When I was ordering, the person taking my order didn't seem very interested in giving recommendations when I asked, but the barista who made the drinks was very nice and the coffee itself was excellent, which made up for it. They don't always take the time to explain things. To be honest it's more like they just want to take your order and move on to the next customer. I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5. It can definitely be a little challenging to find a spot, so give yourself some extra time if you're coming when they're busy. Service was good and both my drink and breakfast were on point in terms of taste. You just can't beat west coast breakfast tacos! They pass the "do they date the beans?" requirement, but fall victim to a less critical pet peeve, where the beans are located right below the register. So I have to wait in line, only to hold everyone up once at the front to look at the options. Putting them somewhere to the side of the line, so people can browse while waiting is the way, or even somewhere outside the line altogether. It's hard to understand how such a painfully obvious no brainer can be overlooked.
