Stanley's Street Treats was new to us and we were blown away with the quality and taste of the food. We had the Softshell Crab BLT and Creme Brulee. The crab was the best and presented very nicely. The Brulee was a great finish to a wonderful meal and evening with neighbors. Others at our table had the Mrs. Jenny Chicken Sandwich and Stanley's Savory Southern Sliders which they raved about. We were so pleased with Stanley's Street Treats and look forward to following them online to find out where they will be next. Don't miss out on this great find!

I was a little disappointed that she didn't pick up my Illinois accent, but she guessed my friend's Spanish accent pretty quickly. The table tops had that sticky feeling to them that let you know this restaurant was either really disgusting or you were about to have the best meal of your entire month. Our food took a little long to come out, but our waitress kindly informed us that the delay was due to the head cook having beef with the other employees and quitting mid-shift. Fortunately, I'm pretty immune to drama, so this didn't bother me. The cook in training cheffed up some really good potatoes and delicious chick friend steak. The loss of the head chef was probably a net win for The Crack of Dawn. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and most of my family

Really crappy experience. One server for the entire place. Took forever to get my order and there…read morewasn't that many people in the place. Three tables besides myself. Took the food a long time to come out. The server brought the plate out and there was only one piece of bread. An order of toast should always include two prices of toast. Not one. Then she only brought out one butter. I had bacon and eggs with a large cup of grits and like I said earlier one piece of toast. The grits and toast need butter. Why so stingy? I told her as soon as she sat the plate down I needed another order of toast. It took 20 minutes and finally when I had eaten almost everything else I asked for the server to check on my toast. She goes and gets it and brings me a untoasted piece of bread. I sent it back and another 15 minutes pass. Finally I gave up and went to pay. The server (also the cashier) gave me all these excuses as to why my breakfast was such a flop. What it all boils down to is a cheap owner. If you can't hire any good help, don't skimp on everything to the point it ruins your restaurant. Another thing and I know this makes me sound like such a bit@h but I literally can't stand when someone half my age calls me all the stupid little pet names, "sugar, sweetie, baby, love). It doesn't increase your tips. It simply irritates the he'll out of me. I won't come back. $21.00 for bacon, eggs, grits and ONE piece of toast is ridiculous! I can get this exact breakfast anywhere else for $15.00 and that includes a real order of toast which includes two pieces of bread!
