    Wedding cake

We had an amazing vintage style wedding cake created by Wheatland Bakery! The strawberry mousse chiffon cake was incredible - the team went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for our big day. Can't speak highly enough of their customer service and attention to detail - so happy we chose to get our wedding cake here! Can't recommend enough.

This famous bakery has been in Walla Walla for many years. They serve delicious baked goods including homemade breads, pastries, and so much more! They are so friendly and welcoming and want to help you select what speaks to your taste buds! They are a charming bakery with beautiful glass cases that show off their products! Be sure to stop by soon as they always have a holiday selection aka Easter cookies!

YUM! YUM! YUM! I have absolutely loved everything that I have gotten from this bakery. I've gotten their cakes and they are perfect--not too sweet like most store-bought cakes. They also have fresh breads and delicious pastries. If you have never stopped in here, you definitely need to! It also seems like earlier in the day is the best time to visit as they have everything in stock (think like a donut shop) but they still have yummy treats later in the day near closing. Stop by for a visit! You won't be disappointed!

There aren't many places open in the area on Sunday, but I saw this place had coffee and pastries…read moreso we decided to give it a try. It was pretty busy inside, but after a bit we were able to order. I ordered an iced soy latte with a pump of almond. Also a regular iced latte. I also ordered a few pastries, the Kouign Amann, Almond Croissant, and Goat Cheese and Herb croissant. They unfortunately don't heat up any pastries which I wish they would because I do think it would make the pastries better. The Kouign was my favorite. It was crunchy and delicious and sweet, I would get again. The goat cheese croissant was pretty good but nothing too special. As for the Almond Croissant, I was very disappointed. It had hardly any almond filling, and there was no almond flavor. I wish they would put slivered almonds on it but it was completely lacking. I would skip the almond croissant completely. As for the coffee, I got a regular iced latte and a Soy almond latte. The coffee was not good at all and it makes me sad to say but after a few sips... I had to throw it away! I felt like it threw away $7. It was very watery and the syrup tasted off. This is usually my go-to at other shops but I just couldn't drink this at all. Overall it was cool to try a pastry or two but I wouldn't make another trip here.

The parking lot is rather funky coming from the south, but I've been lucky to get a parking spot (few to grab) in the front by the door to the north of the store. Venturing to the bargain wall first is the way that I attack this store, and since I have a punch card, I have to get to $10 for the punch. Having a freezer to pop the loads of bread products that I buy here is a major plus. If you don't have a big chest freezer, than it will be hard to take advantage of the DEALS. Come and get 'em!

Here you can choose from a variety of Franz breads and pay a lot less than you would at a large grocery store. They may not have the exact bread choice you want when you go but, if you are willing to try a different loaf, you will definitely save money here. The Franz Bakery punch card allows you the opportunity to get 10 loaves of bread from the saving wall when you have accumulated 10 punches. Each punch requires you to spend $10 with double punches on Tuesdays. They also have a variety of cookies, jams, sweet breads and gourmet breads available as well. Parking can be a challenge as there are only about eight spaces here.
