The Door dash driver carried my food like a sack of potatoes which caused the uncovered sauces to be all over the boxes and the bag. the only thing that survived were the 6 wings my husband ordered. the side salad was brown and unappetizing, and the dressing was everywhere because there was no lid on it, so needless to say we throw it away. I ordered a chicken wrap with no sauce, got it and it was hot sauce, could not eat it. the chips that accompanied order were okay, except the salsa had no lid on container and sauce was everywhere. Kaleb is always the best server. He does his job very well, is always considerate of the customer, extremely respectful and funny. The food is always amazing at this location. Tonight we tried the new wing flavor the brown sugar heat, I definitely recommend it was pretty good. The other wings and pretzel bites we ordered were also delicious, the Mac and cheese normally is a little better but it was still pretty good. They had her working an outside area and an inside area as well as bar and bartending for the restaurant. She kept up with it okay but didn't make much sense to us. When we asked about it she said they had call outs. I think it would make more sense to close certain areas and give better service than to run one person ragged and open them when you have other servers with open tables. If i could give this BWW negative stars I would. This is the most poorly run establishment I have ever encountered in my life. Every time you order whether it's in person, pick up, or delivery, you never get what you ordered. It's either missing items completely or they can't follow basic instructions asking to add/remove things. Can you imagine if someone had a food allergy? They also are ALWAYS delayed and you will 100/10 times receive cold, incorrect food. Whoever manages this location needs to find a new job because they clearly are incompetent when it comes to managing a restaurant. The coolest BWWs you will ever go to!! The layout is incredible and gives it the feel of both an upscale restaurant and a sports bar/lounge at the same time. Most BWWs seem to have the TVs just crammed in whereas this location kept the same amount of TVs but felt open at the same time like the restaurant was designed around the TVs giving you not just more screens to view at one time but not feeling as crowded and in your face. The food is as as good as any BWWs you will go to and their to go section is in a separate part of the building making it easier to quickly get your food without having to fight through the lines or normal diners. They also have all their sauces and dry rubs for sale and they gave me several extra wings in my order of 20 boneless! A must visit for any long time BWW fans!!! read more

As someone who grew up in Buffalo, NY, back then enjoying wings 2-3X per week (25 years before anyone outside that area heard of spicy 'Buffalo' wings), I think I'm well qualified to weigh in on quality of wings. Second, and far more disturbing is that their wings were some of the smallest I've ever seen! Considering that any person or business pays for chicken (or any meat) by the pound, when an establishment charges full price for orders of 20 teeny-weeny wings, they are shamelessly gouging us for extra profit ... & any Covid supply shortages/cost hikes are long gone - objectively based on what I pay at supermarkets. **Anyway, back to the order not being ready on time: When you wait almost a half hour extra for a $130 pre-ordered array of tiny wings and I ask "while I wait, any chance of a free beverage?" & the manager quickly retorts "No", that tells me they either don't care about customers, or they need to go back & learn hospitality 101. Looking for something a step up from fast food. This place was actually pretty good. We got the lunch special, sandwich and fries for $10. I have to say the southern chicken sandwich was really good. I loved the slaw that was on it. I was afraid it would be too spicy as I don't like a lot of heat, but it was not. My husband got the cheeseburger and fries. Bothe we're very juicy. I'm talking drippy good. I liked it. The service was quick and friendly and very attentive. They have to be doing something right to have a good number of customers when we were there.
