Take out order that exceeded expectations. Let's face it...toasted and wrapped sandwiches usually do not travel well. BUT...Jersey Mike's does! The store was busy, but employees were rocking it! read more

Consistent jersey mikes. I was here on vacation and needed a quick lunch twice. It was good both times.

I have been to this establishment many times and the food is always decent, but the past few times I have been there, there is a guy that works there that is always rushing people and did it again today. Well, today I was getting my drink and that guy was working and started dropping the F bomb multiple times all loud, not to mention with multiple customers eating and ordering. Sad to see that this is happening, I will not be returning to this location since it makes it uncomfortable to be there. read more

Great sandwich great employees! Was in and out in no time.Sandwich was perfect.I come to this shop whenever I'm in the area.

My husband literally craves their subs. The food is always fresh and always good. Service was above average too.

10/10 experience. We got 8 subs ordered for a work lunch. They were all correct, timely and staff were very friendly. We will definitely be going back for more!! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #8 Club Sub - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Walton Beach, Florida

We just had lunch at Jersy Mikes in Cinco Bayou and what a treat! The best part is we frequent Jersey Mike everywhere we go and go regularly at home but this is the first time ever that I was asked if I want lettuce and tomatoes on my Philly steak sandwich. It was so delicious! I cannot believe I've been missing this. Why hasn't anyone asked me before?? So I'm going back again before I leave town. Also he offered the juice on the side because I was taking another sandwich to go and so the bread doesn't get soggy he gave me a to go cup. Great customer service, friendly, fast and efficient. What a terrific experience. They are hard to find on Eglin Parkway so keep your eyes peeled for the TMobile store and Dunkin Donut. They are in between those two stores. I'll be back!!! read more

I just had, unfortunately, the most horrific dinning experience I have ever endured in my 76 years of life. I ordered on line for in store pick up ASAP (15 mins by thier estimation). When I arrived the hot sandwich I had ordered was already finished but the cold sandwich was stuck behind an order of three, yes three, party boxes. I waited an additional 20 mins before asking how long of a wait it was going to be and I ws told it would only be 2 mins. Fast forward 10 more mins and my order was finally completed. I picked up my order but the hot sandwich was now stone cold and I told the counter person I shouldn't have to pay for a cold sandwich and a refund was issued. Again as I was leaving the individual who had ordered the party boxes began to insult and berate me for making him wait for his order (misdirected anger on thier part). This store's time management system is a total failure mandating 3 small orders wait behind one very large order.. I will never return to this restraunt and I'm a local of 25 years read more

Sent the email as requested several days ago. No response. Too bad, y'all make the best sandwiches out there, but I can see from other reviews that customer service is not a priority at this location. read more

I have never been to a sub shop where the sub was bland. I'd try it again and have them add some flavor to it someway, somehow.

Horrible customer service. Employees got very annoyed of what i asked, Just asked for a number 7 on the grill and they've got so annoyed about it. This place sucks. read more

Would rate a zero if I could. We were all excited to eat at the New Jersey mikes in fwb. Then this happened... First the guy making the subs had his mask below his chin and with his gloves on fixed it and then continued on making the sub. He asks what we want and I say I want you to change your gloves before making our subs. Then a couple minutes later he DROPS THE MEAT AND RINSES IT OFF AND OUTS IT BACK IN THE FRIDGE!!! I say ummm are you serious? He claims that is what they told him to do. No sir! And he was the manager!! Do not go to Jersey mikes!! Tawan green was the manager. read more

Will not be visiting your store again I paid $12 for a regular sandwich... only had ham and salami. I could've got a giant for $10 so confused and a high price. read more

Incredible service! Fast, so friendly. Employees are happy to work there and it shows!! Great job!!!

I just started going to Jersey Mike's in California and came out here for a visit. This location did just great. No complain at all. I really enjoyed the food and the people were really friendly. read more

Love jersey mikes but this location is the worst in the entire country. Super slow service, terrible customer service. Have tried ordering in and uber eats. Uber eats cancels every time because of how bad it is. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

I have tried this place 4 times. Loved Jersey mikes when I lived in Virginia. This one is horrible. Food sucks and the service is slow and terrible. Ordered a large chicken Philly. Got a small with beef. The worst you could do. But don't worry. I will be surprised if they survive the summer. Maybe something better will move in there after they close the doors. Which is going to happen. read more

Love Jersey Mike's. This one was solid. The manager was friend and trying to get all the subs done quickly. There was this one guy that must be new and he looked like he just got done smoking some weed. Lol he was so high trying to make sandwiches. Luckily the manager guy made mine. The high guy was moving so slow. He looked like one of the scooby doo guys. read more

It's been over a year since our last visit to this location. At that time, the service ordering inside was horrible with a capital H. Yesterday, we tried again and were pleased with friendliness and competence of those who served us. We ordered 1 hot and 1 cold sub - the hot sub took longer than I've ever waited at Lenny's but besides that, it was good. read more

There subs were fresh and made while you wait All the employees were very nice and the place was clean

Terrible service.. 3 people working and only one of them on the line. The other two, one of which looked as if he was a manager, totally ignored us. No hello, nothing. Very dry expressions on all of their faces. Very slow service as well. Took a total of about 30 minutes for 4 regular subs, with nobody else in front of us. One guy even walked in behind us, waited for about 10-15 minutes and then walked out because he was never said a word to. I love Jersey Mike's, and this was a huge disappointment. Will not be spending my money at this location again. read more

Staff hustling and working hard with lunch rush. People are short staffed and this crew was very nice and greeted every customer. People need to be kind and have patience as these individuals are working and smiling while completing your order. read more

Service was up to par, food is excellent more flavorful than Subway next door. Just few things that they could improve on is Cleanliness and teamwork communication. Service counter in their cold station had crumbs, bread sitting out on the counter and not in a holding container and the deli slicer should've been cleaned better. Other than that, it's a good place to get a good sub. read more

Super good sandwiches but you're most likely going to wait for it. They make the sandwiches slowly and it's always backed up there
