It feels unfair that a fast-food restaurant would make my husband, my son, and me wait so long. The cashier on duty handed me the order and respectfully apologized for the delay; while we understand the delay wasn't her fault, this isn't the first time it has happened at this time of day. I suggest speaking to the cooks and telling them to pick up the pace; the food is delicious, but the service is slow. I returned the following Saturday morning for breakfast, and the service was incredibly fast--it took less than five minutes. All in all, I've had a very bad experience with you.
