The staff was attentive and genuinely friendly, making the whole experience feel special. I ordered the Three Point Meal featuring a half Cheese-mageddon sandwich, a cup of tomato soup, and a cookie. The sandwich was absolute fire--loaded with cheese and served on excellent bread that was toasted to perfection. As for the soup? It was hands-down the best tomato soup I've ever had, restaurant or store-bought. The cookie was the perfect sweet finish. My wife went with the Grilled Cheese Brisket sandwich. She's had it before and raves about it every single time, and today was no different! We feel so fortunate to have such a high-quality spot right here in town. If you're in Enterprise and looking for what we describe as pastries, Cloud 9 is the place to go. If you're looking for something more creative as a breakfast goody, you might swing by the Longhorn Espresso & BBQ iosk on Greenwood across from the Enterprise city park. No kidding...good little breakfast scones and muffins are available there. Also while Cloud 9 lists itself as a deli, there was no evidence of deli items when we visited, although they did have a lunch menu of sandwiches and sides available after a certain hour.

The bread is always delicious with just right amount of sour, springy, and lasts about 5 days (that's a good sign of REAL food). The customers on my food truck give frequent compliments too. They make delicious pies, sugars, extracts, gluten free options, and now espresso! We also love the Vault 19 theme - a fun & unique nod to the Fallout games... the list goes on.
