I visited this Wich Wich because all of the locations in Las Vegas went out of business and my husband had a reward he needed to use up. This location can be accessed either outside or inside the mall. They've gotten rid of all the paper bags that you mark down your choices on in favor of a couple ordering screens. Unfortunately they were out of lettuce for lettucewiches, their lettuce wrapped sandwiches. I had to settle for a salad as a Celiac as the Celiac-safe gluten-free options in San *and especially the River Walk are pretty much non-existent. I did request staff to change gloves but I worry about cross contact from them reaching into containers of ingredients when making sandwiches. We took our food back to our hotel room because it was so chaotic in the mall due to the fact it was raining. Visited: December 2024. read more

My kid got inline to buy sandwiches in this place, the bush boy told us, my wife and I that the table is for customers only. We have our Cinnabon cookies and buffalo chicken that was purchased from another store. This is the thing Mr manager. Your employees didn't have to come up to us with rude attitude. He told my kid that no repills on fountain sodas either. Your employees I think need to be train more of how to interact with people. read more

Went during lunch time on a Thursday and it was busy - mainly participants of a conference if the lanyards are anything to go by. WW was my favorite make your own sandwich place up until the closest one to me moved so I was excited to get some Which Wich again. The place gets a lot of traffic. They changed things since I last went or maybe it's just this location. They only had one bag - labeled "FAVES" - and then these general cards that you fill out to bring to the register. There were not a lot of markers... maybe 1 per metal marker cup. Could have been tidier. I ended up getting an avocado regular on wheat for me and the next one up for hubby, avocado on white. Their avocado mix is just lime juice and salt. PERFECT, because we don't eat alliums. Everything went like normal but once I got back to the hotel room, something was off. THEY ADDED RED ONIONS TO MY SANDWICH, luckily only 5 slivers but I did bite into one and ARGH. I double and triple checked and I did NOT check that... but I did check the 2 items above and below it so it was likely a mix up. Hubby's was fine, nothing added that wasn't marked. Aside from that, it was a decent experience? The lady at the cash register was nice, helpful and all smiles while I made sure recipes and ingredients didn't change since I last went. Those making the sandwiches? Not so much, but I guess even I would lose that smile if I were tasked at sandwich assembling for hours, haha. However, after having a kid with a lot of food allergies, adding something not requested to a sandwich can have severe consequences. But I do see it being an honest mistake. Welp, I had the cheesesteak, fries and a coke. My daughter had chips, tuna, and a beverage. The sandwiches were sooooooo dry! Both of them. My steak tasted like chopped weird meat. The fries were fine, but the specialty sauce was simply hot mustard. Kaylas tuna was dry. Even my soda was bad. It tasted like flat root beer, and I didn't get root beer! This is one of the worst WW's I have ever eaten at. The place was in disarray. I ordered a sandwich that had caramelized onions, I got red onion. I ordered a wheat bun I got white. All of our sandwiches were cooked so much they were super dry and cracked. My kids ordered fries and the cashier didn't tell us they were out of ketchup. My kids got ranch but when we asked they just said "oh we're out" that's a staple with French fries. I usually love this place but I've never been so disappointed. read more

Great sandwich place! I got a Vegan option and it was on point! It was located inside the mall so a lot of foot traffic was going on, but the girl behind the counter quickly showed us how to order a sandwich (which was quite uncommon). We made our decision and waited for our food. It was pretty quick and polite customer service. They got us in and out definitely under 10min. Then we went outside to eat on the Riverwalk and it was a beautiful day in San Antonio. No complaints here! I would definitely go back for a quick lunch next time I'm in town. read more

The two workers on shift were very friendly and helpful with the ordering process, where you can build your own sandwich using a checklist sheet. The ordering station with the markers didn't look super clean but sometimes you have to not think about it. I ordered a roast beef sandwich, soda, and crinkle-cut fries, and they even asked me if I wanted them salted or not before giving them to me. The sandwich wasn't instantly ready after paying like some sub chains, but it still came out relatively fast. Bread was toasted nicely, sandwich fillings tasted mostly fresh, and the fries were hot and crispy; even unsalted, the fries were still good, though they were what took my order the longest to make, so be aware of that if you do order them on the side and are in a rush. Ate here once a year every February and this was my first time coming back after the height of COVID, and it was consistent with the quality. The food is quite good. I got the French dip and it was delightful. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is sticker shock at the price. The price difference between sizes is in $3 increments. This place was AWFUL! I got the lettucewrap, because I have a wheat allergy, and the lettuce looked as though it hadn't been washed at all. The main stand out quality is the amount of meat per sandwich compared to jimmy john's or subway. A lot of meat, compared to fixings. The sandwiches cost $8 and $9, and we were also able to order a margarita. Can't do that at most sandwich shops. I do like this place and now that I know how to order I will be back. This was my firat trip here. We walked by it the day before and saw the line out the door. So today made the trip there. It did not disappoint. It was a bit confusing at first when we walked in. First had to grab a samdwich bag and on it was the sandwich you want and you got to choose all the options and was there so many options. From chosing if your sandwich was hot or cold to regular, lite or Spicy Mayo (I choose the spicy mayo, it had just the right amount of spicyness for the sandwich) to all the other items you would find on a sub. Put your name on the bag hand it to the chasier and in a couple of minutes you sandwich is ready to be eaten and it surely did not disappoint. I choose the sandwich with all the meat ( forgot its name) and chose of 3 different cheeses. If I ever see a which wich again I will be stopping again.
