Pullman Market, which opened in April 2024, is one of San Antonio, TX culinary hot spots. Located at the Pearl, the market offers a variety of foods and drinks. When you peruse the grocery area, you immediately know it's an upscale market with unique and sought-after goods. There is bakery at the Pullman Market simply called the bakery with a whole host of delectable desserts and treats. You can find a coffee shop, ice cream shop and deli at the Pullman. When you walk in you feel disconnected from the outside world. The market features goods piled nearly to the ceiling, dried flowers, unique vegetables, abundant natural light from glass windows, and a steady stream of Pulman customers. Everything looks so appetizing. This is the type of market you could literally stay in for hours. The dining options provide selections for the most discerning palate to someone who is a novice diner. There are several restaurants within the Pullman Market including: * Fife & Farro - Wood fired sourdough pizza and handmade pasta * Mezquite - Sonoran inspired Mexican restaurant * Isidore - Fine dining restaurant (reservations required) * Nicosi - Intimate dessert bar * The Mezcaleria - Agave focused specializing in mezcal and cocktails. Importantly, you receive two hours of free parking if you buy something at the Pullman Market. The code you need for your free parking is printed on your receipt. Clever way to ensure folks at the Pullman Market are actually paying customers. I ended up buying a strawberry & orange curd croissant, which I was told was the most frequently purchased item. I must admit, the croissant was quite delicious. Great time was spent at the Pullman market..,

Pullman Market is a foodie gem located just north of downtown San Antonio. Artsy, great lighting, and filled with locally crafted goods. There are multiple Michelin star restaurants as well as more casual options in this comfortable complex, as well as the grocery market itself. The Pullman concierge is a friendly asset to the Market and has personally made me feel welcome each time I visit. I like the open concept and inviting indoor/outdoor seating options. Wish there was a bit more variety in the bakery section, but overall it's a nice place to eat, relax and maybe learn a bit about the namesake Pullman cars while you're at it.

Such a great market. It is a great place to browse. You'll definitely walk out with at least one item. Bought a cheesecake, a loaf of sourdough and could not decide from the wine selection. If you haven't yet, you should stop by.

The Pullman Market offers a nice selection of baked goods, local produce, and butcher shop along with a variety of specialty counters. The specialty grocery emphasizes locally produced goods and responsibly sourced products. While the Pearl District has so many fantastic restaurants, the Pullman offers shoppers the opportunity to enjoy both casual and fine dining experiences. While weaving hour way through the market, you will have your choice of a pizzeria, burger joint, cocktail bar, ice cream parlor, & coffee shop. If you are looking for an upscale dining experience, you should consider having dinner at ISIDORE, a Michelin star restaurant! The butcher counter offers excellent customer service and while not a huge selection, the quality is very good. I would love to see more options, especially marinaded or ready to cook meals. So far the cheese counter selections have been disappointing so we will continue to get our cheese for homemade pizza & charcuterie boards at Otto's in NB! But I do hope that the options will improve with customer feedback since they also have a fresh pasta counter. Next time, I would like to try the freshly made tortillas and enjoy a slice of sourdough pizza at FIFE & FARRO! Honestly the only major of the drawback of the Pullman is that the market is always so crowded! For a newly designed concept, it seems like traffic flow and large crowds were left out of the design process. And I don't understand why the music is so loud that you cannot hear when trying to make purchases. Oh and a final note - the parking lot is very small and has time limits that are strictly enforced. If you are lucky enough to find a 2 hour parking space so you can roam around the market, just remember to get your ticket validated after shopping

I was first introduced to the Pullman market by a very friendly local San Antonian whom I bumped into on the Riverwalk in the summer of 2024. This time round, I explored the Pullman market. There were a handful of interesting restaurants and bars inside. I checked out the fish, seafood, bakery, groceries, restrooms, etc. Much as I was wowed by the quality of the venue, food and concept, I didn't come out buying anything unlike at Whole Foods Market or Central Market or HEB. However, it's such a nice place to stroll through and check out. I believe I would try the restaurants inside if the opportunity presented itself. Maybe grab ice cream, soda, a sandwich, wrap, specialty items etc. There is a type of clientele for this place. Just bring your wallet.

I have been wanting to see what the Pullman market had to offer. It is located at the Pearl and has a variety of items to choose from. When you walk it has a nice spacious feel to it. There are different sections that showcase the products. I liked their pasta section and towards the back it looks like there is a nice restaurant. The place it self if nice and the products reflect the price. I bought me some coffee to try and grounded it. It's great! This is a nice addition to the pearl and am looking forward to trying more products and their restaurant.

Awesome spot and a great addition to The Pearl! We went to the Pullman Market for lunch. My buffalo chicken salad was delicious. The broccoli and chicken for the salad were freshly grilled and it was presented beautifully. Others had the ceviche and poke bowls, sandwiches and breakfast tacos. Everything was excellent. I can't wait to go back. The vibes were great and everyone was friendly. They also had a huge array of grocery items and gifts.

Coworkers kept raving about this place so I finally gave in. Walking into Pullman Market is like stepping through a culinary portal. Half grocery, half restaurant, and somehow all class. You've got dry aged beef staring at you from one side, pastries that belong in Paris on the other, and about six different smells of heaven floating around at once. We started at Burgers by the Butcher, sat at the bar, and ordered a Wagyu burger that was downright glorious. Juicy, balanced, and cooked with confidence. One of the better burgers I've had in a good while. I paired mine with a margarita that hit hard, exactly how I like it. The lady had a Bloody Mary, and it was bloody good indeed. After exploring the market a bit, we wandered over to the pasta and pizza spot. The Caesar salad looked like a mountain of cheese perfection, but truthfully, the flavor didn't match the presentation. Still, the vodka sauce pasta more than made up for it. Perfectly cooked rigatoni swimming in a rich tomato chile sauce, and those finely chopped shallots added an incredible pop. Straight money. And you know me, the moment I spot a flight on the menu, I'm halfway to saying cheers before the first pour hits the table. Three tidy glasses, all from Campania, smooth as silk and downright charming. Perfect for a slow San Antonio afternoon spent grazing, sipping, and pretending I know what I'm talking about. Pullman Market nails the concept. A food enthusiast's playground that makes you feel like you're on holiday without leaving town. Between the butcher, bakery, and bar, it's a proper feast for the senses.

Food and service were great. People were kind every stop I made. I got an incredible heirloom pastry I could eat ten more of, and a cappuccino that was very well made. I'll def be back for the farmers market and weekend event :)

Time to spare today so I'm eating ceviche at Pullman Market and then walking around on this beautiful day. The ceviche is always fresh here. Hint of ginger in the Tigre ceviche.

Don't walk, run to this beautiful establishment located in The Pearl District. Was in the area hanging out and wanted to stop in to grab a few things. This market is THE MARKET of all MARKETS. They had so much to offer from fresh produce, flowers, seafood, beef, poultry, pork, coffee, wine, soft serve, cocktail bar inside, burger spot inside, outdoor covered seating, Mexican restaurant inside... the list goes on. When in town I will definitely be back to grab a few dry-aged steaks. Check out my pics for more...

I was in town for the 4th of July visiting family and made a stop at Pullman Market while exploring the Pearl. The entire space is beautifully curated and full of locally sourced products, from fresh produce to artisanal goods. It's the perfect place to browse, shop, and get a feel for the local culture. We had an early dinner at the Italian restaurant inside and everything--from the warm, welcoming service to the delicious food--was exceptional. We also purchased treats from the bakery and everything was good Highly recommend visiting Pullman Market whether you're a local or just passing through. Can't wait to come back on my next trip!

The pork ribs were so flavorful and tender, and the brisket was absolutely delicious ; definitely the stars of the meal for me. Everything tasted fresh, smoky, and cooked perfectly. The service was amazing too. The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and super helpful with recommendations, which made the whole experience even better. You can really tell they care about the food and the customers. Just a little heads up for anyone visiting: if you want to try their most popular items, definitely come earlier! We got there around 7 PM and they were already sold out of quite a few things, which honestly says a lot about how popular this place is. Even with some items gone, the food we did get was amazing and totally worth it. I'd 100% come back next time I'm in town!

(IYKYK) Best BBQ in Texas is what I've heard and that's precisely what I experienced. Parking lots are nearby at a price ($28 for 2.5 hrs), unless you get lucky with street parking. Took us 30 min in the line, 10 min to order, and 1 hr to eat - plenty of time left on the parking meter which we prefer rather than cutting it close and getting a ticket. 2.5 hrs for parking felt rather safe for us, if you're wondering. Indoor and outdoor seating is available with plenty of tables. TVs inside for game days to indulge in 2 loves at the same time - food and sports. Ambience is warm, welcoming, and simply chill. Line up, be patient, and order to your liking. Ordering process - request for bread, ordered cold items first (potato salad), moved forward to order hot items (beans, Mac and cheese), grabbed a blueberry cobbler on the counter, and moved forward again to order precisely what we came for... the MEATS! Paid our dues, got fountain drinks, and found an open table to accommodate our party of 4. Open seating! TIP 1: They open at 11 AM, we got there at 3 PM, and they were out of beef ribs already. So keep that in mind if you're there specifically for that. TIP 2: They have 2 sauces from what I could tell - Original and Sweet Sauce. Sweet Sauce was my favorite, but just make sure both are on your table to try out. Live dangerously and mix them! Sooo good... THE TRINITY is what we ordered - or at least, that's what the server told us. The Trinity = Pork ribs, Brisket, and jalapeno cheese link. Omg... every single bite sent us to Heaven and back. Jalapeno cheese link was packed with jalapeno flavor and as if it was soaked in cheese yet didn't look like it. The brisket was the best I've EVER had - thick, juicy, savory, and now set the bar high for all future briskets. Pork ribs - 2 lbs and glazed. Oh man.. just thinking about it makes me depressed like a long lost distant relationship I know won't work out (we live in Nor Cal). Melted off the bone, juicy, smoked and cooked perfectly to... perfection. Slather your favorite BBQ sauces however you'd like and enjoy Nirvana throughout your time at Pinkerton's!
