Went through the drive through and ordered a fish sandwich. Get home and it looked like a fish stick between two buns. I had the fish sandwich at a different Culver's about 2 months ago and it definitely didn't look like that. It was kind of tough too. We love hitting this Culver's on our way home from Fort Walton Beach. The workers are friendly, and the restaurant is clean. We love ordering the kids meal with the scoop of the day, and if you collect ten scoopie tokens from the bag you get a kids meal for free. Also each kids meal bag has a token for a free scoop of the day, vanilla, or chocolate custard. The butter burgers fully dressed are the best kids burger available. The grilled cheese is on sourdough and its perfect. We love the crinkle fries, and Culver's root beer. read more

I've never been to this particular restaurant and not had my order messed up. From missing items to straight up just giving me the wrong order. The quality of the food is subpar compared to other locations too. Soggy fries, very obviously pre cooked and stored burgers that were heat up on a stove. I'm from the midwest and the Culver's restaurants there would NEVER be like this. Management needs to do some serious reflection. read more

Great burger every time! We were in Navarre and had eaten seafood everyday and were craving a good ol butter burger. Culver's never disappoints. Service was quick for them saying a 20 min wait for drive thru and the food was great. Kids enjoyed their custard on the kiddie meals. We need one in New Mexico. read more

Totally worth the wait if you're not in a hurry. The fish is incredible but, in a sandwich skip the cheese and the lettuce-It's shredded and it makes the sandwich bun soggy. My wife and I have enjoyed Culver's custards for years, but have not had dinner there. We had a less than a good experience. The menu has a great deal to offer. I ordered the 6 piece shrimp dinner and she ordered a butter burger cheeseburger a drink and a salted Carmel shake. While waiting, the restaurant had three pumps ketchup spots, all of which were empty. The seating area had about a third of the seating needed to be busses with trash or dirty tables and one third full l of patrons. It was a busy time of day. The meal came out 26 minutes later with 5 shrimp and room temperature fries. I showed the manager a picture of my meal and let him know I was missing one shrimp. Another was brought out a few minutes later. My wife asked me what the butter was for and I remembered my meal cake with a roll that was not present as well. I went back to ask for the roll and the manager joked that it probably jumped off my plate with the shrimp. Ha ha. My wife's burger was okay, but she normally likes a good burger and she only ate 1/2. All in all, we may try another meal here, but there are currently better burger places in town and fried shrimp too. The staff was nice and very busy, it just was not a very good experience. I decided to try this "homemade custard"! Oh my, I honestly would have been better off getting a cone from the fast food across the street. I was sadly disappointed the custard, which I was told was made on premise; sadly did not make my palette smile. Nope, $6.00 wasted. For a fast food place, Culver's beat my expectations. I saw other reviews about the patties being too thin but I believe this is a style of patties but I can understanding wanting more meat. The worst Culver's I've visited and being from WI and a traveler, I have been to a few. The girl who took our order struggled with knowing how to do a transaction using a gift card. When asking for our military discount was told they don't give those because the owner is a veteran who donates money to veterans...uh, okay. Asked for a senior discount instead...nope, don't do those either. The bathroom was dirty and the floor was gross and sticky. Food was good at least. Will never darken their doors again. read more

Overpriced, poor service, and high prices - all things to avoid with fast food or any restaurant. Culver's tries to distinguish itself by delivering the food to your table. We ordered food for our toddler and ice cream for everyone else. They delivered the ice cream after a 20-25 minute wait, but no chicken strips. We told the employee who gave us a blank stare and just walked away. So after an ordeal of trying to get the overpriced food we paid for, we finally found it sitting at the front counter. TL;DR -- service is terrible, ice cream is decent. There was only one car in the lane and only a few in the lot. We ordered something like a blizzard and a couple of scoops of plain ice cream. We sat at the drive thru window after paying. There were four employees horsing around, leaning on the countertops. No one was doing anything in the ice cream area. Seeing this, I looked at my car's clock out of curiosity. Finally, one of the ones who'd been goofing off at the window started making our food. When I was handed our stuff eight minutes after we got to the drive-thru window, the employee said "other orders popped up". Lying is pretty shabby when the people you're lying to saw exactly what was going on. The ice cream was decent, but by the time we got it we were irritated. Next time we want a snack we'll just buy a quart of ice cream at the grocery store, and save money, time, and aggravation. read more

If you can get your food served before it gets cold, it's actually not bad; but that's not common. I've been disappointed for the last time by Culver's in Navarre. Imagine that they have one person taking orders indoors, and only ONE cook preparing food for inside & drive thru. At lunchtime. The cashier told the person in front of me that it would be at least 15-20 minutes before they could start on his order because there was only 1 person preparing food. I walked out and I'll never go back. This seems to be unique to Navarre as I've not had this experience in any other Culver's except Navarre. I'm done with the Navarre Culver's. read more
