This is a very good whiskey bar. The drinks are creative, and taste amazing. The bartender was very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere and decor in this bar and restaurant are outstanding.

This place was great! The owners were sitting at the bar enjoying some food but immediately came over to clear our table and bring us iced water, which was such a welcoming gesture. Our server arrived shortly after and was super friendly. They had frose and a wild berry alcohol slushie--both refreshing and fun! The burgers were delicious and cooked just how we asked. Fries and tots were also excellent. Highly recommend!

It's a pretty cool bar located in West Seattle. The interior is very spacious, and they have a great selection of whiskey and bourbon to choose from. We ordered a sampler of cheese curds, tots, and onion rings to share. I tried the Bright Lights, Big Bourbon Sour, and it was refreshing. I also tried a pour of Parker's Heritage, and that was delicious.

Appetizer: Fried Pickles (7/10): I always like the fries looking fried pickles over the coin shaped ones. These were good just had more salt than we would have liked. I'm sure it was just that batch though Entrees: Chicken Bacon Ranch PITA (9/10): For a bar Pita I thought this was actually pretty good. I wouldn't expect a bar to have pita, nor did I expect it to be good. Props to them Lemon Pepper Shrimp Rice Bowl (6/10): I think this one might go down to personal opinion. My GF who ordered this didn't enjoy the bowl very much. The shrimp was fine in her opinion but the rice and other things in the bowl just didn't taste well. I personally liked it and would have gave it a 8/10 based on the couple bits I had. Overall Experience: This bar has a great selection of whiskey, and we normally only go there for drinks, but actually decided to get food this time. If you're a whiskey lover, then I'd suggest this place. This is where I began my love of Japanese whiskey

Located on the upper floor of Pike's Place, this cute bar has a good amount of seating with both table and bar top options. We went on a Saturday night at around 9 PM and it wasn't too crowded -- we were quickly seated at the bar top for a party of two. When you walk in you'll notice that they have a more rustic, dark ambiance that still provides a more casual feel. We were immediately greeted by our host and were seated right away! We were having a late dinner so we ended up getting the Tater Tots with all the toppings, beef tartare, and a side of their coleslaw. For the two of us, that was more than enough! Their portion sizes were very generous and filling. The tater tots were amazing, with the perfect amount of crisp, sauce, and toppings! The beef tartare was also so delicious with the perfect amount of seasoning and the yolk beautifully ran through the meat. For drinks, we ended up getting two cocktails as well as as a whiskey flight. For the cocktails we ordered the Turn the Page and Angel's Wings. Both drinks were absolutely amazing! It was the perfect balance of tasting the spirit with its complementary fruity notes. Our bartender also curated a flight for us based on our budget, preferences, and curiosities because we were interested in learning more about the different whiskeys and it was such an amazing experience! I learned so much about whiskeys and tried new ones that I never would've considered trying otherwise! Overall, this was such an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend checking our Radiator Whiskey if you're in the Seattle area! From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere captures you: modern décor, intimate lighting, and a warm vibe that feels both upscale and inviting. Everything is immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. If you're a bourbon lover, this place is paradise. Their collection is incredible, but what truly sets them apart is the service. The Bourbon Curators, Ms. Hannah and Mr. Tommy, along with our amazing waitress Ms. Sassy, make you feel like a VIP from start to finish. They welcome you with open arms and create a personalized bourbon journey -- teaching you about flavor profiles, history, and how to discover different palettes you never knew you had. It's not just a drink menu... it's an experience. And the food? Michelin-worthy. We shared the Autumn Chicory Salad and the homemade Autumn Mushroom Pasta -- both beautifully crafted, rich in flavor, and perfectly paired with the bourbon experience. Every bite showed off the kitchen's talent and passion. We were actually recommended this restaurant by strangers we met at the Seattle Space Needle -- and wow, did they steer us right. The opposite of a smash burger. Put some seasoning on the patties. Smush them to create more surface area for the seasoning. The bacon was undercooked and chewy, but the onions were perfect. I took a cooking class at a respected college on onions so I appreciate good onions. Also, I ordered it without sauce. The menu described it as "drive-in" sauce, but the cook said he didn't know what was in it. Instead of no sauce, he put a bunch of mustard on my burger. I ordered no sauce! I've worked in or for restaurants my entire life so I know better than to ever do something like that to a customer. Ever. The fries were the worst part of the experience. They were so undercooked they were soggy and a little nasty oily from whatever they put on them. They were cut way too thick for how little they cooked them, but with the extra oil and being undercooked, they were pretty darn good rewarmed in my air fryer. I'm not a Brussels sprout fan, but my friend substituted them for the fries for a reasonable $4. She really liked them. The only one of us that didn't have the burger had the king salmon. It looked really good, but my friend said it was tough. The piece he gave to me might as well been from a can. Also, it had way too much acetic acid on it I guess in an attempt to make it less tough. Their selection of beer is terrible, but to be fair whiskey is in the name. The beer was $9 for a Coors Light clone. That's too much for a beer that was flat from a glass that wasn't clean enough and from lines that tasted like they weren't cleaned often enough for the beer to form bubbles.
