a hamburger with cheese and pickles
Nicole F.

Located inside high street place food hall. Service was quick the burgers tasted like a fancier McDonalds which didn't bother me. I was super hungry and inhaled it! The French fries were the thin cut which is preferable to me.

Dirty Jerz on bad bread

Quick and tasty! However, really low quality bread. Menu said that the Dirty Jerz came on a roll. It came on a hamburger bun, kinda crazy to pay $8 for a sandwich using $0.25 hamburger buns.

Breakfast Burger

Food Court step up. First time trying what looked to be a promising venture. Unfortunately, unable to try out the Bloody Mary as no mix available. Definite strike for me. Breakfast burger was griddled with a "breakfast rub" that provides a different texture and moisture level that a grilled style. Burger was moist and smothered in melting cheese on a Brioche bun- great combo. Breakfast rub on the salty side, and I love salt. Breakfast fried rice with an over easy egg, well seasoned and served piping hot. Mix of breakfast meats blended with rice and spice blend made every bite magic! All in all, for an upscale food court offering, worth the trip. Next time prep for demand.

The dry Chuck Norris

The cashier was unfriendly. The burger took 10min at least with no line. The burger was small and dry as a bone. I ordered the Chuck Norris. I won't ever go back

The Wheelhouse burger is one of the best burgers I've ever had, period. Their fries rival McDonalds, and I say that with sincere flattery.

We were promptly seated and the hostess tonight was happy and nice! Brought us upstairs to a cozy booth we like to sit side by side for our meals usually. Our server tonight was Jillian and she was a gem! Very nice, was quick with suggestions when we asked. I grabbed the $22 capital burger, guyere cheese, french onion carmelized onions and shallot aoili. Opted for the upgraded truffle fries +$3. Cooked a perfect medium, fat patty, cheese pull on point, dip with the aioli..... chef's kiss frfr. The fries were crispy, seasoned well, no complaints outside i couldn't finish them after the burger. It is FILLING. The calamari was perfectly crispy with thin coat of batter, large rings and mustache pieces, and chili peppers/ hots was a great addition. Love this style calamari. The lady grabbed the shroom burger and her's was also juicy, glistening..Goodness! Ample, ample amounts of mushrooms chopped and topped! About $70 bucks for the meal plus tip. Happy with our dinner! Oh the pickles in the mini jar were so good the lady asked for a second serving which Jillian gladly grabbed for us!

We are visiting Boston from Chicago and wanted to really like this restaurant. We were both hyped…read moreto taste a GR burger. Sigh. The Good: drinks were fine. Nothing to write home about, but adequate. Onion rings were excellent. I've never had rings with whatever they used to fry it in, but it was fantastic. Truffle fries were great, as were the dipping sauces. My daughter liked her burger (she got the Hell's Kitchen Burger, sans avocado), medium rare. She's a tiny thing and usually can't eat an entire burger, but she inhaled the whole thing. The Bad: I am apparently very naive - I thought the vegan burger was something they made in house and was interested to taste the combo of veggies they use. Nope. It was just that over-processed, disgusting Beyond Burger, with terrifyingly oversalted tomatoes and lettuce. I have never looked forward to something and subsequently been so let down. I took it back to the hotel because I saw ducks and thought I'd feed them the bun. Service: was fine. He was sweet and was attentive. Ambiance: fine. It was upscale burger decor. I think I'd recommend going once just for the sake of saying I went to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. But be aware one alcoholic beverage, one non-alcoholic beverage, and two burgers set me back $100 (including tip). I would not go back again though. It was not worth $100. But at least now I know I don't need to visit the Chicago one!

Here is a breakdown: Clam chowder 5/5 - well flavored and well balanced, I prefer a little thinner but there is nothing to complain about here Fish and chips 3/5 - this was ok, I liked the bite size pieces for sharing but didn't love the breading Lobster mac and cheese 5/5 - loved the big chunks of lobster so you could really taste it vs small pieces that blend in Calamari - 5/5 - lightly breaded and perfectly fried, the cocktail sauce is excellent, the tartar sauce used sweet pickles which weren't my fave but still good

Our plan was to sit outside at a table on their SIDEWALK area with my 10lb dog in her stroller, but the hostess said, with an attitude, no dogs allowed in the patio area. Patio area? You mean the sidewalk? Isn't the sidewalk a public area? We were confused. We tried to clarify because maybe he was confused? But no, he said no again. My mom was hungry so we opted to get a bowl of chowder to go and we put our name down at the restaurant next door who was UBER dog friendly and even gave my girl a dog bone when we checked in, and lots of pets. Anyways the clam chowder should be renamed to dill chowder because dang, why so much! And hardly any clam, mostly potatoes. Not a fan of the policy or the chowder, would not recommend
