Let's talk about this little cup of ranch that eegee's charges you extra for and customer service etiquette. It's not the point that they charge you extra for the ranch when you want it on the side. It's the point when they don't give it to you after you ordered and paid for it. And are given an attitude like you ruined someone's whole day. I sat at the drive-through window waiting for somebody to acknowledge me after giving me my food. Only for the girl to come to the window with an attitude. When I asked her for my ranch and napkins, she proceeds to tell me that I would have to pay for the ranch. I explained to her that I had already paid for it, but I did not receive it. She then hands it to me, but still no napkins. So I sit there and then with the same attitude, she's like you have to pay for another ranch you only asked for one. I once again explained I do not want another ranch. I just simply want my napkins. I watched her go and pull out a brand new package of napkins. Which tells me that the customers that were before me probably didn't even get any or maybe she just ran out. However, with how quickly she gave me my food I believe that she just wasn't giving them out. My whole point of this is not to complain, but simply a reminder that good customer service goes a long way.....skip the attitude it's unnecessary. BTW..... the dragon berry slush is fire! They got my order wrong and I repeated it to the young man which was very pleasant but still gave me my order wrong!!! the fries were cold and greasy, and the restaurant was dirty. I ordered a deluxe grinder (half) no Onion no salami /Hot and toasted. I ordered through Grub hub because I am working. I am allergic to onion and there was onion in my grinder. I couldn't even just take them out because I am allergic! I paid a fee and tipped the driver which was not her fault they got my order wrong. Do better Eegees!! My favorite time of the year Lucky line, so delicious and refreshing had to stop by to also try out the new cinnamon sugar pretzel bites, the drink never disappoints the pretzels. Could've used a little bit more sugar and cinnamon, but they are very tasty and you get quite a bit. Ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich. comes with ham, Swiss, tomato, lettuce, mayo, and pickles. they neglected to tell me they had NO lettuce OR tomatoes until I opened the sandwich and it had almost nothing it in. BS theres a food city right behind you and you can't restock? ridiculous. when I asked why there's no lettuce or tomato she said she told me but literally never warned me or stopped me before ordering. place felt ghetto. There was a time you couldn't go wrong with eegee's. Unfortunately that's not the case anymore. I ordered for pickup and when arriving I was told they don't make the orders until you get there (they weren't busy). The bread was hard and there was what looked like one slice of meat cut in half on the sandwich. The fries were cold cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Dissatisfied with the food and service. Paying almost $40 for two people for what we received was not worth it. It took longer than expected to be acknowledged when I walked in, I was actually ignored for a good minute or 2 and I was the only customer inside. The cashier that came up was very nice. The inside was clean. They had a security guard which is a little unsettling, but I know it's not the best area. read more

If I could give this location a zero I would. This is the worst experience I've had in a fast food restaurant ever. I don't blame the employee but I do blame upper management, whoever was supposed to be the "MOD", SEVERE LACK of staff and lack of training. I gone there multiple times without an issue but today they were EXTREMELY under staffed and there was zero customer service. They're a busier location by St Mary's hospital. Knowing this I placed an online order (at Noon) for pick up at 12:30 for a while original grinder and fries. I showed up at 12:40 and was ignored for over 5 minutes while standing next to the "pick up your online over here". Finally made one of the guys aware of my order when he came up and gave someone else their food (still didn't say hi or ask if I had been helped). AFTER WAITING 10 MINUTES AND SEEING CUSTOMERS WHO ORDERED IN THE STORE AFTER I ARRIVE GET THEIR FOOD, I asked what the ETA was for my order and was told "oh probably 5 or 10 minutes". Sandwiches were fantastic along with the fries and loaded fries. I would totally go back again. We also tried teagee and eegee fizz. I liked the teagee but would be okay without one in the future. The eegee fizz was not liked and we got rid of it. Spicy grinder was awesome. read more

I couldn't justify giving them one star only because the location is clean, and our fries were fresh. I haven't lived in Tucson for two years and rarely get to have Eegee's so this is a bummer of an experience. The reason why it is getting two stars though is that we waited 21 minutes for a sandwich and two orders of fries. I sat here as I watch people who ordered after me, get there food. The associate at the counter didn't keep track of his orders so he didn't realize we were still waiting. We were sitting in the table right in front of his register. It wasn't until I spoke up (15 minutes in) that they even realized we were missed. Another 5 minutes went by and then we got our food. When I opened my sandwich it was not what I ordered. So, I had to wait another few minutes for a new sandwich to be made. Great place to come on a summer day. I love the eegee drinks, they're almost like a slushy but take forever to melt so they are great when it's really hot outside. However, most of the food is pretty mediocre and not really worth it, so I would suggest eating somewhere else if you are hungry for more than just a quick snack. read more

I go to the eegees on st marys maybe twice a week or so. They're great there. The employees are friendly. The food is almost always on point. But there have been a few times where they've messed it up- but when I go back they fix it with a smile. Their fries are always made to order so they're always fresh. I just wish they'd even out their fizz drinks, about half the time you only get like a squirt of soda. And it would be cool if they had more flavors of their slushees. But the restaurant is super clean, as well as the bathrooms, you can see right into the kitchen and see it's just as clean- all their employees wear masks too. read more

I just want to say, these workers here and at any fast food really deserve it all. It's still short staffed everywhere and these workers are slammed with customers all the time with minimal workers. I always try to be as patient and nice as I can because 1. I know what it's like to work in fast food and 2. They're humans too and don't deserve to be disrespected whatsoever. The girl who helped me in the drive thru, I forgot to ask for her name, was super nice and apologetic for it taking super long. I told her to just make it through and she'll be ok and to just pray. One star because the Eegee was delicious as usual. The food however at the North Oracle Road location in Oro Valley was absolutely terrible. I am sad to see the quality of their Deluxe Grinder decline. The sandwich was dry and missing provolone as requested. I have been eating here since I was a child. I live in another city now and make it a point to visit to a frozen treat. This time grabbed a sandwich and I regret that decision. I sure hope they get it together. The food was so delicious in the past. I hope they are not taking shortcuts with their ingredients to make a few dollars. read more
