First time I ever been to a place like this. Pretty cool how you get to build your sandwich however way you want it. Let me just tell you this. If it taste bad...Maybe because you just didn't had a good choice of options? I on the other hand did not make that GREAT of a choice...BUT I would still hit this place up again!

Great sandwich place! I got a Vegan option and it was on point! It was located inside the mall so a lot of foot traffic was going on, but the girl behind the counter quickly showed us how to order a sandwich (which was quite uncommon). We made our decision and waited for our food. It was pretty quick and polite customer service. They got us in and out definitely under 10min. Then we went outside to eat on the Riverwalk and it was a beautiful day in San Antonio. No complaints here! I would definitely go back for a quick lunch next time I'm in town.

When you need a sandwich or a salad downtown visit this place. Showed up today for a grinder and it was very good and ask for a side of pesto! Don't forget to use your free sandwich Birthday coupon from the e club!

I just paid and am sick watching my food being made. The guy just wiped his snot on his arm while making my sandwich. Im about to throw it away as soon as I walk off.

Good pit stop to hold you through the day. Get the Elvis Wich. Delicious!

I love the concept! You order, customize and do whatever you want for your sandwich and cravings, that is fantastic! I'm not sure if this rating is due to the fact that I've been deprived from food for a while but stopping by and getting the Elvis Wich (peanut butter, honey, bacon and bananas) really made my day. Great pit stop. The staff was super friendly too! Recommended. A lot better option than whatever is going on at this mall's food court.

3.5 stars rounded up to 4. Stopped in today for lunch. The two workers on shift were very friendly and helpful with the ordering process, where you can build your own sandwich using a checklist sheet. The ordering station with the markers didn't look super clean but sometimes you have to not think about it. I ordered a roast beef sandwich, soda, and crinkle-cut fries, and they even asked me if I wanted them salted or not before giving them to me. The sandwich wasn't instantly ready after paying like some sub chains, but it still came out relatively fast. Bread was toasted nicely, sandwich fillings tasted mostly fresh, and the fries were hot and crispy; even unsalted, the fries were still good, though they were what took my order the longest to make, so be aware of that if you do order them on the side and are in a rush. Ate here once a year every February and this was my first time coming back after the height of COVID, and it was consistent with the quality. My order was $12.99 which I thought was pretty good value considering you are in the heart of downtown. Good place to visit if you're in the area and want a sandwich.

Waited over 45 min for a delivery then have the driver give my coworkers attitude while swinging my lunch around. Vinaigrette was tossed around spilled into the bag which in turn soaked my Ruben!!! Called a corporate number only after several attempts of calling the store, then to have 'Jesslyn' respond with 'I have to wait for 48 hours for a response'. unacceptable! So either I'm left with eating a soggy Ruben or no lunch.

The staff and restaurant itself deserves so much more praise for the amazing and clean experience provided. If there was one word to describe Cheba hut, it would and could only be........ utopia. I'm not sure what happened however, there is ONE thin slice of turkey meat, and a CRAP TON, of lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickle and sauce, and an extremely thin sliced piece of bacon. My sandwich is supposed to be a Turkey Sandwich however, it's more so vegetables, with the slice of turkey being an afterthought. Being that each sandwich costs a little over $11, I was highly disappointed... If I wanted a veggie sandwich, I would have ordered one, being that the options were available. It's a one and done for me... sadly We really wanted something other than, Jersey Mikes... I digress

I passed this on the way to my assignment location and began researching this spot. Some google…read morereviews mentioned they are F1 fans and Ferrari people. So I knew I had to check them out. I was able to make my way here on my last day in San Antonio in late March thanks to my flight being delayed and my oh my, I am quite impressed! The older gentleman taking my order at the counter gave me a big smile when I mentioned I heard you have this thing called the serious sandwich here. He told me that they do and then stated "You won't regret ordering it, seriously." Chuckling, I decided on a half order of that along with a side of potato salad and their side of beans. After taking my first bite, I realized the gentleman was right. This is a dope sandwich! Excellent cured meats in the salamar and pair of hams along with the provolone and melted cheddar with the veggies, spices, italian dressing, and mustard. The bread they use holds up well and has a slight crunch to it. If you prefer your bread to have softness to it, you may have to ask if they can substitute a different bread instead of the italian flat bread they use. But I absolutely love this sandwich the way it is! As for the sides, the potato salad has a slight mustard taste and right consistency with a dash of paprika on top; just the way I like it. The beans are charro beans (I think) that are served steaming hot with some pork trimmings mixed in; I may have dipped my sandwich in it a couple times for flavor explosion. What can I say, I'm adventurous! There's some ferrari memorabilia and posters on the right side where some of the high top seating is. As a Ferrari F1 fan, I appreciate them displaying this here along with the track map of the COTA circuit in Austin. The seating area is spread out nicely with plenty of seats/tables and a drink station with some random signs up. All of interest to consumers like us. Definitely recommend coming here for either the serious sandwich or other delicious ones like their meatball sandwich or manhattan. I can't wait to come back and try the other ones but I may just stick with the serious sandwich cause I loved it. SERIOUSLY!

The second time, I saw the reviews with 'skimpy meat' so ordered extra meat. They have chips, garden salad, mac salad, potato salad, etc. We were pleased. They put "dressing" (oil & vinegar m) on the sandwiches, which made them hard to eat, even in the car, so waited until we got home. Service was friendly. Did not eat in but used restroom.

Parking in the Pullman market was easy. It really is $0 with validation and for up to 2 hours. I was looking for ground flax, they only had whole. Looking for cinnamon infused honey, they did not have. Just weird shit like lavender infused. I enjoyed the elevated feel of the place, very transporting and nicely curated with so many spaces in and out doors to sit and people watch or just hang out with friends. The store itself is very cute with different sections, seating areas, food vendors to select from, and connects to actual restaurants. The mediocre review is for the "Burgers by the Butcher" place towards the end of the store. The Wagyu burger sounded really good and had good reviews, but it was really dry and not very flavorful. Usually Wagyu is known to be juicy and moist, but this tasted nothing like that caliber. It was disappointing but at least not very pricy. Fries were okay but pretty chopped up and not the style I prefer. Some of the other places looked promising like the ice cream and cafe. The poke/ceviche also sounded good on paper but when we walked by (maybe around 1.5-2 hours before closing), the quality of the raw fish didn't look too great and was a little discolored so we passed. The store itself was very cute and had lots of nice and unique products.
