Watching the chefs work their magic while enjoying Oyster Happy Hour was dinner and a show all in one. I sampled seven oysters from seven different regions, and my favorite raw oyster was the Cold Creek from Washington. It was clean, briny, and perfectly balanced. As much as I enjoyed the raw oysters, the true star of the evening was the Hearth Roasted Oyster. Buttery, silky, and kissed with just a hint of citrus, they were absolutely unforgettable. The Smoked Grouper Rillette was a pleasant surprise. Rich and smoky, it was elevated by bread-and-butter pickles that added a Southern touch and cut through the richness beautifully. The saltines were classic, but the twice-baked crackers brought an extra layer of crunch that I loved. The King Salmon Crudo was incredibly refreshing. The salmon had a delicate sweetness that paired perfectly with the fresh vegetables, while the serrano peppers added just enough heat to keep every bite interesting. Even the vegetables impressed me. The baby carrots were perfectly tender, and the chimichurri's bright acidity balanced the creamy richness of the toum. For my entrée, I ordered the Gramigna, which was fantastic. The sauce was packed with flavorful andouille sausage from a local butcher and finished with delicious Tomme de Lafayette cheese. Comfort food with a refined touch. To top it all off, the team surprised me with a strawberry gelato for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The entire staff had amazing energy and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Sitting at the oyster bar gave me a front-row seat to the action, and my hands cramped just thinking about how many oysters they shucked throughout the evening. The aromas coming from the kitchen were intoxicating. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, with large windows overlooking the covered patio. At one point, I even spotted a horse-drawn carriage taking a couple on a romantic ride outside, which felt like something out of a movie. The upbeat soundtrack kept the vibe lively, and the extensive bar menu offered plenty of creative cocktails and mocktails. A special thank you to Chef Ben, who took great care of me and even poured my aguachile tableside so I could capture it for a video. Chef Emery and Chef Skylar were also fantastic. It's clear this team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. The Gramigna Psta dish was tasty and creative, well thought out and presented. My pizza was basically loose and drippy in the center. Not from cheese, from being poorly cooked. Again, there was nothing special about the taste. Lastly, I had to send the first pizza serving tray back to be cleaned. I don't know if it's too little staff, too little caring, too little organization, too little training. It all adds up to a memorable experience for the wrong reasons. It is a very nice place when it comes to decor and such. Even a nice big lighted Christmas display for folks to use as a photo backdrop. Hopefully the ownership will take this review to heart and not blame it on "being too busy" (that sure wasn't the case" or "fussy clientele". It sure wasn't that either.

However, the main reason for choosing this restaurant was the outdoor dining experience and beautiful views, so the disappointment could not really be corrected once we were seated inside. The food and service may have been good, but the experience did not match what we specifically reserved and traveled so far to enjoy. For guests making reservations for outdoor seating, I would encourage the restaurant to communicate in advance if those accommodations cannot be honored. It would help avoid disappointment, especially for customers traveling significant distances for a special occasion. I hope management will review its reservation process so future guests can have the experience they planned for.

Bc of it's natural rock curves, visibility of the front stage is hit or miss, especially for the short girlies like me. Security and walking to the venue was easy. We stayed on the property in one of their yurts which made it all that more easy. They have large fields for camping on site too. Price point for the ticket felt a little up there but not terrible. And the Yurts were pricey but AC, running bathroom, very clean and cozy so can't complain. A couple of food trucks at the entrance and the doner kebab one was sooo good, we ordered from there twice in the night.

I highly recommend the "Bartender's Choice" cocktail option--the staff is incredibly skilled, and the drinks they crafted were awesome. ​However, management needs to fix their highly deceptive checkout flow. The bar chooses not to bake Tennessee's mandatory 15% Liquor-by-the-Drink tax into their menu prices. When the bartender flips the POS tablet to pay, the system completely hides the itemized receipt. It jumps straight to a final total that includes a combined 24.25% in state and liquor taxes. ​To make matters worse, the screen presents ridiculous suggested tip options of 20%, 30%, and 40%--which are calculated on top of that heavily taxed final total rather than the subtotal. If you just tap a prompt, you end up aggressively tipping on hidden taxes. ​Come for the excellent cocktails and great bartenders, but ignore the suggested buttons and manually calculate your tip based on the actual menu price of your drinks.

It tasted like bad sour mix and may have had a drop or two of tequila in it. Giving one star for the server, who tried her best. And the location on the river was very nice. Service was slow too though. This was the worst $85 "dinner" I've had in a very, very long time. For the love of god, reduce the size of your menu and do a few things really well. No one wants a bunch of frozen entrees at a bar.
