediately greeted and told to sit where I'd like on the small dining area. I was on my lunch break so I quickly ordered crab Rangoon and a pho ga (chicken) and added meat balls. They brought it all out fast. I was afraid to try the crab rangoon because I've been disappointed so many times other places. But these were really good to my surprise! The pho...I have never had a bowl of soup so hot I'm sweating the entire time eating it. And it was hot the entire time. It was actually hot enough to soften my jalapeños. Jesus himself had to have lit that stove. lol The broth was sooo good!! I didn't have to add anything!! I took it as a sign that this place was a gem because there were several Asians there enjoying a big bowl. I figure if they like it it must be good! I grabbed a Thai tea on the way out the door...perfect. I just needed a bigger cup. lol If you love pho...you gotta come here.

FOOD - Nudo Fusion Wings: 6 wings stir-fried with jalapeños and onions. Sooooo good! The wings were huge! 5/5 - Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Crepes): filled with shrimp, pork, onions, beans sprouts, and green onions. Served with vegetables and fish sauce. Crispy and made as ordered ( no bean sprouts). Good but very messy to eat. 4/5 - BBQ Pork Banh Mi: BBQ pork with Vietnamese mayo, sliced cucumber, pickled carrots and daikon, cilantro, and sliced jalapeños. Very good. 4.5/5 SERVICE: Service was decent. Food was ready in a timely manner. Food came out hot! I burned my tongue and the roof of my mouth tasting my kids' pho. 4/5 FINAL THOUGHTS: I would come back. The food was good. I specifically came to try their pork belly bacos but they didn't' have any. All the other options were meat with lemongrass and I don't like lemongrass so I wasn't able to try it. Bummer.

I don't think I would ever say this but - THIS IS THE BEST VIETNAMESE FOOD I'VE EVER HAD. I would rate it as best in the city!!! The difference between this place and alllll the other places that serve Vietnamese food is FLAVOR. They have the most delicious meats that go in any of your dishes and everything is hot and fresh! I realized that most everyone who works here is friends/family so the service is great because they are all connected AND I found out the main chef who is cooking all the food is an older Vietnamese woman, assuming she may be the grandmother or just an amazing chef. I noticed her back there whipping everything up! The place is on the smaller side with limited seating but once you sit down you are in for a treat!! This is now the only place I want to come for all my spring roll, pho and Ban Mi needs! So glad we stumbled upon this one!

I'm from out of town and ordered Nudo on Uber Eats. It took a while for a driver to be assigned to pick up my food, so I called the restaurant to ask if they could cook the rare slices of meat and reheat the soup since I wouldn't have access to a microwave or stove to heat it up at the hotel. They kindly unpacked my already prepared food and accommodated my request. Despite not eating the bowl of pho when it was piping hot, it was quite good. The broth is a deep brown color, but clear and not murky. It is on the sweeter side, but adding some lime and sriracha balances it out. The meats were tender and not tough, and there was plenty of tendon. Just missing the tripe :)

One thing that sets Follow Tea apart from other bubble tea places I've been to previously, is that they offer cheese as the foamy part of your tea. They also offer a variety of fruit and milk teas. I was intrigued by the cheese, so I got the Lychee Rose Cheese Tea. This is made using cream cheese, the same type of cheese that cheesecake is made of. This is actually traditionally a Taiwanese method of making bubble tea. My friend got the Passionfruit Tea without the cheese. My Lychee Rose Cheese Tea arrived beautifully presented. The cup was made of sturdy, frosted plastic. On top there were some dried roses. This was so tasty! I loved the flavor, it was subtly sweet, and the cheese provided a slight savory balance. The tiny pieces of lychee were an added chewy bonus. My friend also enjoyed her Passionfruit tea. I wish we had some bubble tea places that offered the cheese foam, here in Connecticut, maybe I'll have to look a bit harder. We had a lovely time at Follow Tea, and enjoyed their tasty products.

There are multiple claw machines, books, & board games for customers to enjoy during their stop. They even had multiple booths for you to sit at which is pretty cool to see since I rarely see at boba shops. Orders are taken via kiosks, but the service was still very friendly and nice when you have questions. We got 2 of their special drinks: Brown Sugar Milk Black Tea ($6.65) with additional boba ($0.85), herbal jelly ($0.85), and cheese milk foam ($1.00) = $9.35 total & Lychee Mojito with no toppings ($6.75). The drinks were really good! The brown sugar black tea had a richness to it that I always look for in any brown sugar drinks, so I was quite satisfied. As for the mojito drink, it was more of a sparkling drink so that caught me a bit off guard, but the taste was still refreshing. We also got their 5 piece Boneless Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken & Fries combo ($12.25) with an extra Soy Garlic sauce on the side ($1.00) = $13.25 total. So delicious! They make it hot and fresh right on the spot. The chicken was crispy and the sauces definitely enhanced the flavoring. Overall, Tsaôcaa New Orleans is worth the visit if you're in the area. My friend got a pineapple green milk tea, and seemed disappointed at first because she couldn't taste any pineapple. The tag on it said plain green, so I went and asked if they'd heard the pineapple part of her order. Turns out they hadn't, so they made her the right tea, even letting her keep the plain green too, and she said they were both quite good. A+ customer service. The booths are comfy and cozy too. Would make a cute spot for a date.
