THE BIG: New sports bar on the Eastside. Small indoor space with a huge outdoor seating area. Parking is relegated to the street. THE BLACK AND WHITE: This was the former Easy Tiger spot that is now converted to WTF sporting club. Not to be confused with the ice house on west 6th. A couple of friends got confused and went to the other one when we were at this one. The bar is loud inside but it has a ton of TVs to watch either the fight, college football, or any other sports. Very modern feel inside and I'm curious on the outside patio situation. We didn't get to go outside because it was WAY too hot, however if my recollection of the patio space from the Easy Tiger days is intact. The patio is legit and awesome. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Bucket of watermelon high noons and a chicken sandwich was ~$60. Pretty decent deal for a night out with friends.

As someone has already mentioned, there's no parking lot here so you'll be feeding the sidewalk kiosk with your credit card assuming you can find a place to park along the street. To be honest, the parking situation is enough to deter me from coming here again. This place is hard to see from the road since it is tucked behind a bunch of trees, but it is directly across the street from a cemetery. I came here with a group of about 20+ people only to find they do not have a private dining room. Had it not been such a cold rainy day, we probably would've gathered at their outdoor seating area. You'll find a very long bar that seats about two dozen people with loud music playing overhead inside. They do have a pub grub style menu, but I was surprised they have less than a dozen beers on tap. They also have a weekend brunch menu and a bottle serve menu if you really want to spend some serious money. Plenty of flat screens to capture your attention along with some cozy seating nooks. Our group was offered up three snack options, which were disappointing Their version of chicken nuggets was especially bad. They did bring out some flatbreads which were definitely better than the previous snacks, but still nothing special, just good, not great. I really wished I could have tried their smash burger. Someone else will have to cover that since this is my last time here. They definitely do some things right here which other reviewers have mentioned, which brings this to a three star review. plenty of informative photos to add some dimension.

Came here on a weeknight and really enjoyed the vibes! The outside area is huge and really well decorated and designed with tons of seating and another bar. The bartenders were very helpful and polite. The chicken tenders were your average tenders and I liked the fries. The chicken breast in the chicken sandwich was super flattened like a piece of paper but the flavors were good. This is a great place for big groups to come watch a game on the big screen. Will definitely go back!

Went here to watch a game and kill some time. The food was actually pretty good. The bar was hopping and both inside and outside areas were nice and had a good vibe. Services was a little slow just because it was so busy. Used the online order option which helped speed things up.

You could get a regular breakfast, a sweet treat or something more lunch like. I had the cinnamon roll and it was delicious. It was huge and just the right amount of doughy. She also had some pink cocktail that she raved about, but I forgot what it's called. They do a jazz brunch on Sundays, which I really really want to check out. I'll definitely be back to this place.

We were definitely underdressed, but the overall vibe is semi-casual with a lot of people dining there before hitting the bars. We got the Smashburger, gumbo, and shrimp Poboy. The gumbo was the best I've ever had. Even though we got the cup size it was very rich and filling. The highlight was our bartender, Rick. He was incredibly attentive, skilled, and even told us a little bit about the history of the place as a former boxing gym. It's hard to find such a down to Earth spot here in Austin and I'm really looking forward to going back.

The sound and TVs were all pretty great for watching the game, and they had a ton of space. It was nice having the fake grass and picnic tables in the outdoor areas because it really added to the vibe while still being well shaded throughout. The food was good. During the game we shared the Fried Pickles, which were crispy and well breaded with good pickle chips, as well as their Green Chili Queso, which was also excellent. The chips had good seasoning and the queso was thick. For a main entrée, I ordered the patty melt. It was melty with good flavor, but I would have preferred chopped onions over sliced onions. The Sriracha mayo was great and added a kick I was not expecting. The drinks were decently priced for East 6th all things considered. I was not drinking that night and ordered a mocktail variation of their Lavender Haze using zero proof Empress gin instead of the regular Empress gin. They still charged the same price, which felt a little unfair, but it is what it is. Overall, it was a great experience and a solid bar for games. I could see myself coming back for another event since they handled a large crowd well. Aesthetically, the spot is really nice too, which adds to the positives. Not bad for a last minute decision. The atmosphere is always friendly, relaxed, and easy to settle into whether you're there for a quick drink or hanging out for the night. The drinks are consistently great, and they also have really solid weekday food specials. The sliders and tots are definitely the go-to items on the menu and always hit the spot after a few drinks. One thing I especially appreciate is how much effort they put into the themed décor during Christmas and Halloween. It really adds personality to the space and makes coming back during the holidays feel fun and memorable every year. Just an overall great neighborhood bar with good vibes and a lot of character.

Love all the TVs and open concept. I hate to jump right to the negative but let's get into it.... For starters, the restaurant was not very busy and somehow ran out of all beer while serving our table... I feel like that just can't happen at a bar on 6th street. Secondly, I ordered a burger but what I found strange was that the menu didn't list all of the ingredients/sauces that would come on it? .. Again all things making me think they opened too early. And I can't even sugar coat the wings... I'm a sauce girly so I love every sauce.. but I'll just say don't get the wings. I think if I came back here it would be to just watch a game but I probably wouldn't come for the food. I really hate to leave a bad review on a new place. I hope this place can save itself bc I feel like the east side could use a good sports bar.
