This was a chicken sandwich, a salad and 2 kids sliders - super easy When asked to talk to the manager, the response was, all I can do is say I'm sorry. Long time local - Great experience - will be back. Went to Fatboys the week they opened the Navarre location - Saturday night, around 9, not busy. Taylor was our waitress (attentive and very nice). Received water and drinks immediately. Ordered philly egg rolls ($13). These were hot and tasted great We also had the bacon lovers burger (single - $17) and the firehouse burger (double - $21). Both were cooked more medium than we would prefer, but maybe they do that by default unless you specify. Firehouse burger is spicy, but not uncomfortably spicy to those that like food with some heat on it (ordered more fire sauce on the side). With 4 ultras ($6 a piece) and a pineapple mule, our tab was $90. Give them time to work out the few kinks they have (milkshake machine broken, for example) and it will be another good place to have food and drinks! read more

Food was good, the service was quick and friendly, and the location is convenient from the Navarre Bridge (though Highway 98 is always an adventure). They have a huge indoor area and outdoor seating with bay views. Happy hour is a standout with half-priced draft beer, and they also run weekly specials (kids eat free on Wednesdays). Overall, it's an good choice for lunch or happy hour, and I'd gladly come back for dinner. read more

You couldn't pay me any amount of money to ever go Here again! Walked in and it was hot. Like their AC was broken kinda hot. we were seated promptly but then we waited 15 minutes for Lexi to come to get our drink order. She came back about 15 minutes later with 3 drinks. We ordered apps at that point. A cook from the kitchen brought them out. Then he had to go get us silverware because they didn't bring any when they seated us. It's not busy at all in this place. There was maybe 7-8 tables. Lexi comes back and takes our food order and then we never see her again until she brings a box and our bill. The same guy from the kitchen brought our food and got us refills. All the serving staff were standing around chit chatting with each other and basically ignoring tables....but at least they were interacting with the man leading the trivia. The food was mid at best. My onion strings were room temp and very unappealing. I had to stop eating when a woman at the bar started vomiting into a beer bucket. Yes, I said vomiting at the bar, just a few feet away. No one ever told her she had to leave or asked her to at least go to the restroom to do her vomiting. She sat right at the bar with her top almost off and vomited. You would think the manager would come around and apologize and offer a discount or something for the grossness we just experienced, but she was too busy just standing behind the bar. Mid food, AWFUL service, poor management, and bar vomiting. Lexi needs to learn to be attentive to her tables, and the rest of them need to find something to do instead of just standing around. As a fat man I can't approve this place. I ordered their original fatboy burger, shaved steak philly, and loaded cheese nachos. Crime #1 - there is no flavor. The meat isn't seasoned. They are hoping that the smidge of fatboy sauce on the burger and philly makes up for it. There was no salt, everything was overcooked, and there just wasn't anything there. The bun was too big for the burger patty and I honestly would be surprised if the patty was less than a quarter pound of beef. It tasted like it had breadcrumbs for filler. The philly was loaded with meat but it still tasted flavorless. The fries were meh. They put an ok amount or philly steak on the nachos but again, unseasoned. Which leads me to... Crime #2 Price For the amount of food I got....it wasn't worth the price. The 5 dollar charge for what was maybe 4 unseasoned steak'ems was a crime. The size of everything didn't remotely match the price. If you are a fatboy and want to eat for a good price, go to Tops. Heck even Wendys is better than this. read more

Came here for the first time on a Sat, advert on table had a "lunch special" which I ordered, only to be told later that the manager changed the "lunch special" to be only M-F. So instead I paid $2 more. If you have the ad ON THE TABLE you should honor it. Manager looked like she was in a bad mood, sour faced and disagreeable. Felt sorry for the waitress who she sent to tell us there were no lunch specials. Food was mediocre and overpriced. Burgers were overcooked. Waitress said the cooks don't listen to wait staff re orders. Chef must have been rationing lettuce on the burgers to one sad wilted piece per burger. Rental AC units were noisy and distracting. We gave them a month to get kinks worked out, as with any new business, and it was worth the wait!!!! Staring with our server, Cassidy, she was amazing and on top of everything!!!!! The food, wife had a burger and I had the Philly chicken, was awesome. Fries were crispy as well. We had a great view of the sound while we enjoyed our meal. There were umbrellas for shade to keep our Fatvoys amber ale nice and chilled too. Definitely going back as they also have wings and you can select all flaps or all drummers if you desire. OMG!! Finally, our little beach community has a beautiful, water view restaurant that serve, CONSISTENTLY, 3-napkin, juicy, hamburgers that deserve bragging right! We have lived in Navarre Florida for 24 years now, and this new restaurant is the only hamburger restaurant that we have returned to 3-times, and never been disappointed. Many, many times we have eaten at restaurants and enjoyed a great meal, only to be disappointed when we returned a second time. Needless to say...we don't return for a third. We just walked out of Fat Boy's they took our drink order and after 30 they didn't return, with the drinks or an offer to take our order so we left we figured we we not important enough to be bothered. They could have paid more attention to their customers. We realize our server was in training, the trainer said they would be back shortly, and 30 minutes later they had not returned. Went to Fat Boys tonight for dinner with some friends. One of the best experiences I have had in the area. The service was fantastic and the manager and server were very accommodating with allergies in the party. The atmosphere was great and you were not seated on the other patrons, with the sound levels great, being able to have a conversation with the other members in our party. The food was fantastic and fairly priced. In reading some other posts were the are saying $25 for a burger and fries, I didn't see that gold plated burger on the menu. The pricing was really fair, considering the times. Yes I could go to McDonalds and maybe buy a $5 cheeseburger, but that burger would survive a nuclear attack. I had the "candy of meats", bacon burger, I think $14.99/side included, which had 6 slices of bacon and it was awesome. There were no negatives for our experience. A group of 3 of us went to Fat Boys. We were seated after just a few minutes. However, we were never waited on. After 15 min. And nothing while others seated after us were served, I went to the front and told the Hostess about the situation. She assured me we would be taken care of promptly. We waited another 15 minutes without anyone stopping at our table or checking on us at all. We left. Very disappointed. Poor service and poor management, and unresponsive waitstaff. read more

Went here for my Birthday Dinner. Hostess was friendly were shown to are booth. After 10 min of sitting there with no greeting from a server went back up to hostess to ask if we had a server or not. She told the server that we were there while at another table. he goes to the bar to put there drink order then proceeds to the hostess stand area and stands around for 3 min as we watch him from are table. after another 5 min of no greeting from are server of who his name is and what type of drink we would like we left. This review is mainly for the service. The food was subpar. But our server Lexi was the worst server I've ever had. I've been in the restaurant industry for 10 years now and I serve currently myself. It took 15 minutes to be greeted and thank whatever higher power there is that I knew what appetizer we wanted so I could order it at the same time. We didn't get straws until I asked for a refill and was then given a straw with my refill but my girlfriend was stuck without one. (Obviously I gave it to her instead) I'm not exaggerating when I say we spoke to our server a total of three times the entire time we were there. I had to flag her down and stop her from walking straight past our table if I wanted to speak to her. It seemed like she just ignored us completely for the majority of our time there. I want to also add they were not busy there was just a large party in the middle of the dining room that wasn't being taken care of by our server so that had nothing to do with it. I had to ask the other staff members for sauces and boxes. Our server stood at the computer in the server station talking to another server whilst I was staring dead in her soul waiting for acknowledgement. We were right in eye sight of her so it was pretty disrespectful. I was so excited to try this new restaurant and here I am disappointed. Also the fries tasted like they sat under a heat lamp too long and were dead/dying fries. Again I'm a server at a sports bar I know what this stuff tastes/looks like.
