Very welcoming as soon as you go in, staff is super friendly, very clean as well. They have a couple options to grab when you walk up to the register or you can just order with the cashier. I had a pick up order so I was in and out but the cashier was super nice and offered to go over the menu with me. Food came out very yummy it also came with a little cookie I can't wait to try more things from this location!

OMGGGGGG! This place is so freaking good! I come here like twice a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Place is always very clean and the food is always great!

Nice concept, poor execution. The staff was amazing! The two is for them. The food, well it just sucks. When we both said, hill country fare chicken salad tastes better, yeah. No seasoning or spice. We had the jalapeno Holly, and cranberry kelly. Not even close to spicy on the jalapeno Holly, and the cranberry kelly gets blown out of the water by the heb version. The chicken itself had a strange texture. Almost grainy. The sides were just as bad. My broccoli salad, made no sense. It needed to be warm! Trust me. The macaroni salad also was just as bad. The pasta was overcooked. I mean it was semi affordable. As bad as the two salads were, we wouldn't bother to try any of the rest of the menu. I mean it was all BLAND! Do yourself a favor and just buy it from HEB, and some pita chips. I have to say it, I don't know what all the other elite reviewers were tasting, but there is no way it's remotely close to good as they say it is! Just NO! Don't recommend and won't be back.

Quite the original concept with some pretty good sandwiches and large servings. I had the Jalapeño Chicken Salad, which was smoky, but low spice. I would have liked it spicier, but it was still delicious. The plate comes with a side (I had fruit) and a cookie. Service was quick and friendly, plus they tracked us down to give us our food. I also like the look and feel of the place. Would have eaten here, but we were committed to getting the food to go.

They have pimento cheese if you do not like chicken salad. Love the pasta salad and the white cake. The mac n cheese and brocolli salad are also very good. I did not think I would like this place because I do not like chicken in salad form. But when I fouhd out they have other stuff I tried it.

Chicken eateries plague this radius but we will choose this place when it comes to eating healthy. I'd definitely recommend this place as not only the service is great but the food is probably made from scratch. Unlike Panera Bread or Paradise Bakery (in the West Coast), the menu has its similarities. I would bring someone with you that has eaten here before as the menu is very detailed based on your taste. Chicken salad is the main course which is evenly spread thru every recipe on menu based your choice. You will leave this place with a full tummy. As always, this establishment is always on our list for eating out. Loyal guests.

Overall 4.5stars If you enjoy chicken salad, this is the place for you! At all times, they have 12 different varieties to choose from, ranging from a classic chicken salad made with mayo and celery, to a buffalo chicken salad. I've seen this building several times because it's in the same westover hills shopping center where my beloved Playa Bowls is, but I never stopped in. It shares an open parking lot with several other restaurants and businesses. Depending on the time you come, you may have to circle around for a parking spot. The staff a very friendly and patient, taking the time to explain the differences in sizing and how to get more bang for my buck. The restaurant itself is set up like a Mcallister's deli or a Panera. Lots of small booths or 4 seater tables with ample natural lighting. Thankfully, my husband came home one day with a few goodies from Chicken Salad Chick. He had a side order of Jalapeño Holly, a Fancy Nancy Sandwich (on croissant) combo with pasta salad and cookie, and a side order of Olivia's Old South. Fancy Nancy is what I'm accustomed to. A traditional chicken salad made with celery, mayo, salt, pepper, but add in grapes. The difference is, this one includes apples and pecans. I liked it so much that when I decided to go into the restaurant on 9.29.23, I reordered that for myself! When husband brought it home, it had pasta salad. The pasta salad wasn't bad but it was kinda dry and had more of a pronounced pesto flavor. So I replaced it with spicy pimento cheese. Perfection!!! I have officially reignited my love for pimento cheese. Jalapeño holly has a bunch of diced up jalapeños, but it's a nice slow burn. Husband and my eldest really enjoyed that one so I grabbed more of that on my trip. Olivia's Old South tastes like a chicken salad and a deviled egg had a baby. The pickle relish most certainly comes through. It was tasty but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. The superstar surprise was their broccoli salad! When I walked into the restaurant, I saw a refrigerated display case with small and medium sized containers of their chicken salads, pimento cheese, grape salad and broccoli salad. I grabbed the large broccoli salad, optimistically hoping it would be good. I'm so glad I did because it was so fresh and seasoned so simply and well. Slightly on the sweet side from the dressing and tossed with some cheese, I finished this container in 2 days with minimal help from the kids. I deducted 1/2 of a star because the grapes in my fancy Nancy this second time around were not cut. I literally bit into 2 whole grapes. Whoever made this batch didn't take their time . Also.. that cookie reminds me of the loft house sugar cookies from the grocery store. Makes your mouth dry while tasting overly sweet. Yuck. But since it's complimentary with your meal, I didn't factor that into my score. All and all, I'll see you again real soon && especially since I discovered they have a rewards program/app.

This is my first time at chicken salad chick, I got the chicken salad with cranberries, pecans, and apples. My husband got the plain jane chicken salad. We both got it on croissants. I also got a spinach salad and tomato bisque soup, and my husband got the loaded potato chicken soup. My chicken salad was okay. It had some flavor because of the extra things in it. But my husband's chicken salad tasted very blend and not a lot of flavor. I really enjoyed my salad with the poppy seed dressing and the tomato bisque. My husband also really liked the loaded potato soup a lot. If I go back, I would get soup and salad and maybe try the jalapeno chicken salad to add a little bit more flavor. To me, this chicken salad is not as flavorful as other chicken salads I've had. I guess it depends on what you like it. They do have a lot of variety. They have fruity, nutry, and savory types of chicken salad. They also have a few different soups they offer daily. I jad heard a lot of good things. it just wasn't quite what I thought it would be.

Sandwich barley had any chicken salad. Bread was dry and chewy. My daughter loves this place and wanted me to try it and I was hoping for a better sandwich for the price.

Absolutely fascinated that they could have a restaurant with ONLY chicken salad lol. Very clean and organized establishment. Staff was very welcoming and took the time to explain the menu options. I had the trio plate with Lemon Basil chicken Salad, Olivia 's Old South chicken salad and the jalapeño chicken salad. All three were amazing and FULL of flavor. I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful each one tasted. I knew it had to be good if they could open a place with only chicken salad. I will definitely return to eat here again!

This was a small restaurant we saw and ordered food to go from. The restaurant itself was very clean and organized. We were able to order our food fairly quickly, and the people we spoke with were very nice. The drink I got was a watermelon tea which I really liked and recommend. However, the sandwich I received was pretty average. It also didn't help that the bread absorb a lot of the pickle juice that was in the container, so the bottom half of the sandwich was soggy. The other sandwich my mother ordered was a chicken salad sandwich that she said she enjoyed. The small cookie that came with the meal I really liked the best. I definitely would order cookies from here again. They also had a soup of the day, which I had the potato one. It was pretty good but too much bacon for me. The crackers I had did help with it though and still enjoyed. The other soup, chicken tortilla, was also pretty good and would recommend. Overall, it wasn't a bad place to try, but if I were to come back again, I think I would order something else.

If you like chicken salad, they have plenty of options for you. They also have non-chicken salad options. These include pimento cheese and egg salad. Their sides are delicious as well. Their grape salad is on point. The pimento cheese was not my favorite. It was grated cheese lightly held together. I ended up taking it home and making a grilled cheese out of it. The egg salad was good. They have good combo meals. You can either get a scoop of your main chicken salad or you can make it a sandwich. You can also make the pimento cheese and the egg salad into a sandwich. The chick combo meal comes with a cookie and a pickle. You can make it a trio for only a few dollars more. They have plenty of seating, but I saw a lot of people taking their food to go. You order at the register. They are quick with your food. Parking is on site, but shared with the other businesses. The area is pretty busy as it has a lot of new establishments.

Sooooooooo yummy! We wanted something different and we got it, a whole place dedicated to chicken salad. Don't know what you like? That's okay, they got you... you get to sample before you order. I got the Olivia's Old South, and it did not disappoint. My husband got the Spicy Pimento BLT, and he loved it. "Not many places have good pimento", (my husband, 2023). The decor is cute, a little Dr. Seuss vibe going, I was digging it. Pricing was not bad either, I got a full sandwich, side and a drink, and my husband got the same minus the drink, 23.00. I highly recommended you stop by and give this place a try, it was nice a refreshing!

From…read morethe moment you walk in, the space does something to you -- warm lighting, tufted banquettes, burgundy velvet chairs with gold legs, and a ceiling panel with intricate geometric lattice work straight out of a Moroccan riad. It doesn't feel like a strip mall restaurant. It feels intentional. The pastry case alone deserves its own review. Piped butter cookies, rose-dotted squares dusted with cardamom, delicate filled rolls -- it's the kind of display that makes you order dessert before you've even sat down. And then the food. The chicken shawarma bowl is not playing around -- seasoned chicken, kalamata olives, crumbled feta, creamy garlic sauce over a bed of greens, finished with cracked pepper. Every bite is layered and bold. The kind of meal that makes you pause mid-fork and just appreciate it. What sets Tripoli's apart isn't just the food or the ambiance. It's that the whole experience feels curated. Like someone who actually loves this culture built this place and meant every single detail. San Antonio has been sleeping on this gem. Wake up!!

I had a hard time walking out without calling for the manager or owner. I would like to start my…read morepost with the positive so here it goes. The ambiance was great, everything from the decorative rugs, Arab writing on the wall, tagine pottery and brass crafts were perfectly displayed. The tabbouleh salad was very tasty, it had the right amount of ingredients making it pretty as well as colorful placed in the neat brass metal bowl. Now with the things that require immediate remedial attention: 1. The burger was overrated, overcooked and dry. 2. The chick pea salad lacked chick peas, dressing, onions and feta cheese. 3. The lamb Kofta plate was prepared right however, it was not enough meat for the price and the cream sauce tasted like straight butter with a hint of garlic. The pita bread was lukewarm and looked like it had been unwrapped, quartered and thrown in a microwave for 30 seconds prior to serving it. 4. Drinks Ordered: The Cafe' Arabia was very tasty BUT, I didn't get it until we were almost done with our meal. We ordered drinks when we were first seated so that was a big red flag. My wife also ordered the Moroccan mint teapot and she didn't get it until after I got my coffee. I told the barista/waiter to cancel it when I got my coffee but he said it was also ready for us and could put it in a to-go cup for her. That kind of defeated the whole experience of drinking tea while waiting for our meal. 5. The service was really slow. Took over 15 minutes to get our (tap) waters and 20 minutes for our food when we were the only ones in the restaurant until we had placed our order. 6. The waitress needs some serious people skills and bussing training to know how to serve food and drinks. She touched the tops of the glasses her fingers. She didn't greet us and practically dropped the plates on the table when she brought them out. To add insult to injury, she put the handheld pay device on the table without asking us if we wanted or needed anything else. My kids wanted to try out some desserts, so luckily for us, the nearby HEB has plenty to offer. I had high hopes for this place because of what the owner posted on Instagram and it is so close to our neighborhood. Guess we will have to continue driving further into the city to other Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern restaurants that have better food and service.
