I have been here a few times, and liked everything I got. The honey butter chicken biscuit is amazing, and even better is the greem chile double burger. fries are good to, though I bet if they aren't fresh, they get real bad real fast. I've heard the hype over this place. I thought it was going to be much more expensive than it was. So that was a plus. If you want something fast do NOT come here. They are verrrrry slow. It didn't even seem that busy so I'm not sure what the hold up was but it was very slow. Our food was pretty good though! First thing my family did was come try this place out. Arrived at 9:26pm, it said they closed at 10 the line was indeed long took us until exactly 10pm to get up to the window. Back to around 9:30?, they put cones out in the driveway I was 3 cars ahead of the car they put the cones behind. When we got up to the window at 10pm they said we are closed, tried explaining to them I was way ahead when they put the cones out. I understand the struggle trying to close while making food but waiting in a 30 minute long line is very infuriating just for them to turn you down the exact minute they close. Came here multiple times and have had to wait over 20 min for a burger and fries. Literally there was one worker and manager behind the counter to do both the counter, cooking, and drive thru. I have NEVER waited this long for fast food. I've tried both drive thru and walking in and either times I've had a very very long wait. This is the actual slowest fast food restaurant in the world. I have waited over 40 minutes for food twice now.

Every other store in Florida is open to the public-what you guys doing? Really annoyed, what a complete waste of time waiting in line in my car idling and wasting gas and damaging the environment for an hour+ (and we didn't even arrive at lunch hour but before it). We couldn't order inside or online to save gas or time. Shame on you guys, I will not be returning again and will go to other locations. read more

Well gotta say never having a Whataburger before this was my day. Pull in and Mrs. E insists that if you ask they have a burger which has no bun but wrapped in lettuce . Ok. So I get a regular to give a fair assessment, and enjoyed the courtesy that the guy behind the counter showed when she requested a burger with lettuce. He didn't miss a beat. This guy served up a burger on a bed of lettuce just like she ordered. .....Then she realised that the place to get a burger wrap was " In and out burger"....Watching her eat this was a show in itself. Found this place on our Hurrication getting away from Irma this past September. Whataburger is your average fast food burger joint similar to BK or McDonald's. Nothing spectacular but not a bad option for the prices if you are craving fast food. We ordered drive through so can't vouch for the inside dining area. Went to drive-thru on June 6th. Very good service and food was good for fast service burgers.

This place sucks balls. There were fries and hamburger buns just chillin on the ground. We waited over half an hour for our food. The chicken bites were hard and we got almost no fries. The floors were so slippery that I could ice skate in my tennis shoes. At one point I saw a manager walk through with a bucket of steaming, yellow water which he used to melt the mountain of ice in the soda machine. The cashier wouldn't stop talking even though there was a line almost out the door. I wouldn't eat there again if there was a gun to my head and it was free. Consistently worst Whataburger location around. I was in the drive thru line at 10:40 am to order breakfast. 4 cars ahead of me. At 10:59 when I was finally at the speaker to order, I was told no breakfast. You can't place an online order. I don't see how they stay in business. We've eaten there twice now since I've been on vacation. Very delicious. Fries are comparable to McDonalds but the burger was like nothing I've had before. They are really good. The spicy ketchup was great too and I would recommend trying Whataburger if you haven't before. I don't have any where I live so I wasn't sure what to expect. But it turned out to be pretty good. Great for the nights we didn't want to spend so much money on seafood. The employees were all very nice and good in helping us decide what we wanted the first try, because we had never been to one. The line was wrapped around the building but we decided to wait anyways. BIG mistake. Slowest drive-thru I've ever experienced in my life!!!!!!!!!! Waited for over an hour and finally made it back to our condo to eat at 11. The dining room was closed and the workers were dilly-dallying in the back which explained the long wait time. Had to get out of the car and stretch. Cars were getting into fights about their place in line. Wish I could've warned them to stay home and eat a bowl of cereal!!! The girl who took my order was as very thorough and they got the order correct which is why I added an extra star. The burgers tasted even better since our group was starving and very hangry...
